天氣開始轉冷,最啱就係食煲仔飯。第一次去祥囍,兩個人食,點左滑雞排骨煲仔飯、椒鹽九肚魚、薯仔炒牛柳粒。先講個煲仔飯,飯焦脆脆的,米飯煮得乾身,火喉剛好,熱辣辣上桌,真心無得輸。椒鹽九肚魚外脆內軟,好好食,份量頗多,CP值高 👍🏻可惜,薯仔炒牛肉粒就麻麻地,牛肉有陣酸味,有啲古怪。

今次是慕名而來,聽說这家店煲仔飯一絕,果然名不虛傳,我仔仔對臘味蝦乾煲仔飯讚不絕口,爸爸就最鍾意菜乾猪肺汤,豉汁蒸白鳝,我鍾意食海鮮,所以提前電話預訂了椒鹽瀨尿蝦大飽口福。缺點是地理位置有點不好找,因為藏在後面的小巷中,一般人可能不容易發現,不過酒香不怕巷子深,進餐過程中,發現這家店的客人大部分應該是熟客,會跟老闆娘打招呼開玩笑。老闆娘年輕貌美,非常愛笑,還有一個據說是台灣過來的小哥哥也挺帥的,哈哈😄

住在东区 经常去这家吃晚饭,之前一直出品稳定,特别是椒盐鲜鱿每次都必点的,煲仔饭也挺好吃,有饭焦先生最爱了,但今天外卖回家的食物真的令人失望!首先,乳鸽简直干到咬不动,应该是过夜了的今天翻热再出品,而且味道也不好,买的豉油皇虾115蚊 竟然是霉的!不新鲜的死虾,这个价钱至少是新鲜的吧!真的太失望了,曾经的喜爱,如今却不注重品控,真心不敢再尝试了。希望老板看到评价可以有所改进,还差75个字才能点评,那我就多说两句吧

網上見到評論煲仔飯很出色,小菜都很不錯,抱着期望想去試!第一次沒book位6點多去到沒有,要等到9點半才有,免得等太耐,決定下次book位再試吧!第二次中午經過想book晚上去食,又告知當日無位,那再決定下次早兩日book左先去!心想咁full一定好食多人食~最後book左位,終於食到啦。一去到就叫個白鱔蠟腸煲仔飯,九肚魚及炒蜆,飲杯凍檸茶,滿心期待。九肚魚一黎到賣相相當不錯,一食皮夠脆,但肉質好似漿,多骨,整體一般。炒蜆望落都幾好,味道都算可接受,但有好多無開殼。凍檸茶無嘜茶味,間間唔同做法,還能接受。到最後,最期待的白鱔煲仔飯黎啦!一個碗仔裝住煲仔飯嘅醬油,睇落比較稀,心諗做法唔同,就倒落啲飯撈一撈,一食無嘜味,無香味,只有好淡的白飯撈豉油味道, 直接試下碗醬油,一試簡直覺得係被欺騙,根本係豉油加左水!!!失望至極!!!白鱔救左個飯,算鮮味夠爽脆,蠟腸也是不夠香,肥油味比較重!試完今次,真係短時間唔會再試!樣子很不錯,味道卻令人失望!

一去到就叫個白鱔蠟腸煲仔飯,九肚魚及炒蜆,飲杯凍檸茶,滿心期待。
九肚魚一黎到賣相相當不錯,一食皮夠脆,但肉質好似漿,多骨,整體一般。
炒蜆望落都幾好,味道都算可接受,但有好多無開殼。
凍檸茶無嘜茶味,間間唔同做法,還能接受。
到最後,最期待的白鱔煲仔飯黎啦!
一個碗仔裝住煲仔飯嘅醬油,睇落比較稀,心諗做法唔同,就倒落啲飯撈一撈,一食無嘜味,無香味,只有好淡的白飯撈豉油味道, 直接試下碗醬油,一試簡直覺得係被欺騙,根本係豉油加左水!!!失望至極!!!白鱔救左個飯,算鮮味夠爽脆,蠟腸也是不夠香,肥油味比較重!
試完今次,真係短時間唔會再試!
樣子很不錯,味道卻令人失望!

雞煲裏面除咗有雞同豬肚之外,亦都有好多自足同酸菜,雞尚算嫩滑,豬肚亦都好爽口

今日相約朋友去行街,所謂的行街是由筲箕灣沿着海旁行去中環方向,正所謂三軍未動糧草先行,我哋相約左喺筲箕灣食過煲仔飯先至出發。朋友之前食過呢一間佢話好好食,所以我哋今日就來會一會佢,我選擇咗臘味煲仔飯,因為我不食潤腸,所以變咗係臘腸和臘肉雙拼,大約等咗15分鐘上枱,上枱時已經聞到好香的飯香,熱力十分澎湃,一打開煲蓋,香味即刻源源不絕湧上來,之後加咗少少的豉油,感覺即刻源源不絕湧上來。臘腸有少少燒酒的味道,而臘肉就比較大件,要食就比較辛苦,如果切細一啲就會好啲,方便咀嚼。煲仔飯下面嘅白飯,由於滲透臘味的油分,再加上一個特製嘅豉油 ,其實就咁食已經好好食,曾經聽人講過,筲箕灣去食煲仔飯嘅天堂,下次有機會我一定會食埋另外果兩間,睇吓邊個先至係筲箕灣冧巴溫!

蝦乾臘味煲仔飯,有大量蝦乾、潤腸粒、臘腸粒、冬菇粒、臘肉粒等,一打開煲蓋,脹卜卜的,基本飯量已到達煲邊,上面有很多的蝦乾、臘味粒,粗畧量一量,淨飯已有差不多4中碗呢!基本上料飯都足,可就是下單不到10分鐘左右就上抬,開蓋時煙都無,不是凍的,卻也並非熱騰騰的,少了熱騰騰的作用,感覺蝦乾臘味都較硬,而飯中亦缺少了臘味的油香。飯粒亦由煮熱到脹卜卜時轉為已漸降溫下逐步趨向乾硬,飯焦咬下亦只有一大片依韌感。黃金墨魚餅,有8片之多,鹹蛋黃造成的黃金汁包住每一塊彈牙的墨魚餅,鹹到適中。而且吃到豐富的墨魚肉,吃不停。菜乾豬肺湯,菜乾、新鮮的白菜、杏仁、雞腳、豬肺、豬骨煲成,奶白色的湯汁中帶有菜乾的香味,感覺已經很滋潤了。湯雖濃,喝起來卻很清甜。
