上星期日和家人到灣仔食晚飯,媽媽想食順德菜,我們就去名門試試,餐館環境幾舒適,座位寬敞,一家人坐好合適,侍應招呼熱情,耐心為我們講解特色菜。酸梅轆鴨,都幾大隻,酸酸地又惹味,鴨肉好軟滑入味,大人細路都合適,有傳統的味道,比內地的更好味。鯽魚片煎蛋白,幾有特色,以前未食過,魚片幾嫩滑,煎得幾香,口感不錯,沒想過魚片和蛋白煎起來是那麼夾。薑蔥上湯焗大蝦配煎脆米粉,好大碟,賣相已相當吸引,大蝦真的好大隻,好新鮮,入口爽脆彈牙,加上煎米粉好香脆,加上濃郁的上湯,真是有畫龍點睛之感。京蔥遼參爆鮮牛柳,爆京蔥香到無朋友,遼參爽口嫩滑,一食就知是高檔貨,牛柳亦好鮮嫩,整體好惹味,有一種滿足感。麵醬啫啫生菜煲,啫啫聲響,熱氣騰騰,好香,生菜爽脆,麵醬味道濃淡適中,一會兒就給我們食清光。冬瓜盅,消暑佳品,味道清淡中帶有鮮香,材料豐富,入口慢慢感到陣陣的鮮甜。還送了我們糖水,紫米露夠糯香,不太甜,好味。
