To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今星期响網上見到介紹呢間鍾廚有個日本清酒配海鮮菜式推廣Seafood Loves Sake, 點選其中一款菜式就有免費清酒飲, 啲菜式又好吸引 ,所以今日Friday night就即刻同老公特登嚟試一試😙。 我哋到咗已經有啲專業酒師介紹清酒又可以試飲, 仲要係貴嗰隻農口生原酒😂, 呢酒就好似話只出產3000支,好少有中式餐廳有呢種推廣!我哋叫咗奶油甘香蝦及鹽香南非鮑魚, 就有兩種唔同嘅清酒試飲😁,襯啲海鮮又真係好似好味D,開胃D喎! 鹽香南非鮑魚炸得很香口,鮑魚煙韌又幾好食,配清酒又唔覺得油膩喎! 奶油甘香蝦味道也很特別惹味。 我哋都忍唔住自己另外叫多一支推廣清酒飲😂 。個推廣好似做到一月份,下次約埋多D朋友試曬四款海鮮菜式至得, 我哋都係第一次食中式海鮮菜式配日本清酒,另有一番風味👍。

朋友嚟香港三日,前一晚帶咗佢去飲酒,第二日我哋都溫溫燉燉,hangover得好緊要食咩都冇咩胃口就求其搵咗個地方想飲碗湯解下酒。朋友經過見到呢間中餐一定有湯飲啦所以就入咗去。裏面裝修幾靚,地方好大,當晚都幾多人。因為我哋無胃口所以淨係叫咗兩個菜同埋兩碗湯,佢哋啲菜都好大碟,所以我哋食唔晒。呢個湯好似叫汽鍋雞湯,飲完之後真係成個人都舒服左好多醒神左好多,解酒一流,而且價錢一啲都唔貴。我見到其他人食小菜都好似幾唔錯,下次有機會會喺呢度叫餸食飯。

以前很喜歡這裡的下午茶,因為大、中、小點六折,全日免茶芥、免加一,通常下午二時已經大排長龍,今日二點二十五分,竟然不用排隊,原來,食物的味道不同了,而且沒有免茶芥。山竹牛肉球,保持水準,夠鬆化。沙律炸雲吞,太深色,雖然脆,但有些雲吞皮較厚、較實。醬皇金錢肚,挺好,夠諗、夠入味。叉燒酥,竟然是軟身,香酥皮是又油又諗,完全冇香酥口感。七彩石榴果,挺好,有蝦,有素菜。雜箘蒸魚肚,魚肚大大份,可惜不是每一件都入味。難怪客人少了。

因為我先生生日,所以選擇咗喺鐘廚度食生日晚飯。亦都係因為聽聞佢個"冰鎮咕嚕肉"好出名, 所以冒名一試。嗰次晚餐我哋總共嗌咗5個餸,第一個當然係有名嘅冰鎮咕嚕肉, 咕嚕肉炸好後用冰鎮住,等佢個外皮唔會諗。所以食落去每粒咕嚕肉都keep到幾脆口,不過我D屋企人反而唔係咁鍾意,因為佢哋覺得咁樣就會令到啲咕嚕肉冇咗鑊氣。咕嚕肉每粒都去曬骨啖啖肉,食落去都幾爽口。我自己就覺得唔錯(雖然我D屋企人覺得麻麻地)。第二道餸就係黃金奶油蝦,其實真係有少少似大排檔嘅椒鹽大蝦一樣,啲蝦肉唔算太新鮮,但係口感又未致於好霉,純粹係個椒鹽令到啲大蝦好味道。第三道餸就係上湯浸 菜苗,啲菜苗都算係幾嫩口,整體都唔錯。第四道就係佢有名嘅燒乳鴿,其實啲燒乳鴿食落就冇乜特別,同普通酒樓一般咁嘅水準 ,都係冰鮮嘅燒 乳鴿。最後一道菜係大良炸鮮奶。我自己覺得唔錯,裏面嘅牛奶涵口感 煙煙靭靭,亦都唔係好油膩。雖然呢度每一道餸菜都唔算平,不過勝在呢一間食店 免加一,兼且佢地地方好大,用餐環境都幾舒服。所以如果想食得雅緻啲,又得體D,又唔想畀加一嘅話(免加一),呢一個都係唔錯嘅選擇。

佢地啲茶都好有特色, 養生花茶系列有天山雪菊, 早春龍井等等, 茶香味濃, 質素不俗! 整體人均消費都係HK$200-HK$300, 性價比幾好的說~

Chung’s Kitchen is a Chinese oriented Restaurant. It holds Chinese values and traditions and this can be seen by the decor and interior of the restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to foreigners and locals who has an appetite for Chinese cuisine. Chung’s Kitchen is a Chinese oriented Restaurant. It holds Chinese values and traditions and this can be seen by the decor and interior of the restaurant.

I would recommend this restaurant to foreigners and locals who has an appetite for Chinese cuisine. Especially recommend this to foreigners due to the ability of the staff to speak bilingual hence upgrading your dinning experience (can cater your orders without confusion, etc) since not all Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong have staff who are bilingual. At the same time the location of the restaurant allows you to eat and shop afterwards.

In terms of food it’s definitely worth to try. The presentation is simple yet appealing. The taste is appetising and savoury. Of course it depends on what you order and prefer since most of food (see photos) I ordered were fried and other local Chinese cuisines which I found appetising and savoury.

Definitely worth the try!

友人話呢度早茶同下午茶有六折,全日免茶芥免加一,抵食。 今日同朋友來試下個下午茶,我哋兩点40分到,登記攞飛輪候,服務員告知3:30截單,可以坐到四点,好在等咗十五分鐘喥就有位。免茶僅限指定兩款茶,六折祇係大、中、小点。點心款式幾多,下面有行好細嘅英文,讓外國人也知道係咩料兩個人係咁剔,竟然剔咗十一樣個皮顏色好靚,餡料有雲耳、馬蹄及其他素菜等,幾爽口幾别緻,上面果粒係提子,栗蓉餡,甜甜哋,幾好淡淡椰香,味道清新。附上椰汁,唔夠再加!鮑魚幾腍,酥皮頗鬆脆。雲吞炸得幾脆,粒蝦幾爽口,龍蝦湯味唔突出,一般。唔知係咪浸得耐腍咗,個皮頗厚,花膠薄同無乜味三大件厚厚嘅魚肚(並非猪皮),伴以野菌,足料好食過綿花雞。I like it 朋友欣賞個芝麻糊,話唔太甜,濃郁好味總括呢度嘅點心賣相、味道同服務都不俗,下午茶幾抵食,十一碟点心,埋單原價要三百多,折咗二百幾,值得一試。
