今日來到鴨脷洲,一心一意想試海鮮加工,一班朋友過來,之前沒有預先book位,諗住中午時間唔會太多人,點知場面十分墟冚、人頭湧湧!全場熟食攤檔只有佢座位滿晒,令我哋更加期待!之後馬上到樓下海鮮檔買海鮮,結果買了幾樣馬上上去,好彩之前上去攞咗位,買埋海鮮啱啱好!首先,叫咗兩個前菜,分別係招牌炸三寶,同埋個炒麵!炸三寶真係名不虛傳,即叫即炸,而且都幾好食!之後個炒麵就正常,都算乾身唔會油膩!終於嚟到海鮮環節,第一味係豉油王大蝦,呢個確實好味,炒得都幾乾身,亦都保持大蝦的鮮味,裏面仲好濕潤!值得一讚!之後係椒鹽鮮魷,呢個我就覺得麻麻哋!啲椒鹽太鹹,蓋過晒所有味道!個個人都負評!之後就到蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子,呢個就中規中矩,比較淡身!食完再叫咗個一口多士,呢個係招牌菜,多士炸得好乾身,都唔錯!但係環境十分逼夾,人背人坐,我覺得呢個質素,其實好多大排檔都有,如果經過就可以試吓,特登我覺得就唔需要!

今日同朋友就嚟咗鴨脷洲呢一邊搵食,就去咗呢一個鴨脷洲市政大樓嘅街市買啲海鮮上去加工,聽講呢度有一間幾出名嘅海鮮加工餐廳,所以就特登過嚟試吓,我哋就買咗瀨尿蝦鮑魚同埋都赤米🙈🙈椒鹽瀨尿蝦真係非常出色,每一隻都做得非常挺身,而且我覺得瀨尿蝦最好就係椒鹽,佢呢一間餐廳嘅做功非常好,有鑊氣之餘,而且味道上嘅調味唔會話太辣,啱晒啲食唔到辣嘅朋友🙈🙈 鮑魚我哋就叫咗清蒸,加少少陳皮成個味道更加昇華!赤米就白灼,所以都冇乜太大功夫!最後加咗個西多士,加工費都唔算太貴,我覺得可以接受🙈

女朋友今日早上突然call我,話同我預祝生日,帶我去一個好特別嘅地方,原來係香港仔陳新記。上到去熟食市場1樓,服務員非常殷勤招待,面帶笑容,我女朋友特登幫我叫咗一個一口西多士,裝飾得好靚,西多士上面有生日牌,又有生日波波,又有蠟燭,好有生日氣氛,而靚靚老闆娘更加不斷同我講生日快樂,又同我影相,又送朱古力,真係賓至如歸,只係幫襯幾十蚊,而家香港有咁嘅服務態度,而食品質素又好,真係好難揾。非常欣賞大家,大家繼續努力。

朋友原本在上個星期就想來試,剛好遇上老闆及全員工放假。這個星期複桌成功,向第三代老闆呻完之前幫襯不成功並攀談一番後,老闆娘爽快以打卡相為證下給予9折優惠。當日坐在店內角落靠窗位置,尚算有“半海景”view。並自備海鮮到店加工,分別是薑葱炒蟹,椒鹽魷魚及豉椒炒蟶子。加點招牌一口西多士。埋單$290。強烈建議先到店內取號留座,再跟店家夾好預計想食哪幾種海鮮,獲得建議後才去街市選購最理想。因為新手買海鮮加工,不知道蟶子加炒粉底要揀厚殼的,因為薄殼款易炒碎殼,如配以炒粉麵飯底會很易碎殼卡喉產生危險。雖然我們是可以要求店家剝殼加工,但心諗薄殼易碎即係易割手,倒不如直接爆炒讓肉殼分離,反而最後是老闆娘人超好主動提供了挑殼服務。

平時都會去鴨脷洲市政大廈食海鮮,今次就試吓下午茶過去,都已經坐到好full😅要等咗一陣先有位,嚟到陳新記梗係試吓佢哋必食嘅一口西多士啦😛仲點咗個豬手麵,同炸魚皮呀🤤一口西多士整到好似座山咁,好有儀式感,啱晒打卡🤣上面佈滿牛油,花生醬同煉奶😍好邪惡,新鮮製造好香脆,聽講仲有個隱藏menu😂係紅豆西多士,大家可以問吓🤣

為咗呢一個西多士, 不枉我哋攀山涉水入嚟鴨脷洲食佢, 一早網上面已經有好多人推介呢一間嘅一口西多士, 果然名不虛傳, order完咗之後要等大概15分鐘先整好, 全因為佢即叫即整熱辣辣, 一口西多士配上花生醬同煉奶, 感覺上花生醬好似開稀咗少少, 令每舊西多士都可以尖上充足嘅醬汁, 價錢合理, 如果住附近可能會經常嚟食😜食嗰日係星期日嘅下午, 見到好多街坊都喺鴨脷洲街市買海鮮然後拎上嚟加工, 感覺好有feel, 下次一於約埋一班朋友買海鮮上嚟食👍🏻

一直網上都好紅嘅一口西多士,的確每一面都炸到好香脆,而且每一舊多士都好厚好實,絕無偷工減料,所以食多幾舊真喺好快飽。啖落去真喺做到外脆內軟,同其他heahea茶記嘅下午茶,成舊軟林林嘅個種西多比較之下的確好唔同。 除咗一口西多士外,見到隔離啲街坊好多都叫咗碟炸三寶,有炸魚皮、炸雲吞同炸魚蛋。個魚片已經好出色,一咬落去有少許魚油香,超級鮮脆。另外炸雲吞都真喺不容忽視,新鮮炸出嚟,再加上包裹喺入面嘅鮮蝦,鬆脆得嚟又彈牙,其實個人覺得比一口西多士更值得一試😎

係煉奶同花生醬嘅mix,唔會話太甜,幾易入口!而且個西多士炸得幾脆,放左一陣都唔會話淋晒😆坦白講呢,依個西多士唔算係好特別,但係係好食嘅!

2. 招牌牛腩飯 $52
整體係正正常常牛腩飯,幾好味嘅,睇個人口味,我地就略嫌啲牛腩有少少太肥🙈🙈

雲吞賴粉 $36
個雲吞齊晒應有嘅味道,有蝦,有豬肉,有鮮菇!而且個皮唔會太厚!所以幾好嘅!賴粉同湯底就正常偏淡🙈

野飲方面就揀左奶茶同檸水,都係正正常常冇咩特別😂
