餐廳外有一越南橋車,十分吸睛。

黃埔美食坊是個美食集中地, 聽就聽得多, 聞名不如見面, 今日就看看這裏有什麼美食!美食坊餐廳林立, 我卻被這間越南餐廳的招牌所吸引!看相片這騸牯牛河賣相十分 吸引, 粉嫩鮮紅的牛肉與和牛無異! 這款牛 是指被閹割了的公牛, 所以油脂的分佈比較平均, 而且供應量比較少, 所以十分罕有!牛和河粉是分開上, 把牛放在湯勺至7至8成熟 即可食用。 牛的肉質十分嫩滑, 比起平常在其他越南餐廳吃到的生牛肉 高質素很多!湯底 很重牛骨味,飲得出出非常用心製作, 而且吃完沒有口渴的感覺, 起碼知道沒有太多味精。之後還點了一款越南海鮮春捲作小食, 用生菜包著再點甜酸醬食用, 一口多重層次!同行朋友七點了火車頭河, 因為是晚餐還送了一杯飲品。 性價比十足!個人十分推介這款騸牯牛河, 基本上在香港其他越南店舖嘅事不能吃到這樣的高質素!

黃埔美食坊越南嘢今晚去咗黃埔美食坊食間越南嘢叫早安越南,見間嘢幾多人食,氣氛、環境吾錯就同朋友入咗去。餐牌上價錢合理7、8十蚊有個餐,貴少少都係百嚟蚊,有蟹食,算係咁,我同朋友叫咗2杯酒、一個黃咖喱軟殼蟹同埋一碗金邊粉同晚市一人餐入面嘅火車頭(跟餐送三色冰),實在係一個吾錯嘅享受,好似去緊旅行,最緊要餐廳比坐得耐,我同朋友坐咗個半鐘先走,下次lunch有機會都可能會再黎食,下晝平少少,都係6、7蚊,送埋嘢飲,唔錯 👍
