晚上去的店内不是很亮都是黄色灯光
但给人一种很放松和温馨的氛围


自酿酱油烧后切牛舌:看这样就很诱人,粉嫩粉嫩的,厚厚一片,外脆里软嫩,还弹牙!一点都没有生味,口感真的很妙,就是咬住自己舌头的感觉,软软嫩嫩的。


啤酒脆酱炸鸡:很脆很多汁,虽然外皮被炸的那么脆但一点都不油腻!还很大一个,必点无误!


酱油渍三文鱼拌饭:刚端起来还以为是沙拉碗,没看到下面的米饭,翻拌起来非常粘稠,这就是拌饭的魅力,每一粒米饭都被粘稠包裹着,很好入口!


日式烧饭团:看起来非常的朴素,但却给人最温暖的印象,酱油色的米粒,内在热气腾腾,真的是朴实无华。


饮品也好喝!把台上一瓶瓶吊起来的酒不仅起到装饰作用还节省了台面上的空间,老是能想到这些无关吃的事情。

餐牌內菜式選擇不算多,不過我其實是為了「醬漬蘭王蛋 鹽麴燒牛小排丼飯」而來的,所以也沒有多作選擇,朋友選了「素椒麻拌麵」。

牛小排丼飯真的好吃得無話可說,牛小排燒得軟嫩,而且肉汁豐富,把蘭王蛋拌勻,每一粒日本米飯都沾上牛肉汁和甜甜的蛋香,好吃得盆底見天都意猶未盡。
