朋友生日,因銅鑼灣就腳,就打算請佢過來食晚飯,叫咗4餸和甜品,煎銀鱈魚和秋葵不過不失,重災區係黑胡椒蟹和蝦醬排骨,黑胡椒蟹好鹹,我們要了碗開水來洗蟹,墊底的粉絲好乾又好硬,好似未煮開,蝦醬排骨炸到好乾,老實講,仲差過出面啲兩餸飯師傅,真不敢相信這家是張公館的出品,失望至極!不會有下次!太差了
