To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從來都覺得係時代廣場的食肆價格一般都較為貴,但朋友話鍾廚不用計茶錢和加一服務費,限時一個半小時,坐位也寬倘,就帶家裏的老人家去試試,因他們喜歡食點心。我們一行四人,一共叫了六個點心,有鮑汁扣鳳爪($58)、七味脆豆腐($55)、粟茸南瓜酥(中點)、晶瑩菜苗餃(大點)、家鄉脆芋餅(大點)及芝士蝦春卷(大點)。鳳爪很入味和夠腍,豆腐炸得很香脆,我家的老人家話如果可以切得細一點就更好,可以一口一件豆腐,食起來就更有樂趣。我們一致都認為芋餅是最值得推薦,芋頭煎得很香,加上芋頭現在是當「造」的時候,芋頭「控」就千祈不要錯過。本來還想加多一碟,不過實在吃不下了。其餘的點心水準就一般。總共吃了六碟點心,埋單$270,每人大約$70,可以重來。

我們一行四人,一共叫了六個點心,有鮑汁扣鳳爪($58)、七味脆豆腐($55)、粟茸南瓜酥(中點)、晶瑩菜苗餃(大點)、家鄉脆芋餅(大點)及芝士蝦春卷(大點)。

鳳爪很入味和夠腍,豆腐炸得很香脆,我家的老人家話如果可以切得細一點就更好,可以一口一件豆腐,食起來就更有樂趣。我們一致都認為芋餅是最值得推薦,芋頭煎得很香,加上芋頭現在是當「造」的時候,芋頭「控」就千祈不要錯過。本來還想加多一碟,不過實在吃不下了。其餘的點心水準就一般。

今日約咗兩個同事去銅鑼灣食晏,就預訂咗喺時代廣場12樓嘅鍾廚。呢度地方其實好大,但人已經坐到滿哂,如果冇訂位的話就要喺出面等。三個人我地點左一個好出名嘅冰鎮咕嚕骨(如相片),加個個湯烏冬,再加個例牌燒鵝,另外多碟菜。個冰鎮咕嚕骨個口感好似麥樂雞咁,不過幾得意,味道都好唔錯,可以試一試,而個例牌燒鵝雖然唔係好趣,但係味道好入味,而且份量好比一般例牌其多好多,係幾抵食嘅。最後我哋三個人埋單都係$490 , $500都唔使,以呢度嘅環境同埋食物嘅質素算係幾抵,我印象呢間野午飯好似係免加一茶介,所以佢係性價比係幾高。

今日約咗兩個同事去銅鑼灣食晏,就預訂咗喺時代廣場12樓嘅鍾廚。呢度地方其實好大,但人已經坐到滿哂,如果冇訂位的話就要喺出面等。

三個人我地點左一個好出名嘅冰鎮咕嚕骨(如相片),加個個湯烏冬,再加個例牌燒鵝,另外多碟菜。個冰鎮咕嚕骨個口感好似麥樂雞咁,不過幾得意,味道都好唔錯,可以試一試,而個例牌燒鵝雖然唔係好趣,但係味道好入味,而且份量好比一般例牌其多好多,係幾抵食嘅。

最後我哋三個人埋單都係$490 , $500都唔使,以呢度嘅環境同埋食物嘅質素算係幾抵,我印象呢間野午飯好似係免加一茶介,所以佢係性價比係幾高。

因為家人喺時代廣場返工,所以揀左鍾廚食生日飯。之前同公司同事黎飲茶都唔錯,所以試下晚飯如何。呢度有4人餐同8人餐,個菜單都唔錯,唔算貴,銅鑼灣黎講價錢幾合理,而且呢度免茶芥免加一。由於本人唔好魚翅,所以決定散叫。是日晚餐: 鐵板叉燒,燒雞,龍蝦伊面,冬瓜盅,冰鎮咕嚕肉,黃金蝦,腰果牛柳粒,清蒸老虎班,西蘭花炒帶子同埋壽包。龍蝦伊面: 以呢個價錢,有啲失望,因為龍蝦唔新鮮,同埋師傅好懶唔斬件,只係開邊,似比2個人食甘。冰鎮咕嚕肉: 招牌菜,外脆內軟,粒粒都係肉,無骨無乜肥膏,必叫之選,正。黃金蝦: 啲蝦新鮮爽口彈牙,豉油炒得好香,好味。腰果牛柳粒: 不俗,只係有幾粒有啲筋,多數都好林,味道幾好。西蘭花炒帶子: 帶子都幾大隻,炒得好出色,西蘭花有咬口,帶子岩岩熟,正。老虎班: 由於當晚無大條嘅,職員都主動同我地講聲先去蒸,都幾負責任,服務唔錯。最後甜品,壽包。包身軟熟,大小剛剛好,蓮蓉好味控制得好好,所以清晒。總括: 小炒水準不俗,只係晚飯有限時,有少少美中不足。但可以接受,下次會再幫襯。

最後甜品,壽包。包身軟熟,大小剛剛好,蓮蓉好味控制得好好,所以清晒。

總括: 小炒水準不俗,只係晚飯有限時,有少少美中不足。但可以接受,下次會再幫襯。

I tried this restaurant in the last holiday, quite a simpleexperience.To start with the taste of food. Basically, the foods we orderedare hot enough, some marks are added for this. However, the outer part of theBBQ sauce bun is a little soggy, not crispy at all, maybe due to putting asidefor not long before delivering to us.For the environment of this store, it is comfortable, generallyspeaking, distance between tables is not too close.

are hot enough, some marks are added for this. However, the outer part of the
BBQ sauce bun is a little soggy, not crispy at all, maybe due to putting aside
for not long before delivering to us.


For the environment of this store, it is comfortable, generally
speaking, distance between tables is not too close.
