本身都驚呢個甜品好漏 但食落又唔會喎因屋仔的朱古力片很薄而內裏的雲呢拿雪糕配開心果忌廉同朱古力sauce 成個package幾夾
我好鍾意個朱古力sauce😋幼滑又香濃



今晚餐飯不經不覺食了快三小時
而店員都friendly & helpful

This was redeemed by their first course. This was my first time trying a savory souffle and the aroma of the cheese was heavenly. Even without the truffle sauce it was a great dish. My friend described the beef chips going well with the light cheese mousse on his dish.

Once again, the main course redeemed the soup. (This is almost like a roller coaster ride) My halibut had a nice crispy outside while retaining its moisture. pancake 看起來平平無奇,但原來填滿了厚厚既蟹肉,加上極濃既龍蝦汁,非常美味。

Slow cooked citrus flavoured salmon on sliced carrots with lemon butter sauce
三文魚肉非常細滑,嫰嫰的溜入口裏,沒有太多複雜既調味,反而帶有點點橄欖油同鮮檸檬味道,特出食材本身既鮮味。

Breaded and fried lberian pork escalopes with warm potato and cucumber salad
炸豬扒炸得香脆,份量大,但略為薄身,如果豬扒再厚點會更完美。

Rank of lamb with roasted garlic, fine beans, carrots and gratinated potato
羊架輕煎,共有三大件,肉質雖然厚,但很嫰滑,完全沒有根,亦冇羊架既騷味。

Organic beef with root vegetables and hint of horseradish
牛仔肉薄片上,煮得好淋好入味,完全冇渣,配埋一層層既薯仔片,好creamy 好惹味。

Whole roasted spring chicken with mixed herbs
烤春雞原隻上碟,份量不少,肉質非常嫰滑,完全吾鞋口,不肥不瘦剛剛好,直得一試。

一口牛肉炸煱
炸煱用上特別既油,不會覺得太肥膩,炸完既一口牛柳粒充滿牛肉味,即炸即食係特別好味。

餐廳座位不算多,但由於名氣高,價格不算過貴,同埋食物質素高,如果遇上特別日子,最好都係預先訂枱。

話說係我嘅生日飯,我當然唔可以幫我閨蜜慳啦兩個女人去浪漫下,就連我地部相機食到好飽🤗🤗 個麵包除左靚之外,佢仲好好食🤭🙋🏻‍♀️我叫多左兩轉。我選擇左大蝦做個main course ,「生日食蝦,以後唔會被人蝦」🤪個汁味道好特別,但我略微覺得佢唔夠熱。杯咖啡係成餐生日飯個完美句號。

有條道理,人越大越覺得岩,識人真係好過識字既。如果唔係有朋友係半島做,我真係從無諗過,呢一生人我會入去半島食芝士火鍋😲為左呢餐飯,嗰日番工個人都執番正少少,斯文啲。一入到去,瑞士小木屋既裝潢,配上刻意調暗左既燈光,嗯,係高級餐廳既格調。三個女人一個墟,我地呢度多過三個墟,平時嘈到拆天都好,今日都變晒斯文淑女😂一行十個人,難得地被安排坐左一張西餐廳入面罕見既大圓枱。嗌左必叫既芝士火鍋,燒羊架,燒春雞等等一齊share😋高級餐廳係有番咁上下質素既,不過份量就....難得一餐淑女飯,好彩有折,唔係應該都係嗰啲乜乜週年紀念先會敢入黎食🤣

來到尾聲吃甜品,本來想點最出名的巧克力屋,不過侍應推薦了分量小一些的瑞士朱古力慕絲 Swiss chocolate mousse served with icecream/ HKD190

濃鬱的巧克力慕斯柔滑醇香,搭配上涼絲絲的香草霜淇淋,實在是好吃的停不住口。

時至今日,Chesa已有50多年的歷史, 它是香港的第一間瑞士餐廳,也是口碑最好的一家。

What a Pennisula experience. Sat down for 10 mins and no one brought us a menu or water, until I asked for a menu. Food is no problem, but the people there just don't care. 30 mins after the appetizer, the main course finally came. I asked the guy to get me the desert right away, and then timing was ok. We have ordered coffee right after the desert, but it never arrived. I asked the manager 15 mins later for what was happening, the manager said he will check but then he forgot the whole thing af

I called another manager and told him to check, and yelled at him. No coffee finally.

It's not matter of the coffee but the people there just don't care what you need! With the brand name Pennisula I cannot accept such a service!
