我哋叫咗兩款甜品。一款叫碧翠椰青糕,另一款呢就係椰子焦糖燉蛋。碧翠野青糕,我就覺得個椰子味冇咁出,口感有啲似大菜糕,係爽口嗰隻口感,個人覺得就冇咁有特色,跟餐嗰個椰汁糕反而好味啲。

而焦糖燉蛋呢,就真係做得好出色
。點解咁講?因為坊間出面嘅焦糖燉蛋呢,係做唔到有椰子味嘅。
呢個焦糖燉蛋,食落有椰子味之餘,燉蛋都係好滑好香。呢個配搭做得做得非常之好,雖然價錢貴咗少少但係都值得一試。

總括黎講我估唔到一間特式餐廳啲野食都咁有水準,下次會試埋樓上間日本野叫原燒道場,應該係姊妹店黎,因為我見餐牌都可以叫日式食物的。

位置銅鑼灣FAC 隔離,成日行過都會見到呢間以泰拳作主題的泰國餐廳,今日做完 yoga 就過嚟醫肚,樓上原燒道場,兩個menu都可以叫,一石二鳥。月亮蝦餅 係用厚身嘅春卷皮包住蝦膠,貌似薄餅嘅小食,入口都香脆,蝦膠彈口,係唔錯嘅飯前送酒小食。泰式肉蟹粉絲煲蟹肉煲份量好大,裝到滿曬,蟹鉗大大隻!仲有大量入曬味嘅粉絲,叫呢個真係唔洗再叫飯。肉蟹真係啖啖肉,食得出係新鮮嘅,唔係死蟹。露筍炒新鮮蝦露筍好清新,加海鮮炒完之後更鮮甜。仲有個蒸香蒜蒸大蜆呢個係泰式加日式大蜆結合,有泰式嘅惹味,又有日式嘅清新。不錯不錯。

呢度係一間以泰拳為裝修既餐廳,我哋叫咗蛋包泰式炒金邊粉,非常特別,係用咗蛋包係金邊粉出邊,雞蛋煎得好乾身同埋薄趣。另外叫咗泰北燒雞,啲雞好嫩滑,又大碟。仲叫咗日式餃子,羊肉串,雞軟骨同埋雞翼。

為食的同事聲稱要每天在銅鑼灣區食不同的餐廳,上openrice search,找到這間泰國餐廳,看看餐牌,set lunch 價錢合理,我們便一行三人到此一試。喜愛海南雞飯的我發現新大陸,這裡有一個拳王健美套餐,就是金柚沙律及去皮海南雞飯,其實我不介意食雞皮,但被金柚沙律吸引。而另一位同事則點了正常的海南雞飯餐。原來健美套餐的雞飯是跟白飯,而正常的海南雞飯餐是跟雞油飯的!  認真地說,其實是正常海南雞飯餐比較味美,但大家都是$68的set lunch,白飯無皮的雞多附一個金柚沙律又好像比較吸引,真的是進退兩難!!  此外,另一個同事所點的泰式豬手飯也很好味,豬手很入味,飯也很大碟。總括來說,set lunch的價錢合理,以沙包作為設計藍回圖的座椅幾得意。

同朋友行過見到呢間裝潢好特別,不妨試試!本身寫就係泰國菜,但入到黎仲有個串燒meun ,樣樣都好吸引😌😌我哋以賣相揀左「夜明珠」,仲有串燒必食既墨魚咀、牛舌、燒茄子,開胃既軟殻蟹芒果沙律。夜明珠:望個樣以為佢係水晶包之類既野,但一上檯又唔似喎。食落口就知啦,原來係荔枝,真係無想過呢個配搭係咁match 同好味,兩種食材因爲辣味而提升左甜度,裝滿蟹肉絲,感覺特別、一流,必叫!串燒:1串起,但你一定忍不住再不斷叫,因為實在太好味,墨魚咀恰到好處,牛舌薄切燒得香口又不失juicy 👍🏼芒果沙律:真係唔知道原來係「青芒果」制作而成,其實同青木瓜口感差不多,但多左一份本身芒果的酸度,友人覺得都幾酸下。如果腰果炒香啲、軟殻蟹無over (太燶)就perfect 啦❤️茄子:就唔使講啦!可以話係我食過之中既最好味,最得睇、最有心機、醬汁搭配最好!100000分😂😂😂

點餐不久,飛天通菜便到了。這個通菜吃下去有點辣,不算太咸卻非常惹味,細看之下發現除了加上紅椒,甚至加了點尖椒炒這個通菜,難怪有如此辣味!太好吃的情況下,一條通菜也沒有剩下呢

點餐後逾半小時,重頭戲才上菜:新鮮黑胡椒炒蝦,原本以為是像新加坡的胡椒炒蟹一樣,但這款泰式黑胡椒炒蝦竟然是那麼多汁和配菜的,很豐富
蝦身先經炸過,所以由蝦頭到蝦身也能吸啜到醬汁,雖然有黑胡椒但不辣。蝦頭特別入味,蝦身也彈牙,而且每隻蝦的尺寸也很大,是意想不到的驚喜菜式

We purposefully booked a table because it was a Friday night. When we arrived, we were told there was no table for us. Yet, there was no call to tell us or even an apology. Why bother offering booking service if people who book are treated like walk-ins? Ridiculous.
