午餐的羅漢齋煲 ($68) 以黑色小鐵鍋盛上,材料非常豐富,而且用的全部都是新鮮貨色,並非罐頭那一種,包括有蓮藕、紅燒豆腐、炸腐竹、紅蘿蔔、筍片、雲耳、西蘭花、草菇、鮮菇、黃芽白等。成品雖然全齋無肉,但蓮藕片、西蘭花煮得不會太腍,食落頗有口感,加上餸菜鹹度很低,芡汁打得又夠薄,既少油又少鹽,感覺較健康!

筆者向來無飯癮,對粉麵反而情有獨鍾,見下午茶餐牌有台式炒米粉 ($45),點來一試。成品端上桌時,見碟米粉幾幼細,炒得鬆而不乾,面頭還放了一抹素肉燥醬,賣相對辦。細看配料,除了素肉燥外,米粉內還夾雜著不少香菇、紅蘿蔔絲和筍絲等,入口清爽又不油膩,食落仲帶點甜味,十分討好,蘸一點辣椒醬吃,更加惹味。

聽說廚師做點心都有一手,所以亦特意加點了一客煎鍋貼 ($45),由於是下午茶餐的關係,所以鍋貼一客只有 5 隻 (正價一客 6 隻)。鍋貼大大隻,以豆皮、包菜、香菇、白蘿蔔作餡料,外皮雖稍嫌略厚,但煎得頗香脆,連底部也帶點微焦,食落煙煙韌韌,加上菇味甚濃,味道唔錯。

跟餐的蕃薯糖水,甜度雖然略高,不過薑味十足,加上件蕃薯夠粉腍,亦令人吃得津津有味。其實餐廳還有不少自家製的台味素饌,下次要叫埋兒子一家人再來品嘗。

This is the Egg with vegetables and mushrooms 老燒蛋 ($78).
The egg was quite delicious (vegetarian style scrambled egg), and there are alot of tofu, mushrooms and vegetables in this dish. Very healthy and cooked with natural oils. There is flavoring to it, a bit salty but the taste is not too heavy. This dish is very filling despite being all vegetarian.

Stir-fried bean threads with shredded prime pork 螞蟻上樹 ($68).
There is a lot of vermecilli in this, and alot of green and red peppers inside. The texture of the vermecilli is quite bouncy. Not a lot of sauce though, and the ratio between the vermecilli and the ingredients could be improved, there were a bit too much vermecilli.

Assorted vegetable with special dressing 風生水起撈 ($78).
This dish has all sorts of colors of vegetables! 
 When I ordered it I thought there would be some noodles in it, though. This is still good! Here I mixed all the colors of vegetables and egg and tofu slices together, then poured the savory sauce onto the mixture of Chinese vegetarian salad. This is very full; a lot of vegetables.

許久沒跟媽外吃,自從這幾個月她皮膚敏感實行戒口後,是夜收工約了在cwb行街街的她晚餐。這兒環境比想像要好,播佛音,木餐桌椅具,裝修新淨。自上回去吃素菜後,對煲仔菜份外熱情,所以點了雜什粟子煲88粟子量不少,雖然較細小,但好粉呢。用上豆角荀片菇菌黃牙白紅蘿蔔等,索盡不厚重的醬料,多樣化配料令食欲大增。羅漢齋煲88媽最欣賞素魚片頭,說其賣相食味都好像真。西蘭花草菇冬菇蓮藕紅蘿蔔荀片雲耳等,炸腐竹若量增多會更佳。汁醬兩煲味相近。兩煲都用了鑄鐵煲所盛,小巧可愛,但量不太多,二人享用亦是剛好。麻醬面48花生香味甚濃,加有白洽的白菜仔,少少的麻油,特別在竟選挑了少用的烏冬,有點意想不到,沒想到中式素食店會選了日式面食呢。環境舒適,一點也不簡陋隨便,有些心思。員工態度就普通,本想留餐牌,轉頭再細看,怎知遇上帶眼鏡的大嬸,說待我有需要再拿我看,阻礙她稍後上菜,實在令人大為側目。晚飯時間七時許,人客不多,她又竟隨意坐在侍客的吉台椅上,狂玩手電,哈哈,如果這兒能有更好的服務,相信生意會更上一層樓呢。這晚餐也吃得挺滿足,久不久吃吃素,除了人咁到健康點,對地球亦出了一點環保綿力,感覺良好。

花生香味甚濃,加有白洽的白菜仔,少少的麻油,特別在竟選挑了少用的烏冬,有點意想不到,沒想到中式素食店會選了日式面食呢。

環境舒適,一點也不簡陋隨便,有些心思。員工態度就普通,本想留餐牌,轉頭再細看,怎知遇上帶眼鏡的大嬸,說待我有需要再拿我看,阻礙她稍後上菜,實在令人大為側目。晚飯時間七時許,人客不多,她又竟隨意坐在侍客的吉台椅上,狂玩手電,哈哈,如果這兒能有更好的服務,相信生意會更上一層樓呢。

這晚餐也吃得挺滿足,久不久吃吃素,除了人咁到健康點,對地球亦出了一點環保綿力,感覺良好。

The foods here are not oily and yummy, I was particularly impressed with the bread-sushi salad roll(very yummy, crispy out and soft in, but not as much fabric as other dishes), sweet-and-sour ‘chicken’ balls with paprika, cashews and pineapple.

For the others we ordered were okay, such as dumplings, assorted mushroom pot, Burdock Angelica Walnut soup, Japanese yam with seaweed, the flavors up-to-standard, appearance well-presented, very speedy when serving the dishes, the chefs had to have 8 hands to be that quick.

由於係秘訣 所以唔方便公開 點都好 佢都有同海參一樣既膠原成份
又彈牙又爽口 用平超過一半既價錢食到呢個菜.....我諗唔係用「抵」字去形容...
要用一個字「無得彈」去講先得喇!!!

最近心煩氣躁,想外出走走清靜一下。當然現實歸現實,總不能說離開便離開,那就計劃一下吧。這夜朋友便帶我來這裡感受清靜及享受食物。常樂:知足常樂,珍惜現在。環境舒適,一邊聽音樂一邊喝茶,有種心靈寧靜的感覺,煩惱盡消。在這𥚃像只有我們兩個,聽不到其他人在說話,可能是心變得寧靜吧。拍青瓜:醋不會太酸,爽口提神,飯前小吃的佳品。芋頭魚,雖然偶爾會吃素,但芋頭魚便是第一次吃,炸至金黃香脆,分割時不會散開,芋頭蓉足料,口感鬆軟。三寶豆腐腦:素肉、香菇及豆腐,蒸好後再加上醬汁,外貌美觀。豆腐及其他配料出奇配合,口感十足,這時怎能少了白飯?!香軟的白飯上有黑芝麻,外觀加分。

看似平平無奇的炸麵線,其實內有乾坤,用的是台灣特產的手工紅麵線,紅麵線出名口感細滑,不論放湯或是酥炸,就是教人垂涎三尺,炸麵線帶酥脆,而不油膩,麵線不用調味還要帶一點咸香,同枱的友人靜雞雞的吃了全碟,小喵執輸只是嚐了一口而已,金平就是指日本料理的一種烹調方式,以醬油、糖、味醂 1:1:1 的比例調味,常樂就採用了夏日當造的蓮藕,把蓮藕切片快炒,再用"金平"埋茨,蓮藕帶著一點爽脆及醬油的甜香。

豆腐嫩滑無比、採用優質的松花皮蛋,蛋白呈啫喱狀,蛋黃呈淺黃色,色彩分明,賣相很討好,皮蛋絕不"嗱口",配上醃子薑及素肉鬆,醃子薑沒有薑的嗆辣,反而帶一點甜及爽脆,子薑配皮蛋,一口一啖,成為最佳配搭。

湖南蛋屬湘川菜,又稱回鍋蛋,小喵也是第一次吃,在香港並不常有,不過常樂的做法是混合了湘蘇 2 系的傳統特式,以江蘇菜虎皮雞蛋的方式烹調,先把雞蛋恰熟去殼,加入調味料醃卥,回鍋炸至雞旦外皮呈金黃色及起縐,然後再以湘川式埋豆豉辣椒茨汁,令味道提升了一個層次,一試難忘。

小喵就比較喜歡吃濃味的菜式,所以我個人是很推薦湖南蛋、常樂醃漬銀豆腐及金平蓮藕,另外還有 2 款,就請大家食完話我知啦,夏日限定將於7月7日開始供應。
