揭開飢腸轆轆之旅,我今次去咗間舒服夠晒氣派嘅餐廳。初初,熱氣騰騰嘅麵包,啖啖香脆,咬落去滿口幸福感,簡直正到爆燈💥。湯品方面,濃郁得黎唔膩口,仲有推介必試嘅生蠔🦪,每隻新鮮得滑嫩,海水味剛好,鮮甜得嚟絲絲入扣!

來到主菜,咋咋聲嘅炭燒豬鞍扒,肉質嫩滑得黎香噴噴,搭配喺旁邊嘅波士頓虎蝦尾,鮮嫩多汁,我一啖一啖嘆舌根都快融化😋。緊接著,卡邦尼粗管麵嘅表現都唔差,每粒麵手感剛好,轉個幾圈入口,奶香味溶入心扉。

最啱心水嘅,係嗰清新過癮嘅Kiwi Mojito同Dirty Chocolate,一杯醒神,一杯濃郁,啱晒唔同喜好嘅朋友。飲品之嘉嘅呈現,成日引誘我唔停試新嘢。

食完之後,我只想話,如果你想滿足味蕾而又唔想揼錢包,這間西餐廳肯定值得一試!食物質素、環境氣氛都同價錢成正比,咁嘅好味道,真係令人回味無窮👍!

今日行完將軍澳海傍,就順便食個early dinner,就搵到一間好有情調既西餐廳名叫Chef's Stage kitchen。餐廳格調好好,令人感覺好舒服,衛生環境亦都很舒適,好適合同情人黎享受。我地今日點左個二人套餐。頭盤我地要左一個吞拿魚沙津同一個龍蝦湯。吞拿魚無腥味,新鮮的蔬菜配上酸甜的醬汁非常開胃。龍蝦湯味道濃郁滑溜,感覺好足料。前菜是香煎珍寶帶子配釀煙三魚酥皮餡餅,帶子煎得岩岩好,生熟程度剛剛好,不會Over cooked,非常鮮美,煙三文魚餡餅很有特式可以一試。主菜我們要了白酒煮紐西蘭海鑽蜆扁意粉,和澳洲穀飼肉眼扒配香草牛油焗波士頓龍蝦尾加忌廉千層薯。海鑽蜆很鮮甜肥美,海水味濃配上白酒煮意粉清新而有點少辣,很開胃。而牛扒軟淋有肉汁龍蝦肉爽甜,非常夾,而且忌廉千層薯很有驚喜,香滑又有薯味,值得一試。飲品點了推介的冰磚鴛鴦,奶茶底香濃配上咖啡凍磚,好飲而又得適合打卡。另一杯點了Princess Heart, 外形美麗有層次,味道甜美,非常適合女孩子飲用。由餐廳環境食物飲品和服務都很好,值得推薦。

個皮烤到金黃色,咬落去有啲脆脆嘅口感,雞肉都好多汁,以雞黎講唔算平,但又真係巧食~


最令我地驚喜嘅係佢哋嘅法式生牛肉他他!呢個真係太好食喇!
佢哋將生牛肉切成細粒,再加入各種調味料同埋鵪鶉蛋,混合得恰到好處,每啖都帶出牛肉嘅鮮味同口感。
一黎到就畀朋友食曬,相都影唔到切,佢哋都大讚~


最後係初榨純橄欖油蒜香白酒煮紐西蘭海鑽蜆扁意粉。
