跟朋友逛逛灣仔搵食,想找個地方飲飲食食閒聊一下,駱克道這條街都挺多食肆,這間川燒,看名字還在想是國內特式串燒,原來亦夾雜了日式串燒,挺特別的,所以跟朋友決定試試看。眼見每枱都有一位疑似是老闆娘的在熱情招呼,我們都有被熱情介紹啊,所以點了些串燒,整個環境氣氛不錯。點了一堆串燒~雞泡魚干,燒芝士翠玉瓜,黑豚芝士五花腩(肉厚軟糯),豚肉荔枝卷(豐富汁水),特級厚切牛脷(不解釋,好好味),鹽燒雞中翼(香口脆皮肉嫰),日本豚肉腸拼盤(其中有一條芝士爆汁勁正),燒雞軟骨,燒特級牛仔骨(勁厚肉多汁),金菇肥牛,法國鮮露筍(燒後更鮮,軟身好咬口),菠蘿(香甜美味),燒魚鮫,川香肉碎燒茄子(細心去了皮直接食,不過辣得有點刺激),點了杯青檸柚子梳打超配串燒,大吃大喝非常爽。

今晚黎到銅鑼灣呢間川燒串燒酒場,店內環境好有日本串燒店既感覺!日本雞心串調味調得很好,雞心切開一半依然爽口!燒鮮白鱔鱔皮燒到脆卜卜,咬落充滿油脂,鱔肉骨都起得好乾淨川辣酒煮東風螺開頭擔心螺肉會唔夠入味,但食落卻有非常濃郁既香辣味!黑松露燒腐皮溫泉玉子好特別,其實係將腐皮切開一半,再將蛋液倒入去加上黑松露燒,出面脆卜卜,咬入去有小小流心既效果燒豬頸肉薄切,火侯岩岩好,所以將油脂迫左出黎,唔會感覺油膩,配上佢秘制既甜醬汁非常惹味!
