好喇,要爆發喇!!!

講價錢, 係尖沙咀番工預左呢D價, 願意接受呢個價錢.  但係, 有無搞錯呀, 所謂既"極鮮湯底"坑腩米線.........嘩!  極品牛坑腩只有4粒(仲要細粒到呢,同一個10歲小朋友既手指公差不多大細, 對眼細少少都見唔到) <<< 想點呢??  我究竟做錯左D乜呢......
真心都覺得好極品, 極到想像唔到

講味道, 只屬一般!  湯:"絕對稱不上為極鮮", 而且本人對味精都不是太敏感的, 不過當遇到味精濃烈既會勁飲水, 一番到公司二話不說飲了800ml水. 
本人不會再去, 只此呢一次, 唔明白點解仲有咁多人排隊.  

本身唔想影相, 因為碗野實在太差!!!  不過有圖有真相......

小弟向來無牛不歡,見到店面的宣傳已經躍躍欲試。寫明用本地新鲜牛肉,加上秘制清汤或咖喱,未食已经垂涎三尺。牛臉肉腍,牛味濃郁。白蘿蔔渣小,過關。崩沙腩水準一般,粗面过硬,腩汁亦太咸。价钱有点贵,份量亦小。但我在食評知道有限量牛三宝,希望有机会再嚟一试。

由於我午餐通常都很晚才吃,基本上每次都已經是下午茶時段了所以可以點優惠餐,也是一種著數和小確幸,哈哈哈之前每次經過見他們家一碗牛肉麵都$58左右,覺得應該也沒什麼特別而且還不算特別便宜就一直沒有進去試。前幾天下午,突然有股想吃咖喱牛腩的衝動,於是想都沒想就直接入店,剛好也是下午茶時段,還不算太忙碌。看了下午茶餐牌之後我改變主意選了鮮茄濃湯牛肉通粉,只要$38跟飲品。如果只是當普普通通一餐下午茶填個肚子,我是沒有怨言的,但是跟我想像中的落差有點大。我以為會是一整碗都紅通通的蕃茄「濃湯」,類似羅宋湯那種,結果基本上就只是幾粒番茄加牛肉片。。。湯就只是普通湯底,何來「濃湯」一說?感覺有點無言。服務還算ok,不過這樣一間店竟然也不提供紙巾,好像需要額外加錢買。講真,我應該會再來幫襯,試試他們的咖喱牛腩,但是不會點其他了,以免再次遇上地雷。。!

初初以為牛尾是後備上場當當配角的,誰知贏盡今晚的掌聲。

湯底應跟坑腩河是一樣的,但牛尾的湯卻加入了八角和辣椒,添上獨特的香味。湯中混合了八角的香甜,辣椒說是輕描淡寫,但微微的辣度正好刺激食慾,口中帶點刺刺的,感覺像下了一手胡椒一般。

牛尾入味,肉質鬆軟,餐廳亦貼心的提供碟子放骨。

一個好的名字可以吸引人的注意,一間店舖亦然。這一間「牛芳百世」,正是因為改了一個霸氣的名字,吸引了我去幫襯,想看看它的牛腩是否真的可以牛芳百世。這一天下午一時多已經到來,本想試試它的「金牌崩砂腩」,誰不知店中的一個女店員,竟然立刻對我說不但「金牌崩砂腩」沒有,而且就連「招牌極爽腩」和「極品牛坑腩」都已經賣光,實在令自己感到好生奇怪。雖說這三款牛腩都是每日限量供應的,但只不過是下午一時多些吧,竟然全都賣光,不是那麼搶手吧!還是這兒根本沒有來貨或是甚少來貨?這疑團既沒人會給我解答,更令我心裡滿是疑竇。退而求其次次次的我,於是就只是叫了一碟「秘製咖喱精選極鮮牛腩飯」($58)做午餐。也許因為既不是坑腩,又不是爽腩,更不是崩砂腩吧,這兒切成長條形的精選極鮮牛腩沒有帶來驚喜,牛味是有一點的,口感也可以,但在我心目中並未去到精選極鮮的地步,牛腩份量雖多,未足以使它變得精彩,而且咖喱也只是普通而已,未去到秘製的級數,充其量只是不過不失,不能帶來令人回味的效果。這一天,我在這兒最有印象的,竟不是我的咖喱牛腩飯,而是一幅店員說是老闆朋友送給老闆的甚有霸氣的牛頭照片,那模樣猶如西遊記裡的牛魔王的一樣。這究

A brad new restaurant opened in TST East.  Me and my colleagues are intrigue by this as we are both beef lovers. The new space is expected to be clean and neat with an easy-to-read menu. Price range is pretty standard when comparing to other competitors in the neighbourhood. Curry Ox Tongue with Rice $48A few carb base can be chosen and I have chosen the very classic rice to go with the ox tongue curry. Curry Ox Tongue with Rice $48
A few carb base can be chosen and I have chosen the very classic rice to go with the ox tongue curry. The heat from the hot oil and the curry itself could make you sweat but it was not too hot. The mixed curry aroma was beautifully done. A surprisingly good bowl of curry. You can even see the curry paste from the bowl. Besides, the potatoes are cut in big pieces and they are cooked until very soft, somewhat in between a powery and firmed texture.

The ox tongue is tender and easy to tear off. The marination was long enough to turn the tongue into a darker in colour. Serving portion was not bad too!

Then we have chosen a lighter dish to share. The belly brisket is a more expensive cut of beef. It was fattier but more tender. A layer of fat on top gave extra bite to the piece, while the flesh itself was so soft that it was almost falling apart. I could literally see my grandma eating this (only if she's still alive)
