主角係兩pat鵝肉絲,配兩塊窩夫薯片。周圍放滿漬物,有迷你紅蘿蔔條,粉紅色嘅迷你茄子形瓜仔,白蘿蔔粒加迷你葉,青瓜包住沙律菜,最後灑上少少菜苗。鵝肉絲有鵝味之餘夠清新,好似加左少少沙律醬,配非常脆口嘅窩夫薯片好唔錯。漬物唔太酸,頗清新。

羊架一客3件連骨,叫左3成熟,顏色粉嫩,伴有另上嘅燒汁。個人建議一定要用手拎住食,咁先食到少少脆皮而肉質超嫩口嘅羊架,用刀切開食冇左呢個口感。羊肉完全冇羊羶味,燒汁其實唔用都得。

Petit Fours用塊木板上枱。有蛋糕仔配忌廉同少少紅莓乾,仲加左少少銀箔,食落非常濕潤,唔過甜,唔錯。另外有印有餐廳名嘅朱古力,中間明顯有滑溜朱古力醬,味道就冇乜特別。

今日餐廳勁繁忙,滿座咁滯,所有服務員冇時間幫手加水,而且每道菜之間要等好耐,不過冇所謂,反正今日有好多時間。服務員基本上態度良好。食物質素唔錯,而精緻度有進步,個人覺得呢度係半島酒店性價比最高嘅西餐廳(大堂就未試過),平平哋黎慶祝特別日子都幾好。

跟住送左一籃暖的麵包籃黎, 見到呢盤麵包籃都真係好開心,

好靚好多details位嘅朱古力屋!敲爛薄脆嘅朱古力片,就會見到忌廉同雲呢拿雪糕。雪糕香滑有雲呢拿籽,不過忌廉就無乜味。成個甜品嘅精髓一定係另上嘅朱古力醬!超濃郁!更帶果酸!朱古力控忍唔住就咁飲晒啲朱古力醬。成個甜品味道就唔算好特別,但勝在造型獨特 打卡一流。

跟住上了我的前菜— 蟹肉pancake 。因為頭盤已經食了好多蟹,所以我覺得此款味道沒什麼特別。中間有好多蟹肉,但周圍的醬汁味道未有引人入勝之處。反而鴨肝(我忘了拍照)就很推薦大家點點看:皮煎得好脆,裡面生熟剛好,又沒有鵝肝的油膩感,反而有一陣清爽,食落好舒服。

整體而言沒有很驚艷,但我理解這瑞士餐廳出名食cheese fondue 🫕 ! 因為覺得cheese foudue as dinner 太heavy 便沒點,應該是很出色的。長輩還點了瑞士名前菜 raclette ,但芝士不熱薯仔又乾,說是食落已沒以前creamy 滿足的口感。有點小失望,但食物質素只能說不差!就是沒有特別想再回來吃而已。

去到瑞士餐廳一定要食啲傳統菜色,呢個牛仔薄片正正就係傳統名菜,牛仔佢煮到非常嫩滑,配上佢個牛仔骨做嘅忌廉汁真係令到啲牛仔薄片昇華咗去另一個層次,配菜仲有瑞士薯餅,同個汁一齊食又真係會牛叫

啤酒燴去骨牛筋條配麵團
好似唔多夠喉就叫多咗個牛助條食,點知非常有驚喜。個牛助好淰滑但仲有咬口,有淡淡嘅啤酒麥香。而個Spätzli 一個係瑞士同德國都好多人食嘅麵條,完全係可以同個汁一齊食,而家諗起都想再食多次。

終於吃到瑞樵閣的芝士火鍋, 和餐廳本身在本島的定位一樣, 都是比較便宜而且Budgetable, 正宗的瑞士芝士火鍋在香港的選擇不多, 較出名的就是這家和瑞士餐廳, 這家酒量較濃, 吃起來咸香中帶甘甜, 當然嗅覺酒香更濃; 後者就比較甜, 較易入口, 但無論如何, 一份火鍋再配上基本的白麵包, 吸汁能力之強令其相當飽肚, 其他午餐菜式也吃得蠻吃力的.夏季set lunch菜式, 特別是主菜, 如燒春雞及西冷牛扒, 不如之前吃的吸引, 也沒太多瑞上特色. 可取的是煎鯧魚的鮮香和肥美, 還有外皮的香脆. 不知為何, 總覺得瑞士菜某些食材很有香港特色, 除了之前介紹的鯧魚外, 還有豬手和乳鴿, 雖然做法不盡相同, 但味道上帶着一些親切感呢! 說到今次最吸引我的, 也許是頭盤的炸芝士, 外皮夠脆夠薄, 內裏半溶芝士的口感對比, 比起芝士火鍋更為豐富呢!
