To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 朋友邀請我去上水食飯慶祝生日,約定在新開幕的潮江春等。餐廳裝修都唔太差都幾華麗、樓底都幾高。朋友想食鹵水豆腐,所以點了一份,可惜鹵水未夠老身所以唔香、幸好豆腐夠滑。鮑魚雞球煲、賣相比起餐牌相有好大分別,幸好鮑魚好有咬口又有魚味,雞肉是新鮮雞所以雞味濃郁,配以蒜子及香葱入饌、味道好好。潮州烏㰖蒸寶石魚、寶石魚肉質肥美、是本地養殖魚之一,含有豐富奧米加脂肪酸、配以烏欖碎、豉油及豆腐、烏㰖有小小酸澀味混和豉油及豆腐一起食用、加重了魚味!青㰖螺頭燉豬𦟌湯,湯清淡冇油,帶有小小豬肉及螺頭鮮味、但自己飲唔到青㰖味道!食了一粒靑欖、味道偏鹹都幾好味。臘味煲仔飯,飯煲得好好味、夠乾身又香口!臘腸、膶腸、臘鴨、臘肉一點也不肥膩又唔鹹。足足食了兩大碗飯才擺休!雖然今晚沒有完全點了很多潮州餸、但沒有想過在上水的潮江春都可以煮出美味的廣東味道!今晚十分滿足!唯獨是有一兩個服務員服務態度差、影響了整體氣氛!

老媽子朋友說: 果間「潮江春」好好食架,得閒去試下啦! 但伏線從此埋下 午市點心選擇不多,都是點了較大路的點心。先來的是菠蘿叉燒包&蒸牛肉腸粉。菠蘿叉燒包賣相不錯,幾特別。但一試便知道又是「好睇唔好食」的東西,首先這個包分為酥皮、包、叉燒(叉燒醬)三個部份,最難得之是食下去便知道這三個部份是完全沒有關連,完全唔夾,沒有任何配合。而且來到的時候已涼掉,的確失望。最後叉燒與叉燒醬佔的比例極少,真的是「慳得就慳」蒸牛肉腸粉質感極差,三條「痴」埋一齊,仲帶有「粉糊」的感覺,失敗中的失敗醬汁蒸鳳爪看起來真的不錯。但又是中伏之作,整個醬汁只有豉油的少許鹹味,沒有甜和辣味,非常清淡啊確是有點驚嚇竟然連鳳爪都可以甘差勁。「山竹牛肉球」一看便知道不及格,這是一個粗糙的球體啊,完全沒有那種嫩滑的感覺。雖然加上喼汁後味道比一般的差了一點點,但真的差本來以為潮江春食潮洲粉果應該幾穩陣,但原來又錯了粉果的外皮有點厚,而且粉粉的,食下去有點「漿」住個口。但味道只是與一般潮洲粉果相若牛栢葉份量不少,但有時真系應該重質不重量。味道相當清淡,個人認為較適合著重健康的人食因為只有少許薑絲的味道failfail

順帶一說,這裡的服務真的不行,不是說待應的態度,而是整體服務水平。已吃完的點心放在枱邊近10分鐘也沒有人理會,要我們主動請待應收起。水壺打開近10分鐘也是同樣沒人理會,也需要主動要求才能加水。除了食物質素外,這應該是需要改善吧。

這裡價錢也不便宜,茶位和酸菜也是$10@,當然點心也比一般連鎖店貴。

會再嚟 , 因為環境同裝修我都好鐘意。

見間野新開入左去試,之前食佢分店都唔錯,自然對間野有期望,味道其實係唔差,但個人覺得食物唔夠熱,同埋侍應態度好一般,上菜求其D囉,即係放低就算又唔理有冇撞到客人既碗碟,倒瀉醬汁又唔知,不過佢提供西瓜汁比我飲已經將功補過嫁啦! 總括而言啦,係上水唔知食咩入去食下都不失為好選擇既。講下D食物啦佢野食啲汁夠正夠熱又夠多,梅菜扣肉係真係要大大力推薦既!口感真係非筆墨可以形容,完全唔會好似出面個D咁整到好油膩,唔洗搵飯送都食得落。另外佢有D潮州打冷既菜式,佢既風味絕對唔會輸比街邊個D打冷鋪,我會形容佢做"高檔打冷",真係好好食,佢既款式都幾多,下次會去再試下其他菜,而佢既炸小黃魚都係唔提唔得,所謂"小"黃魚條魚其實真係好大條,但個皮炸得好香好正,同時D魚肉又KEEP到好香滑似蒸魚,我一個人可以食2條,飽過食飯。但有一樣野要提,間野話明係"高檔打冷" ,價錢真係中上既,平均一個菜一個小食都講緊$100左右,而且等位都要等幾耐下,不過都算物有所值。
