家傳滬曉是美孚區較高檔的食府,是我。我們五人有長者又有小朋友午飯,點了醉豬手,素鵝,牛肉煎餅, 醃督鮮,牛柳粒炒年糕,什錦炒上海拉麵。醉豬手不錯,不會像有些食肆的豬手骨多肉小,豬手又爽又腍,連老人家都愛吃,酒味又恰到好處。 我們每次必食的牛柳粒炒年糕,仍保持高水準,廚房快炒牛柳粒, 外面微微煎香,裡面剛剛熟,牛肉品質好,入口溶化。 年糕則切成細細粒,煙煙韌韌,再配搭燈籠椒粒及雜菌,而且獻汁控制得宜,值得推介。 較失望的是牛肉煎餅,牛肉餡料少又無肉汁,皮厚又有點乾。什錦炒上海拉麵及其他菜式則維持一般唔錯水準。

4個人來此店食午餐小龍包味道唔錯餡多又多汁, 如果皮可以再薄就更好.雪菜肉絲炒年糕, 這一個年糕煙韌本身無味不過加入偏咸既雪菜一起食味道就適中, 只可惜炒得偏油.醉雞係我最唔欣賞, 酒味太重令到雞肉有點苦, 而且煮得過火令到肉質變得鞋口.雞絲粉皮叫做正常, 整體來講食物味道只屬普通.不過環境座位都叫舒服, 服務都令人滿意.

食物:到這店,每次也會叫片皮鴨,鴨燒得光好,皮脆帶汁,雖然師父(侍應擔任)片皮的技巧不太好,但這區只有它才有這道菜式,而且鴨可選兩食,除片皮外,也可作少炒。 蟮糊的蟮夠爽口,用來撈飯,正!醉雞味道好,雖有少量酒味,但入口時配合雞,酒的濃度卻剛好!環境:在這區的裝修算好了,而且可選擇坐卡位。

薺菜亦係冇乜味....
個sauce 亦冇味...
成碟年糕都冇味...

另叫了台式三杯雞, 呢個不過不失... 同叮叮即食既質素差唔多...

是日例湯ok 潤, 係木瓜雪耳, 但都係有d 淡口...

整體來說, 呢間野係咪唔加調味料ga?

不推介給食慣濃烈口味既朋友們.


不過我唔比喊面, 因為環境算係咁啦.

好咁算啦,, 諗住快手食埋個無味麵就走,, 點知食食下,, 竟然食到隻黑色昆蟲!!!!!!!真係極嘔心!!!!! 正所謂眼不見為乾淨,, 即使明知有好多餐廳既衛生都未必如我地所想,, 但有乜理由會俾個客見到??? 我地大人食左都話算數,, 但我地同行係有個2,3歲既小朋友!!! 小朋友食左落肚點算???

跟住同個長髮女侍應講,, 佢望一望, 跟住講左句:「sorry呀下!」, 就走左去~~~又漏單,, 又唔衛生,, 只係講句"sorry呀下"就算數,, 都唔知有無搞錯!!!

I  used to visit King Parrot group restaurants few times a month as they have variety choices. However today I was totally disappointed by the service of the Manager.  I was standing in front of the reception desk for more than 5 minutes and no one lead me to the table though there was two available. I was standing in front of the reception desk for more than 5 minutes and no one lead me to the table though there was two available. I could understand this situation as the shop was busy, but what made me frustrated was the Manager led three guests that just came in from the side door straight to a table without checking  any guest standing at the main entrance.  

Furthermore, I was trying to approach the Manager to let him know that I was there first.  However, the three guests were alrady sat down so I just wanted to take the last table.  At that moment, another guest just came in from the main entrance and she was led by another waitress to the last table. Finally, I would have to wait again, but of course I gave up waiting for this stupid restaurant as there are so many other choices in Mei Foo.

A well dish of drunken chicken represents the greatest culture of Shanghainese cuisine. Here I could find it. I had visited couples of so-called Shanghainese restaurants in Central previously, their dishes of drunken chicken were not strong taste enough of the wine sauce, which made the chicken tasteless. The general quality of food is no doubted fine, service is nice. But I think it’s slightly pricey for such small proportion of dish…

晚飯時間, 路經附近, 在'開飯啦' 找找附近有什麼食店, 便找到這間餐廳. 晚飯時間, 好多在外等位, 幸好很快就有枱 點咗麵包雞丁 - ok, 但個包比較硬窩貼 - ok 雲吞雞 - d 雲吞唔係咁好食, 一般賽螃蟹 - 不俗, 幾滑上菜很快, 服務也唔錯. 下次經過, 可以再來食過 !

滬式百寶鴨, 同我們於廣東館子食到的百寶鴨有什麼區別呢. 就是上海式既味道比較味濃, 醬汁勁厚. 百寶鴨由內至外到充滿了上海汁. 內裡的糯米香口, 其他料, 已經看得不太清楚, 皆因醬汁既色水太黑, 餐廳燈光也黑. 黑上加黑, 只能憑味覺去感受呢隻鴨. 濃味香味俱全的, 有番咁上下水準.

元蹄, 江南菜的其中一味精髓. 原隻紅燒豬蹄, 皮炆得晶瑩, 面帶膠質但食落絕不膠口. 而且, 最重要是食落唔覺肥膩. 肉夠腍.醬汁味道夠厚. 雖不是最好的元蹄, 但也能說是有少少功架.

繼續上前菜, 食到的, 是上海菜中的素鵝. 不過, 有時此個素鵝, 經常的似素非素. 因為醃製時, 周不是會用上蠔油, 令本來是全素的食物, 變成非素食. 所以我們落order之前, 特登問多兩句, 問清楚才放心落單. 此素鵝, 味道雖好, 但我嫌棄一樣野, 就是炸得較乾. 我始終喜歡濕濕地的.

素菜了, 是為太太而點的, 名未不太記得的菜, 大多是名字太"了能"或是欠缺令我留下印象的說服力. 此素食, 非滬菜也. 清清淡淡的, 冇乜味道. 太太都只吃了少許, 證明, 味道一般.

什菌扒菜膽. 用上上海白菜, 什菌同菜其實沒有什麼特別味道. 滬菜, 最重要是那個濃醬油汁. 所有好味道, 都要用一用這個醬, 才能發揮到上海既獨特飲食文化.

雲吞雞, 我們沉醉的, 不是雞, 也不是雲吞. 能說一流的, 是淡湯. 雞肉的精髓, 精華, 全部都在湯裡面. 湯, 飲落份外的清甜. 雞味十足. 弄到後上的煲湯雞肉, 無人問津.

食北方既魚, 最好不要蒸. 煎/炸是最佳的做法. 黑醋松子魚, 炸得酥香的魚肉, 沾滿了黑醋, 味道顯得更加之香口. 而魚肉本身不是滑, 但加了點醋香, 比起用上五柳汁更加蓋得好魚肉的缺點. 家庭中有好食骨頭同好食肉的人士, 成條魚, 最後, 真的俾我地, 食剩棚骨.

甜品time, 因為信用卡優惠而可以以一份既價錢, 點下兩份甜品. 我們剛好夠8個人, 就叫下兩份雷沙湯丸, 豆汾餡的, 味道好甜. 入口後, 不粘牙, 不粘口. 寶寶不能吃, 多出的一件, 當然讓給老爸啦.
