Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 我們一行4人也是吃得蠻快的,很快13款點心小食就吃了一半,但到了4:06分就被一位女部長告知要清場,請我們離開!我們4人當堂儍眼了,看著至少還有4-5款點心未吃😤,我們也沒有與她爭辯,快快每人吃幾件點心,再飲多杯茶便走了⋯⋯因為其中一位友人是做飲食業前缐,所以都很明白前缐員工的辛酸⋯

今日又去鍾廚飲茶喇! 上一次試過九龍灣企業廣場的鍾廚, 食過返尋味, 趁今日五一勞動節, 約朋友去逛街前吃少少點心啦! 銅鑼灣永遠是港島熱點聚腳地, 想找地方吃午餐, 總要排隊﹑取號碼紙等位。 無法啦! 好東西, 自然多人等位。 正午十二點多,我等半小時多了,接近下午一點鐘,終於到我們入座。 客人多,酒樓限時要埋單結賬。 上次在九龍灣鍾廚,食過好味的家鄉煎芋餅, 今次也點了同款。 還有磨菇包, 它是蒸籠點心,裡面有醬汁磨菇片, 沒有肉末在內, 大概是素點心。外表似海味舖的厚花菇, 很有趣呢! '吸睛'分數高。至於家鄉煎芋餅, 外表似潮洲煎蠔仔餅, 少少厚啦! 因為自己喜歡吃芋, 所以也不差。在銅鑼灣這店只有普洱﹑壽眉不收茶錢, 點其他茶都要收茶錢。 如龍井要多付$40。

因銅鑼灣方便友人出入,所以選擇了「鍾廚」銅鑼灣時代廣場食通天12樓「鍾廚」,是行中高檔路線食店,約六年前由10樓搬至12樓晚餐約7點到店,店員按排我坐圓檯,位置濶落紅燒鮑翅,名貴菜式,知道是大廚出手,出品不凡新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉: 用梅頭豬肉切條形,再上粉炸至金黃,再淋上酸甜醬炒均,配以新鮮菠蘿,可見用心,友人話好食,(好易滿足的)脆皮燒鵝:服務員以明爐承載,上檯時保持熱度,食客品嚐過程中,不會因時間過去而變凍及結油,好細心。值得推薦的菜式濃湯鮮菌浸菜苗:清甜,爽口,整體食品有質素,環境尚可,食到中段時,坐滿人,應是聚會好去處🤓

呢間酒樓點心非常精美,我帶著三位長者,星期日來飲茶,由於只是早一日打電話訂枱,知客小姐說訂枱已滿,所以要來取飛輪候。由於酒樓免加一,所以人多排隊,有着數排長龍都是有道理的。我們點了龍蝦湯脆雲吞、香煎蘿蔔糕、鮮蝦腸粉、栗茸南瓜酥(覺得特別好味又應節,似足南瓜,迷你得來又精緻,餡料用了少少甜味的栗子蓉)、麻沙糖不甩、义燒包和水晶海鮮餃等。點心樣樣都熱騰騰的,座位也舒適,四圍食客多,也有氣氛,這就是中式飲茶的樂趣。
