心血來潮想食潮州菜,見到這間餐館大部分網評都話好,所以訂枱食晚飯。由於以前未試過它的菜,先點了四個菜,好食的話再加單。頭盆是獅頭鵝件,即鹵水鵝件,是一個重要的潮州菜。可能期望過高,鹵水鵝食不到鹵水味,除了老抽和豉油味之外,食不到任何香料味,有些失望。😓懷舊春菜煲勝在夠清,味道可以接受。第三個令我充滿期待的餸,是薄殼肉涼瓜煎蛋,這也是另一個令我失望的菜。如果是涼瓜煎蛋,這個餸是合格的,但主角的薄殼一則是太咸及欠缺鮮味,二則是數量太少。失望!第四個餸是潮州炒麵線。潮州麵線本身是充滿咸香味及韌性,但在這碟清淡的炒麵中,卻找不到它應有的風味。😩食完這些餸菜後,一行四人一致通過,埋單去找另一間餐廳繼續食甜品。

在尖沙咀isquare 行街,我跟朋友仔去咗食潮州菜,除左有傳統的,仲有創新的。五小福前菜有5款,有梅子涼瓜、潮式炸粿肉、酒香醉鮑魚、椒麻糖心帶子同串茄核桃沙律。鮑魚滲有酒香,凍凍地,很新鮮又彈牙。糖心帶子鮮甜,椒麻醬唔好太辣但入口有麻感。紅燒潮州翅充滿儀式感的燉湯,有燉盅保溫,仲有火烘住,影相都唔怕凍曬,湯頭濃稠,膠質滿滿,魚翅一梳梳。欖菜虎蝦虎蝦夠大隻,肉質爽口,蝦頭咬起來勁香,炸欖菜很咸香,配起來食,襯托出虎蝦的甜味。滷水墨魚滷水墨魚大大隻,爽口彈牙,滷水豆腐鮮嫩,濃郁的豆香。翡翠黃魚扒黃魚扒肉質極其鮮嫩美味,細嫩而不黏膩,煎至外脆內嫩,菠菜汁色澤翠綠,豐富纖維。層出不同好精緻既炒飯,上層係紫椰菜,炒飯裏有炸芋頭、咸肉、蝦乾,很有咸鮮,有海鮮又有肉,味道及材料都好豐富。方魚芥蘭芥蘭取出最嫩最綠的部份,食起來爽脆清甜,仲有方魚熬成汁,鮮味無窮。桂花糕晶瑩透亮的桂花糕,清香微甜,花的造型,真係賞心悅目。

好精緻既炒飯,上層係紫椰菜,炒飯裏有炸芋頭、咸肉、蝦乾,很有咸鮮,有海鮮又有肉,味道及材料都好豐富。

方魚芥蘭
芥蘭取出最嫩最綠的部份,食起來爽脆清甜,仲有方魚熬成汁,鮮味無窮。

桂花糕
晶瑩透亮的桂花糕,清香微甜,花的造型,真係賞心悅目。
