以前喺外國成日同朋友吹噓香港嘅中餐好食幾多幾多,結果佢今日一落機就挑機,聽朋友介紹嚟咗公司附近嘅張公子食。一食,連自己都surprise埋。好 好 食。 ✦ 秋霧鹵醉蝦好靚嘅菜式,出上枱嘅時候輕煙縷縷,夢幻感十足。味道又係估佢唔到,醉得嚟帶小麻辣,好惹味。而且仲有好多蝦膏,啱晒我。 ✦ 張公子叉燒 厚切叉燒,份量多、件件厚,外層燒得又脆又甜,內層依然嫩滑。食咗兩舊已經好飽。 ✦ 張公子牛肋排呢碟賣相雖然冇咁靚,但份量真係嚇一跳,味道再嚇多跳。燜得好冧,入口有散開嘅感覺,同時鎖實晒啲肉汁,加埋醬汁亦非常香,充斥味蕾。 ✦ 勁量重手芝士大蝦伊麵 真係好重手,好啱朋友呢啲cheese addict。伊麵依然有彈性,大蝦爽滑。好大盤,超飽肚。 唯一要挑剔係真係要叫多幾個人嚟食,每道菜份量都好足,兩個人嗌唔到太多。值得一讚係茶有一路熱住,食飽,消吓濟。

呢碟賣相雖然冇咁靚,但份量真係嚇一跳,味道再嚇多跳。燜得好冧,入口有散開嘅感覺,同時鎖實晒啲肉汁,加埋醬汁亦非常香,充斥味蕾。

✦ 勁量重手芝士大蝦伊麵
真係好重手,好啱朋友呢啲cheese addict。伊麵依然有彈性,大蝦爽滑。好大盤,超飽肚。

唯一要挑剔係真係要叫多幾個人嚟食,每道菜份量都好足,兩個人嗌唔到太多。值得一讚係茶有一路熱住,食飽,消吓濟。

第二次黎食差左好多。😅點完菜唔夠5分鐘野食已經上哂枱,可想言之質素會有幾好。首先招牌叉燒偏肥,舊舊都斬到兩隻手掌咁厚,好難入口。豔影蝦球係極度失望,由$168加價到$218,唔係用新鮮蝦都算,上碟已經凍,外皮炸粉極厚又炸唔乾身,外皮仲大舊過入面隻蝦,越食越滯。🥴本來點個龍皇吐霧鮮鮑魚諗住打卡,但呀姐落乾冰過程整得好求其,成唔到水晶球。鮑魚味道中規中矩少少花雕味,但打唔到卡基本上叫黎無意思。😅總括黎講,份量睇落大份,但質素一般,同價錢不相符,服務亦有待改善。
