講起Fine dining 感覺好似係西餐嘅專利,就算係高價位嘅富豪飯堂,都不免有點老的感覺。但其實細心留意香港都有唔少幾高級又有格調的中菜,就好似今日去呢間喺IFC嘅唐述,佢嘅裝修以沉色為主,好有格調,而且仲可以望到維多利亞海景,好適合fine dinning。佢哋嘅「世味人生」menu,頭盤、主菜連甜品足足有九道菜式,每一樣都俾到你視覺同味覺嘅享受。仲有菜式都好附合「世味人生」呢個主題,每一道菜都俾到你多層次嘅味道。頭盤嘅滕椒蔥油蟶子皇就係辣嘅代表,顏色碧綠入口有藤椒嘅麻辣感覺。冷盤有三款,其中嘅古越龍山花雕鮮鮑魚,清新之外帶點酒嘅辛。除咗甜品之外呢度嘅綿綿川貝杏汁花膠螺頭燉蜜瓜湯入都有甜味,我最欣賞係呢個湯嘅綿綿外層,放入湯後吸收晒入面啲味道,然後一次過品嘗到湯同海鮮嘅精華。最後個甜品都令我留下深刻印象,呢度嘅薑茶鴛鴦湯圓,薑茶嘅濃味好似用咗成煲薑煲埋咗一碗水,飲完之後,覺得成個人暖晒,湯圓係手造,入面嘅餡料,除咗有紅豆之外仲加入少少椰絲,增加口感。基本上整個餐每一道菜式我都非常滿意而且呢度嘅環境真係冇得挑剔,好適合節日慶祝。

叉燒酥就落咗咖喱粉,外皮鬆化味濃,叉燒酥好過燒鵝酥,起碼冇油益味。

蝦餃餡料全部都係超大粒蝦肉,味濃肉爽,用咗萵筍墊底,連萵筍都食埋唔好嘥!

蟹肉餃似食大波波軟糖,軟檽有淡淡蟹味,真係好得意,咁都比大廚煮到出嚟。

古法山楂咕嚕肉炸䊢外皮薄薄酥脆,甜甜酸酸山楂味唔特出,肉質軟嫩,有水準之作。

鮑魚鵝掌掌肉超腍味重,鮑魚超正味濃郁,𡁻多幾啖細細品嚐糖心鮑魚嘅美味,可惜無叫麵,嘥晒啲咁正嘅鮑魚汁。

太子肉枕係蟹膏豆腐撈龍蝦肉,龍蝦肉有啲煙靭,不過都彈牙,加埋各有所長嘅蟹膏同豆腐,口感非常複雜。

蕃茄炒蛋煎馬友,魚皮煎得好香脆,奈何馬友肉味淡,蕃茄炒蛋幾好食。

甘栗珍菌炆飯,米飯較為濕身略甜,有竹笙羊肚菌,用料足夠多個米飯,栗子軟軟甜甜,做法特別。

珠光寶盒原來係凍冰冰甜品,用白朱古力椰子味外皮包住開心果mouse,賣相同做法都花咗唔少心思,味道口感趣怪好食而有少少偏甜。

薑茶湯圓,綠色湯圓用泰式Pandan椰絲糖做餡料,番薯湯圓餡料好鬆化冇渣,白色湯圓就係蔴蓉餡料,薑汁潤滑辣辣地夠曬薑味。

食店裝修華麗,佈置考心思,座位寬敞舒適,餐桌瓷器杯碟碗筷夠精緻,屬於新派中菜食肆,烹煮用心用力,食材選料上乘,下午飯每人花費$700,稍為偏貴但物有所值,儲夠錢值得再去幫襯!雖然坐於廂房較隱蔽,侍應不斷留心客人需要,服務勤快有禮貌,值得一讚。
