貫穿大街小巷美食的佐敦百文樓,位於文英街有一間燒烤店就川燒,讓人食完後回味無窮∞。同平時的串燒一樣,即叫即燒,這裡的燒烤款式甚多,我忍不住點了好多,有燒羊仔架,川香肉碎燒茄子,燒日本廣島蠔,燒韭菜,燒法式鵝肝多士,燒日本雞皮串,燒特級厚切牛利,燒菠蘿,燒日本豚肉腸拼盤等等。燒烤味道到位,幾皮串夠脆,牛利四件堅厚切,廣島蠔新鮮,鵝肝多士超香,燒菠蘿也十分juicy。小小辣的味道剛剛好食到燒烤惹味的風味,而無論分量,食物質素都新鮮,燒烤店經營夠曬認真到位。另外這裡也有其他熱食同主食,我們還點了一份稻庭牛肉手打烏冬,牛肉新鮮半生熟至滾到全熟,好有越南生牛肉粉style, 日式烏冬要做到這樣的效果,主要牛肉要夠新鮮,食落口才嫩滑美味,這個手打烏冬更為彈牙,也是值得一試。

川燒在柯士甸這裡的一家寶藏日式居酒屋式燒烤店,走到這條街遠遠的就被燒烤的香味吸引到,身體被鼻子拉進了這家店,鼻子的直覺果然不錯。有超多特色菜,恨不得全部點上一輪,只恨自己胃口不夠大,燒手打免治雞肉棒大推薦,帶著脆骨的雞肉棒,沾上鮮甜的醬汁,再加上點睛之筆生雞蛋黃,蛋黃順滑的口感,配上鹹香的雞肉棒,必點。燒煙肉荔枝卷,一片粉嫩的培根包上多汁的荔枝,一口爆漿,究極滿足。燒豚肉生菜卷也超級驚喜,豚肉的肥膩被生菜中和的剛剛好,配上一點點美乃滋,香而不膩。燒腐皮黑松露海鮮卷,黑松露愛好者當然是要來一份,腐皮炙燒之後脆脆的,配上香濃的黑松露醬,底下是海鮮卷,黑松露真是跟什麼都很搭。秘制醬燒麻辣鴨舌也是第一次吃,鴨舌軟軟的,外皮微微有點脆,很有特色。燒羊肉串肥瘦相間,羊肉的油脂在口中爆開,香味從鼻子裡衝了出來。燒雞腎燒雞軟骨都表現不俗,火候剛好。川香肉碎燒茄子絕對是必點,和我在其他燒烤店吃過的都不一樣,上面淋的是大塊大塊的肉碎蒜蓉,茄子是脫皮切成一大塊一大塊的,吃過肉碎茄子之後,普通的蒜蓉茄子都成凡夫俗子。稻庭牛肉手打烏冬,用的是奶白色的魚湯,在冬天來上一碗,可以說是暖胃又暖心了。麻辣鴨血也是滿滿的

最後甜品當然是來上燒菠蘿啦,炙燒菠蘿甜味都被激發了出來,一口爆汁。
聽老闆推薦來了一個菠蘿雪芭,一整個大菠蘿里盛著滿滿的入口即化的雪芭,為今天的燒烤畫上完美的句號。
