墨魚汁炒飯,又係好好味,d飯好粘,好得意,我o地爭食tim~

壽司又係好好味,又好新鮮,尤其果碗唔知係咩~ 好滑,但又唔似昆布... 好得意...

友人拎o左支醋玩,佢話好似養鬼仔~ 哈哈~

間o野唔太差,但係如果只計有特色o既沖繩料理... 好明顯,佢唔係我杯茶...

夢想之中的沖繩之旅落實遙遙無期,趁請食飯,就請剛從那邊公幹點來的友人吃一餐,讓她不用看價錢地發板推介一下沖繩名物吧。花生豆腐球是很卡娃依的一款,總的來說就是又白又滑,日本豆腐總是有種本地豆腐沒有的濃厚豆味,再加上花生味,實在是相得益彰。經理極力推介的kinki魚刺身,或許是即劏的關係(當然也是因為價錢的關係,這魚佔了全餐的一半價值啊)吧,在白身魚來說魚味也相當足夠地鮮甜。這次吃過新鮮的kinki之後,看來平常要先醃過的吃法,好像就有點浪費啊?吃過刺身後魚頭再給炸過後再上,雖然這麼細小的魚仔,魚頭餘下的肉已經不多,但炸脆過的魚骨也有些咬口,愛吃魚頭魚骨應該會喜歡。壽司拼盤色彩很綣爛,這集團的壽司總不能差得到哪裡,出色或許談不上,但新鮮程度和鮮味都穩定地不俗,赤貝和吞拿魚都是相對較深刻的款式。芝士牛舌將平常一片片上的牛舌改成粒粒狀,雖然牛舌本身的味道較淡,但加上了芝士同焗, 令整體味道和質感也與日常的大有不同,很有新意。最後是真正的沖繩名物海老炸海葡萄。早知道海葡萄是沒有味道的,但質地很特別,炸粉以內爽爽的一團,加上海老帶回一點味道,是個很不錯的中和。相比正宗的沖繩料理,這餐應該算是比較「

總是有種本地豆腐沒有的濃厚豆味,再加上花生味,實在是相得益

經理極力推介的kinki魚刺身,或許是即劏的關係(當然也是因為價
錢的關係,這魚佔了全餐的一半價值啊)吧,在白身魚來說魚味也
相當足夠地鮮甜。這次吃過新鮮的kinki之後,看來平常要先醃過的
吃法,好像就有點浪費啊?吃過刺身後魚頭再給炸過後再上,雖然
這麼細小的魚仔,魚頭餘下的肉已經不多,但炸脆過的魚骨也有些
咬口,愛吃魚頭魚骨應該會喜歡。

壽司拼盤色彩很綣爛,這集團的壽司總不能差得到哪裡,出色或許
談不上,但新鮮程度和鮮味都穩定地不俗,赤貝和吞拿魚都是相對
較深刻的款式。

芝士牛舌將平常一片片上的牛舌改成粒粒狀,雖然牛舌本身的味道
較淡,但加上了芝士同焗, 令整體味道和質感也與日常的大有不
同,很有新意。

最後是真正的沖繩名物海老炸海葡萄。早知道海葡萄是沒有味道
的,但質地很特別,炸粉以內爽爽的一團,加上海老帶回一點味
道,是個很不錯的中和。

相比正宗的沖繩料理,這餐應該算是比較「重口味」的選擇吧?真
正健康淡味又相宜的沖繩料理,還是等真的到了沖繩,有著藍天與
白雲作調味之時再嘗好了。

I have read some of the reviews and pretty agreed with them...we found that the food here are over-priced...the quality of the food is okay but not impressed...we believe we can have tons of other choices given the prices they charged. Anyhow, let me share with you my comments as follows:

1) Starter - meatballs...the taste is fine but too pricey...$30 each

2) Peanut tofu ($45) - I guess everyone loves this tofu cos it has a very interesting texture...I don't know how they made it to give it a perfect dome shape and it has a touch of peanut taste, not too strong and the whole tofu is so smooth. AWESOME!

3) Sea grapes - tiny little portion and they charged you $57...much more expensive than all other Jap restaurants in CWB

4) Sashimi combo - we were stunned by the price charged on this sashimi combo, only $288 and you can have a variety of different lovely fish??? Unbelievable, huh? Then, we reckoned that the cut of the fish is only half of the size of a regular sashimi platter! The taste of the sashimi is so-so, not impressed and not enough to share


5) Fried fish cake - overall it's fine but I don't know why, I didn't really taste the fish???
Once again, the portion is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry small...tiny 2 little pieces


6) Pan fried bitter melon with pork - finally, the "biggest" portion of the evening...
we love the bitter melon but the pork is tasteless...oh well

7) Fried squid ink noodle ($70) - small portion as usual...the taste is fine but a bit too greasy...we looked through the menu to find something more filling and there we go, a noodle plate. If you are a squid ink noodle fan, I suggest you to try it at 東寶at North Point Market...really yummy there


8) A bottle of 360ml cold sake - $320

I believe this would be my only visit to Chura cos I am certain that I can always locate another Japanese restaurant(s) which can satisfy me in both qualitative and quantitative sense

salad: 唔錯,很fresh, 很開胃
seaweed 炒豬肉:有點咸,做法都點像中國菜
seaweed 雞卷:雞就是teriyaki chicken,無特別
小魚豆腐:有點特別,每舊豆腐上都有條小魚。朋友話那些魚太咸,但我覺得mix埋0的無味既豆腐,感覺都幾特別
seaweed 燒鯖魚: 完全失望。那條海藻被打了個結,燒完之后,隻是用來盛著6片魚。

最后叫了個冷面,我們share一個面,所以要求了多碗soya souce and wasabi,好讓我們自己點面來食。

總結:埋單時至知道,個前菜每人$30,完全搶錢! 個soba noodle souce 收$10, 離譜! 而且dish portion 比較少。加埋0甘既服務態度,絕對無下次! 即入黑名單!

1. 魚生并盤(2人)
共6款,障紅、Tuna、甜蝦、鯛、帶子及一款不知是什麼(用甜面豉醃,老婆大人話好好味,隻面豉同佢係日本往時食到的一樣好味,而且能帶出魚的味,不錯) OK新鮮
2. 苦瓜炒豬肉

一流~~苦瓜爽,苦味適中,豬肉帶肥膏,但無豬肉羶味,內有豆腐及蛋,配合得無話講!!一於無停口~~~
3. 燒牛定食(我想食牛~~)

又一驚喜,D沙律菜好新鮮,沙律汁係芥末加醋,並不是一般的"蛋黃醬",主角牛扒好味,夠淋,有牛肉味,唯老婆大人覺得較生(約6-7成左右,我覺得OK),如叫此定食,可提醒要熟一點。

兩個人加一$560,OK啦,最重要唔使等(走時約8點,見炸豬排門口仲好多人,而且仲見到先前叫佢"借借"的先生在等位中~~~),又好味~~ 可再試下其他食物

p.s. 侍應係日本人,識少少廣東話,可用英文溝通的~~
再p.s. 發覺大部份客都係日本人,日本人幫襯的日本餐廳,想信都唔會差得去邊掛!!

朋友代理日本清酒, 相約食日菜試酒, 理所當然由他訂定地方, 在尖沙咀踫面後步行過來, 被侍應安排於一個四人廂座.另外兩位友人隨後到達, 他們先摸錯隔離餐廳, 才再找到這裡, 皆因身在地庫, 手電網絡不靈, 連絡不上我們.閒話家常後, Host點菜, 刺身拼盤, 壽司盛, 海菩提, 味噌燒鯖魚, 香草燒雞, 炸雞件, 露筍卷, white cabbage, nasu miso, 4大枝orion beer, 老實說菜做得不怎樣出色, 剌身及壽司選料更一般, 反而服務及環境補了不足, 而cockage charge$200畧為貴了. 朋友自攜清酒成為晚飯主角, 不是清酒專家故不敢亂下評論, 只可以說幾啱我的口味, 微香帶少許甜, 入口純而不附濃烈酒精味道, 值得訂購.

說是好日本嘅日本菜,是因為這餐廳的侍應是不太懂廣東話點菜落單斟茶任何服務也要身體語言或說日文幸好,同行中的一位朋友精通日語,所以在這裡食飯無須擔心語言不通其實會來這裡也是精通日語的朋友介紹,是食地道的沖繩菜甫坐下,侍應便遞上免費前菜 - 乾蝦一小碗前菜份量不少, 乾蝦鹹鹹脆脆的,非常香口,我不一會就吃清光了點了一個剌身套餐、牛肉鍋套餐、一個蕎麥冷麵和昆布炒豬肉其中的昆布炒豬肉較有沖繩特色牛肉鍋、剌身和一般平時吃到的沒有太大分別反而我很喜歡那些伴菜,如漬青瓜、漬茄子等昆布炒豬肉也很不錯總括而言,這間日本菜也在水準以上雖然價錢也不便宜,不過如果想一試沖繩菜也無妨

點了一個剌身套餐、牛肉鍋套餐、一個蕎麥冷麵和昆布炒豬肉
其中的昆布炒豬肉較有沖繩特色
牛肉鍋、剌身和一般平時吃到的沒有太大分別
反而我很喜歡那些伴菜,如漬青瓜、漬茄子等
昆布炒豬肉也很不錯
總括而言,這間日本菜也在水準以上
雖然價錢也不便宜,不過如果想一試沖繩菜也無妨

Tried this restaurant with 4 other friends of mine. Simply put, I think this is one of the worst Japanese restaurant that I have tried in recent years. We ordered sushi set, goya with pork, squid ink noodle, roast ox tongue etc... The food portions were really VERY small (they could be rightly called "Okinawa tapas" judging from their sizes), and the quality of food was not good. Tried this restaurant with 4 other friends of mine.
Simply put, I think this is one of the worst Japanese restaurant that I have tried in recent years.
We ordered sushi set, goya with pork, squid ink noodle, roast ox tongue etc...

The food portions were really VERY small (they could be rightly called "Okinawa tapas" judging from their sizes), and the quality of food was not good. The sushi was not fresh enough and only taste so-so. And they charged a very expensive price for these so-called authentic okinawa cuisine !
At the end, we all felt like we had only taken the appetitzers and we had to cook some food for ourselves at home.

We were lucky not to have ordered some of the dishes recommended by the waitress which were even more expensive. And the attitude of the waitress also changed quickly for the worse once she realized that we did not intend to follow her suggestions ... ...

The dinner was such a disappointment. I see no reason to try again. Frankly I do not understand why there were so many Japanese patrons in the shop. Maybe they do not mind to be overcharged (by the way, they even charge 30 per head for the "appetizer" dish )... ...

It is my first time to go there for dinner with my friend. We both ordered suishi sets. The table is very small for table two. We requested to change the table because of a lot of dishes & trays. But the waitress refused us because of reservation for others. Finally, nobody to come to the reservated table until we left. Moreover, other walk-in clients (two persons only) were arranged to seat in table for four. The suishi is not fresh enough & poor taste.
