FInding a seat easily even in the busy hours. The service is quite good even though the atmosphere is not very good with broken chairs and no air-conditioning. The waiter approaches you immediately. Out of surprise, just after the order, the food came immediately within 5 minutes, which is very satisffied. Two dishes are order: fried rice and fried noodles. For the quanity, both of them are very satisfied as for each dish, the size is for at least 2 ppl meal size but the price is just about $40,

For the quality, the fried noodles is  acceptable but thr amount of beef is not enough and is overcooked and many noodles are burnt. For the fried rice, it is too spicy to eat even we ordered small amount of spice, thus the spice covers the orginal taste of the fried rice, which makes it not tasteful at all. Overally, if it is not spicy, it is worthwhile to eat a dish in this restaurant.

本來想食窩蛋免治牛肉飯,上枱的卻是生蛋肉片飯,侍應話係中式喎。有生飯情況,飯粒好硬;肉片好少,無肉味,汁都無乜味道。加杯熱杏仁霜,自己無加糖都已經好甜,唔覺有杏仁味道。入口有種漿糊的感覺,飲完好惹痰。整體只能以難食去形容。地面邋黐黐,會把鞋黐住。

好耐無食過膽固醇,雖然岩岩係對面食完西多士,但係見到膽固醇,真係忍唔住要食返碗。但係一d都唔平,無記錯30蚊碗,明明豬油渣其實好鬼平,同埋豌面無乜技巧,唔知點解賣到咁貴。講返碗面,d豬油渣唔夠香,炸得唔夠爽,唔似本身由佢迫d油出黎。只有不斷落d菜腩就有味,另我有少少失望,唔係好想要既味道。所以我決定返屋企自己整豬油渣,一定又香又爽又平。

坐低落單才發現⋯⋯噢!加價了!

現在要36元才有一碗大的。


而且油渣的份量比以前好像少了一點,

行完黃金,順路走去周記睇下有乜好食。見到下午茶有個桂林乾炒牛河,即本叫來試下。送到來時,嘩!都幾大碟。正!加埋周記枱面嘅䓤同辣菜甫,不得了,又辣又好味。河粉本身好新鮮,炒得夠鑊氣之餘又唔算太油,好味!最值得一讚係D牛肉,唔係好覺用梳打粉乸得好犀利。下次可以再食。記住!D辣菜甫加一匙更就好,因為都幾辣!

這個麵條...有點像是烏龍麵...
但它吃起來比烏龍麵還要紮實...
大麵更...比較硬的大麵更...

凍奶茶喝關關...

那杯叫做凍檸茶...黃皮檸檬...
正統的凍檸茶是用黃皮檸檬...
台中德記雲吞的凍檸茶長相也是如此...
茶色也是差不多...

我跟Henry的午餐...
對我們倆來說...
到外地吃高檔餐廳真的是一件很痴線的事情啦...
所以在香港Hnery都會帶我吃道地小吃...
旅遊書上介紹的與香港在地人吃的都不盡相同...
Henry來台灣...
我也是帶Henry吃台灣的特色小吃...
台灣...Henry最愛的是彰化...嘻嘻...
彰化中華路上的張記是Hnery的最愛...張記麻辣鍋...
Henry愛張記勝過鼎王...
因為我是彰化人的關係嗎?
所以彰化的大便比較香是嗎?

吃完周記油渣麵...
Henry帶我去散步消化一下...
因為我們還要繼續吃...


我的懶懶熊...我死賴著不肯走...
就是要找小晴專用的懶懶熊...
但是怎麼找都找不到...

繞了深水埗鬧區一圈之後...
Henry就先載我到美國酒店check in...
香港與台灣最大的不同就是香港的招牌都是橫式的...

這已經是在尖沙咀附近啦...
在香港開車真的是一件高級奢侈的事情...
要有錢才行...香港的車子不便宜...
除了有錢之外還要有閒...
香港的特色除了人多之外車子也很多...
常常都是traffic jam...
這一上路就會等到天荒地老...







我在香港的第一頓就是香港特色小吃...油渣麵...
香港早期的主食...等於我們的切仔麵...
到香港可以吃碗油渣麵感受一下早期香港人的食物...
我覺得這個油渣麵跟我們的地瓜飯一樣的意義...
在早期...為求溫飽生活不夠充裕時...
就是將豬油炸的酥酥的再與豬肉絲一起熬煮...
接著再放麵就是一頓飽肚的主食...
現在這個油渣麵倒是變成了特色小吃...必吃的小吃...
跟我們台灣的地瓜飯是同樣的...
客家的菜尾湯也是差不多...
尖沙咀旺角一帶有很多賣油渣麵...
大家可以就近吃油渣麵...
但在香港來講...
深水埗的周記還有一家英記是比較接近早期油渣麵口感...
在地朋友真的很重要...
這樣才不邊翻旅遊書邊踩雷邊罵...

因為未試過,亦唔知豬油渣係咩樣所以先去試!見到外面一碗豬油渣麵有好多啡色加灰色的豬油渣,但佢地比我個碗只有極多灰色位及極少啡色位!個麵有D似外出超平價既烏冬!個豬油渣原來啡色位置係好味…難怪極少……另外枱上面有好多配料,我自己加了辣冬菜!少少已經超級辣!我覺得未試過豬油渣麵可以一試,試過就未必再試!走既時間我仲見到店舖面口張圖既豬油渣係極多啡色位置……真是『圖片只供參考』!
