喝後立即明白了! 湯不是太辣, 帶點酸辣味道, 而且喝下去帶有濃濃大蝦的鮮甜味道,

適逢潑水節,我和太太一同去九龍城湊熱鬧,玩完時間不早了,太太說想去食泰國菜,城寨的泰國菜真的花多眼亂,最後我們被一隻大鱷魚吸引了,就去試試。想不到時間尚早,餐廳都坐滿6成人!今晚太太發板!先來一個湯,泰國菜當然要叫冬蔭公,我們叫了一個小的,2人份量剛好。湯用個爐仔煲住,keep住熱度,湯還可以選擇辣的程度,我們選了小辣,想不到小小的湯內都有三大隻蝦,湯味道好濃,不是麻辣,是香辣味,每口都充滿辣味,這個湯,有那種很辣,不停冒汗,但又要不停飲的感覺,因為味道真的很多,菇也很多,我地每人都可以飲到三碗。天氣那麼熱,立即叫了兩杯飲品,我飲咸檸七,老婆飲龍眼冰,龍眼冰甜味足,入面有好多粒龍眼肉,可以飲,可以食!之後我們叫了泰式炒金邊粉,金邊粉炒得不錯,好有鑊氣,但未有覺得有燶味,金邊粉內有豬頸肉,將粉同花生碎一起食,有咬口!最後叫了一個極飽肚的甜品,是芒果糯米飯,賣相很靚,我覺得好似一隻蝴蝶,中間的飯是身體,芒果是翅膀。飯充滿椰漿味,糯米飯黏度恰到好處,又不會痴牙,芒果一啲甜一啲酸,軟身的芒果,加埋飯一起吃,好味道!

首先介紹下馬拉盞炒通菜,呢個係送架!每$200就可以送小菜,不過我地怕飛天通菜會好辣,老闆娘好好幫我地轉左,通菜份量唔係好多,3人食就啱晒!馬拉盞唔辣,小朋友都啱食。通菜顏色好翠綠,一條一條好分明,食落去仲有啲爽脆tim!另外要讚一讚菜油唔多算係清炒菜呢個價錢都抵食架!

之後叫啲飽肚嘅食物,朋友揀咗泰式炒金邊粉!金邊粉旁邊有啲花生碎仲有半個青檸,我自己就覺得加埋青檸好食好多!金邊粉炒得幾有鑊氣,但可能放耐左,有d硬身,配料中有d蛋碎,乾身好似豆腐卜既東西,仲有蝦tim!蝦都有好幾件,我地三個分每人都有兩件蝦肉食~

泰國野其中我都中意食串燒,我地叫左三串牛,$36價錢唔貴。牛肉大件,味道咸,精髓當然在於沙嗲醬啦!沙嗲醬甜甜地,唔辣,點一點串燒會覺得多左份酸味,可能因為咸味加甜味啦,幾好味。

今日貪得意走左去九龍城搵泰國野食,見到一間個名咁得意叫鱷魚泰國餐廳就試下,叫個套餐再加杯椰汁冰,辣炒青口都係四百有找,最重要冇乜味精,著重落好多泰國香料,例如金不換,香矛,椰汁,洋蔥。。所以真係好好食😋👍🏻

公司在附近, 第一次試這間泰國菜, 坐下後(12點45分)已立刻點菜, 但上菜速度慢, 1點半才上菜, 我們以狂風菜落葉的方法進食。我們點了海南雞飯, 豬手飯, 蟹肉炒飯, 冬蔭功湯飯, 炒金邊粉及豬頸肉撈金邊粉。食物味道不錯, 如能改善上菜速度會更佳。

九龍城食泰國嘢實在有太多選擇,今次想搵一間乾淨啲,坐得舒服少少嘅泰國菜,經過呢間餐廳,望落都幾乾淨,又咁啱唔使等位,決定一試。豬肉生菜包,小辣,份量都包到6,7舊。沙嗲串燒,叫咗豬同雞,味道咸咗啲。冬陰公有分大同小份量,三個人叫個細嘅就夠喇。味道重酸多過辣,有兩大隻蝦,幾好食👍🏼泰國菜必叫生蝦,算幾大隻,肉都好厚身👍🏼咖喱軟殼蟹脆包盅,呢個有驚喜,雖然軟殼蟹唔算好多肉,不過個脆包盅點埋咖哩好好食,可以ko晒成個包😂青檸烏頭,叫咗小辣,其實都唔係好食到辣味,反而青檸味就好香。店員都好細心,見我哋食得慢,個火熄左幾次都好快手主動幫我地噠返着👍🏼椰青沙冰幾特別,好清甜,夏天飲應該仲正👍🏼

泰泰太美味@鱷魚泰國餐廳九龍城 南角道16號地下舖二人餐勁抵,數set2至3人套餐只是二百來元,食物都是大路東西,計開每人只是百來元。我估餐廳新開張,更有很多其他優惠。我這個套餐$238已有炸蝦餅同魚餅,青咖哩雞,脆肉炒芥蘭,同牛油薄餅,冬陰公海鮮湯(細)。再加飲品其實每人埋單只付了$150冬陰公海鮮惹味,當中有原隻蝦,魷魚,菇作材料煲的,酸中帶鹹及散發住香茅芬香,在濕熱沒胃口的季節,確是起到增進胃口的功用。炸蝦餅大大件炸好熱呼呼,肉打到彈牙,表面香脆食完唔會唇邊一層油,蘸點上酸甜醬很醒胃 魚餅就食到香料味,好似香茅同蔥。下一道是咖哩雞,唔會太辣以椰香不換為主,用來蘸點薄餅的,仲額外多點碗白飯$13。個咖哩除了雞肉,落了豆角茄子等等。再說說薄餅,表面是烤到乾身,一層層薄片的層次。炒芥蘭落了薑蒜去除草腥味,快炒後爽口,而脆肉是炸香過的豬腩肉,肥肉層炸過迫出油變脆身且帶鹹香,伴飯一流有點中式feel加杯凍奶茶$24,能過濾一下濃郁同油膩感。而特飲都是相宜,大可點杯。是次放annual leave留港消費不停吃與朋友眾舊,心情好肉也長了。

今日黎九龍城揾個朋友,跟住為左揾個地方好好坐低傾下偈,就費事走出第二度揾野食,一上openrice就見到呢邊有食唔同野嘅舖頭,於是因為想食意大利野就簡左去呢度開飯喇。一坐低當然見到呢個有好多人食緊野喇仲香氣騰騰,真係令人有開心嘅感覺。豬肉生菜包入口令人感覺好夠惹味,又唔會入口太肥,仲要份量唔小。小鳥等愛入口夠口感,蝦膠又夠晒多,而且蝦中有蝦架,餐廳肯定係大師傅整嘅,真心唔係流野,非常好食。椰青焗飯椰青焗飯有口感而且椰汁味又夠香濃,唔需要其他嘅配料都已經好令人滿足。
