潮江春除咗價錢較高外,都冇咩唔好。點心好食,我平日去通常食芋角,明蝦角,鮮竹卷,紫薯煎餅(各個名可能有偏差,自己去睇返menu),另外個沙茶醬牛肉河,濃味亦好味,蠔仔湯飯亦好味,諗起都想食。茶就唔少得,以前我好鍾意帶個壺去裝茶,而家唔想飲太多所以冇帶,鐵觀音好香,而家就飲壽眉多,大家都盡量叫壽眉,因為普洱其實對人唔好,因為係紅茶。佢哋服務都ok,冇話叫人唔理你,我成日添好多水,都好幫手。另外,晚市有咁環境,叫餸都唔算貴,有100蚊以內嘅餸可以叫,酒樓嚟講,價錢合理。

星期六假期經過上水,但上水廣場太多人,轉移到上水滙,人少好多,今次去食潮州嘢,叫咗潮州點心,未試過嘅潮州炸油粿,原來入面係花生芝麻餡,仲有傅統嘅潮州粉果,鵝肉薑蔥撈麵,加上豉汁鳳爪,可惜欠特色潮州茶,酒樓一般人只飲普洱,香片,少食多滋味😀

聖誕前後,跟朋友聚腳的機會超多,吃到肚子都快要不行了。今天跟朋友來吃中菜,又任性地點了一些肥膩菜式,一於食完先減!上湯龍蝦伊麵龍蝦走油炸得好香口,份量比較細碟,三人吃謹謹夠。炸蠔餅吃潮洲野,不能不點蠔餅。 這蠍仔蛋炸得很香,蠔仔份量很充足,我們三人分享份量有點多,不過吃得很滿足!點了兩樣肥膩食物,當然至少耍回一樣清淡的菜式。於是點了這道粉絲蝦米雜菜煲,清清淡淡不錯。

星期六,都一定會同媽媽飲茶,上水區酒樓,我最鐘意去潮江春飲茶,價錢唔算貴,質素有保證,餐廳裝潢優雅簡約,坐得舒適。星期六午茶不用等位,侍應好快安排入座。來到一定要點燒賣,燒賣大大粒,肉質鮮美原籠馬拉糕馬拉糕好軟熟,鬆軟~~~蒜片牛仔粒香滑軟嫩的牛仔粒,加上香脆的蒜片,非常美味。金不換沙律海皇卷炸得好香脆,配上沙律醬,味道不錯。擂沙煎堆仔有好多芝麻,餡料太甜,不太油膩。荷塘煎藕餅煎得香口,蓮藕爽口。

約中午到潮江春排隊飲茶,排了約半小時入內。飲中午茶來說,價錢算貴,茶價HKD 14一位環境好大,坐得好舒服,傾計好地方。最好食都是大蝦腐皮卷:腐皮煎得香最脆,大蝦彈牙,大點 HKD 34。黑松靈淮山蒸素餃 (大點)HKD 34。內有粟米,紅蘿蔔。 粟米唔甜,紅蘿蔔沒味 ,雖有口感,但味道有點淡 ,有待改善。潮洲蒸粉果: 有口感,味道OK, 豬肉新鮮入味,花生淋。大點 HKD34。煎蘿蔔糕:味道一般,少蘿蔔絲,有臘腸味道,煎得金黃, 中點HKD 30。家鄉特色炒麵線: HKD 60 最覺得點錯的食物,完全是胡椒味 ,麵線雖炒得爽,但略欠有點油。

身為上水人食過好多次啦,雖然比起其他酒樓價錢都稍為偏貴,但勝在食物質素不錯,所以keep住有幫襯,而且又可用apps等位,非常好方便啦!今次去著左條深藍色棉質裙,同朋友傾傾下計,望到自己胸前,咦勁多廁紙碎,以前自己食野唔小心,點知朋友都係咁,原來係張白紙台布上面痴滿晒廁紙碎,一定係送洗時夾集住啦!搞到好狼狽,好醜怪,明明出門口之前喺屋企用除塵碌碌過希望可以改善下啦!!!因為冬天有咁多人著深色衣物!
