潮式腸粉依間係屋企開左幾年,但一直冇太大意慾去試,今日男朋友就帶左我試下佢既特色野,一入到去彷彿過左關左番深圳甘,舖頭主色調係黃綠色,大約有六張枱左右,成間不太大,牆身貼左好多特色推介餐牌亦都有好多唔同既潮洲野食,大部分都係對我好陌生既字,因為我實在太少食依類型既食物la,今日我地就叫三款小試牛刀下-招牌炒粿汁$58,潮式腸粉$38同潮式蝦棗湯$63食物到!潮式蝦棗湯好正,原來係紫菜湯底,紫菜冇沙,個湯好鮮,蝦棗大約十三-十四粒,口感好彈,會食到有一隻隻蝦,-依個D粒係闊身既,食落QQ,但比較油,配佢地既自家醬汁,超正!潮式腸粉-我比較接受唔到,口感怪怪的,入面有西生菜、蛋、蝦米仔,塊皮比較軟身平均來說味道都幾特別,都有驚喜

食物到!潮式蝦棗湯好正,原來係紫菜湯底,紫菜冇沙,個湯好鮮,蝦棗大約十三-十四粒,口感好彈,會食到有一隻隻蝦,-依個D粒係闊身既,食落QQ,但比較油,配佢地既自家醬汁,超正!潮式腸粉-我比較接受唔到,口感怪怪的,入面有西生菜、蛋、蝦米仔,塊皮比較軟身

以前起大陸食既腸粉係一餅餅,樣衰衰又幾好吃,潮式腸粉就係咁腸粉,個樣似塊餅,入面有芽菜、冬菇、雞蛋、蝦米等材料,好爽口,加埋以豬骨熬成既芡汁,又濃又香,好好吃。另外點左個「煎蠔餅」,薄薄地,唔太油膩,最少不會看到油滴不停的慘況,香口野梗係味道郁濃,不過炸得太熱氣。

以前起大陸食既腸粉係一餅餅,樣衰衰又幾好吃,

潮式腸粉就係咁腸粉,個樣似塊餅,入面有芽菜、冬菇、雞蛋、蝦米等材料,

好爽口,加埋以豬骨熬成既芡汁,又濃又香,好好吃。

另外點左個「煎蠔餅」,薄薄地,唔太油膩,最少不會看到油滴不停的慘況,

香口野梗係味道郁濃,不過炸得太熱氣。

古語有云:「唔怕生壞命,至怕改壞名」。我其實已經知道這小店存在了好一段時間,行經過她的門口亦不少於過百次,但始終都沒有想去光顧的衝動。正正因為店名給我第一印象只是一間主打潮式腸粉,獨孤一味的餐廳。但原來還有更多比潮式腸粉好吃的美食。潮式鮮蠔仔豆腐湯 - $58不算是大粒但鮮味的蠔仔,加上香滑豆腐,豬肉碎及土魷令到湯裡充滿獨特的潮式鮮味。十分喜歡廚師利用土魷提升湯中海洋的感覺和同一時間增加口感。一絕!招牌炒粿汁 - $50通常在一般餐廳吃到的只有粿條,但這裡更可以吃到粿汁。粿汁是米漿加上番薯粉,切成較粗的麵條。入口煙軔獨特。不太油膩,火候十足。上佳水準之作!潮式醉香雞 - $55紹興酒混入陣陣的藥材香氣,完完全全滲進鮮雞當中。若不喜歡滋補藥膳的朋友未必會欣賞。另外雞件略不夠鮮嫩。潮式椒鹽墨魚丸 - $48彈牙非常的墨魚丸被炸至金黃色。椒鹽在旁只恰到好處地做好配角,微微帶出墨魚丸的鮮味,沒有搶去菜式主角的位置。難得於這提供如此高水準的食物小店中,我看到的是一份平實和廉宜的價錢。只希望社會可以支持這些出色的良心小店,讓她們可以繼續生存下去。

總括來說,我自己覺得最出色係招牌炒粿汁,夠熱,又入味,又好食,反而期待的腸粉,味道平平,只是外表特別,可能外國人口味同中國人唔同
,不過連續三年米芝蓮,應該有佢過人之處,而吸引到外國食家

差不多已經半年無黎潮式腸粉食, 今晚終於可以再黎食, 我最鍾意食既並唔係佢哋既招牌潮式腸粉, 而係好少人會喺度食既魚腩粥, 通常啲人都只係會食蠔仔粥, 我見佢哋個餐牌有魚腩粥, 有一次叫黎食吓, 覺得佢又整得幾好食喎, 至次之後每次想食粥都會黎食, 不過其實佢哋既蠔仔粥都好好食架。  無黎半年多咗好多款食物選擇, 以前呢度無蠔餅賣, 今次見到有就立即叫黎試吓, 平時喺其他地方既蠔餅都有幾塊,呢度只係得一塊,不過我覺得味道唔錯, 不過同喺其他地方食既有啲唔同, 老公BB係潮州人, 佢話個味道好似佢兒時食既咁, 好正宗。 我哋仲叫咗個大地魚炒芥蘭, 呢個今次就做得麻麻哋, 啲大地魚炒得有啲燶燶地, 早知叫扎肉炒芥蘭啦。 食得飽得滞食唔落反沙芋, 唯有下次先至食啦。

差不多已經半年無黎潮式腸粉食, 今晚終於可以再黎食, 我最鍾意食既並唔係佢哋既招牌潮式腸粉, 而係好少人會喺度食既魚腩粥, 通常啲人都只係會食蠔仔粥, 我見佢哋個餐牌有魚腩粥, 有一次叫黎食吓, 覺得佢又整得幾好食喎, 至次之後每次想食粥都會黎食, 不過其實佢哋既蠔仔粥都好好食架
。  無黎半年多咗好多款食物選擇, 以前呢度無蠔餅賣, 今次見到有就立即叫黎試吓, 平時喺其他地方既蠔餅都有幾塊,呢度只係得一塊,不過我覺得味道唔錯, 不過同喺其他地方食既有啲唔同, 老公BB係潮州人, 佢話個味道好似佢兒時食既咁, 好正宗。 我哋仲叫咗個大地魚炒芥蘭, 呢個今次就做得麻麻哋, 啲大地魚炒得有啲燶燶地, 早知叫扎肉炒芥蘭啦。 食得飽得滞食唔落反沙芋, 唯有下次先至食啦

話說這天在元朗洗牙,洗完牙當然在元朗食街附近找吃的,賀一賀佢啦!在鳳琴街附近走來走去,一隻盲頭烏英竟然誤打誤撞地遇上了米芝蓮食肆!!!潮式腸粉的門口跟普通的茶餐廳或麵檔差不多,少少的,大約只可容納二十位客人,沒甚麼特別,店外玻璃貼滿電視訪問,明星合照等。本以為只是名人飯堂,進了去才看到…哇啦哇啦!原來是米芝蓮餐廳啊!看到店內貼滿雜誌訪問,得悉這裡的老闆是新移民,賣的都是他在潮州鄉下的傳統菜式,今天當然要試試這裡獨有的潮州風味啦!潮式蠔仔腸粉 ($38)平日吃到的腸粉是把腸粉皮卷起來,而這裡的腸粉則是用腸粉皮打餡料包起來,再加上芡汁,吃起未有點像濕炒牛河。腸粉夠薄有彈性,餡料十分豐富,有蝦米、冬菇、魷魚、雞蛋、生菜等,當然還有蠔仔啦!潮式香煎芋頭卷 ($38)芋頭被腐皮包著再炸,新鮮炸出來不太油,而且十分香脆。芋頭加上花生,味道配襯。炒粿汁 ($45)所謂的粿汁,其實是用米漿和糯半粉漿造成,薄薄的主食,亦是潮式很常見到的特色食物。粿汁加上肉絲、芽菜、等材料,加上xo醬炒,很夠鑊氣雖然鋪仔細細,有點其貌不揚,但食物不錯,全部新鮮煮,而且夠特色,值得一讚!最係,送上餐牌。
