表妹從新加坡回來探親,今日為佢洗塵,揀咗出名嘅大排檔——坐撚記。依家上咗樓,裝修得好橘子,地方大咗,等嘅時間都短咗。 今日8個人點咗8個菜:1)風沙蝦球,餐廳用咗雪藏蝦,蝦身仲好細隻。味道雖然不錯,但係缺乏口感。2) 豉汁蒸鱔係今日最出色嘅菜,條魚肉質好結實。3)招牌原隻炸豬手味道好好,肥瘦均勻,保留到肉汁,但係豬皮炸得有點過,太硬太脆,沒有酥脆嘅感覺。4)蜜汁薯仔牛柳粒好好味,牛柳很香,又夠淋。5)蒜蓉西蘭花,味道和軟硬度都適中。6)落菠蘿咕嚕肉就不過不失。7)沙爹肥牛粉絲煲個汁一pat pat,賣相好差,味道一般般8)星洲炒米有鑊氣,但係辣咗少少。總括嚟講,呢度又飲又食,人均消費百二蚊。不過下次要保守啲,叫曬佢啲招牌菜就算。

好姊妹生日飯,佢公司喺土瓜灣附近,所以揀咗好出名嘅楚撚記大排檔食呢間必須預先book枱,可以上網book或者打電話book之後會有短訊Double confirm一台六個女孩子大家都好年輕食勁多炸嘢,有脆炸豆腐粒,椒鹽鮮魷,蝦多士,黑椒薯仔牛柳,生炒骨,煎肉餅,都有個上湯菜,同埋養生燉湯確實煎炸嘢真係出色,不過蝦多士就不夠特別,反而黑椒薯仔牛柳仲有驚喜,好惹味另外上湯菜,濃濃嘅腐竹感覺幫喉嚨降溫,生炒骨不過不失其實佢呢度每一道菜份量都唔少,所以我哋都食唔晒要拎走,略嫌太多煎炸項目選擇,其他選擇比較較少不過送酒一流

食勁多炸嘢,有脆炸豆腐粒,椒鹽鮮魷,蝦多士,黑椒薯仔牛柳,生炒骨,煎肉餅,都有個上湯菜,同埋養生燉湯

確實煎炸嘢真係出色,不過蝦多士就不夠特別,反而黑椒薯仔牛柳仲有驚喜,好惹味
另外上湯菜,濃濃嘅腐竹感覺幫喉嚨降溫,
生炒骨不過不失

其實佢呢度每一道菜份量都唔少,所以我哋都食唔晒要拎走,
略嫌太多煎炸項目選擇,其他選擇比較較少

不過送酒一流

聽說楚撚記大排檔係區內聚餐好地方,就去試一試這間店的撚手小菜。手打蓮藕墨魚餅:原本以為是煎的,上菜後才知道是油炸的。如果煎可以keep到水份,但炸口感比較硬同偏乾。難忘漁港蝦醬骨(山海骨):蝦醬的香濃味道滲透在骨頭中,每一口都能感受到濃郁的蝦醬的風味,但肉質也是比較乾。燕麥金沙蝦球:炸蝦外脆內嫩,蝦球鮮甜,燕麥的加入增添了別樣的風味,讓人一試難忘,而且加入鹹蛋黃,因我喜歡吃有蛋黃的小菜,所以下次會再吃。

楚撚記係老字號!最近擴充營業,地方大了很多,環境改善,等位時間也縮短了。 雖然食客多了,但出品依然穩定,值得欣賞。特別推介的蜜汁牛肉薯仔粒,惹味好餸飯。還有菜乾豬肺湯,真材實料無味精。每次都必點的原隻炸豬手,選料講究,豬手的肥瘦比例恰到好處。另外,我們還點了豉汁蒸鱔,雖然味道很好,但魚片切得太薄,口感不夠滿足。至於雷聲大的豬油撈飯,飯加了豬油後,的確提升食欲,但25蚊的價位似乎不太值。幸好現在等位容易了,以後肯定會再來的!

💭 呢度保留左大排檔既優良傳統,就係會送飯後糖水,本身以為佢係綠豆沙,原來係用去左皮既綠豆煲糖水,清心丸勁煙韌彈牙,有成3粒好好味🤤呢度限時食兩個鐘,姐姐會好準時過尼提醒,同埋環境都比較嘈,一班朋友想好好傾計有啲難度呀🙈
