今天到太古城中心工作,晚上便約朋友在這邊吃飯。朋友挑選了一間非常有情調的餐廳,我心想肯定價錢不菲,然而這裡的價錢合理,服務稱心,如果開在我家附近,我肯定會經常來。這裡的麵包非常好吃,外皮香脆,裡頭軟滑,並帶點煙靭,我十分喜歡。店家會主動refill麵包,非常大方。這樣美味的麵包真的是百吃不厭!我們點了一份四季薄餅(Four Season)。薄餅分成了四個區域,因此同一個薄餅有四種口味!四種口味分別是辣蝦、牛肉、香草蕃茄及芝士。我最喜歡的口味是芝士,這個口味除了濃郁的芝士香外,它還配上了水潤的黃瓜,配搭很特別,有趣又好吃!餅底則跟麵包的質地十分相似,同樣是很好吃的。

返工咁辛苦,放工梗係要食好啲啦~今次就嚟咗呢間食意大利菜嘅餐廳,weekday 去唔算多人,入到去個環境比較暗,幾有情調,急不及待叫咗兩個意粉試吓。麵包係Free 嘅,無諗過咁好食,外面係脆,裏面好軟熟,好食程度係我會想畀錢叫多個,但考慮到我哋嘅意粉都幾膩,就無要多份。等咗10分鐘左右,啲嘢食就到了,分別係蛋黃芝士汁伴風乾煙肉粒自家製幼麵同和牛肉醬自家製寬麵。蛋黃芝士汁伴風乾煙肉粒自家製幼麵,超重蛋黃味,幼麵完全吸哂個蛋黃醬汁,而且食得岀係手造麵條,韌度十足,有蛋香味,蛋黃醬料同幼麵都無額外調味,伴埋煙肉就啱啱好,可以試真到各款材料嘅味道。和牛肉醬自家製寬麵又係好好食,寬麵造得好唔錯,最鍾意佢寬麵嘅粗度比其他餐廳闊,食嘅時候就可以捲到多啲醬汁同和牛肉醬喇~一路食嘅時候,見到有其他客人叫咗甜品,擺盤好靚,下次絕對會返去再試!

最後就當然係甜品流心朱古力蛋糕配焦糖海鹽雪糕。甜品亦非常高質,主要係海鹽雪糕味道好好。海鹽雪糕既奶味好香甜,但又會透出淡淡既海鹽鹹味,兩種味配得好好,甜中帶鹹,非常好食。而且旁邊仲有焦糖同果仁,可以按唔同口味一齊食。而朱古力流心蛋糕亦整得唔錯,蛋糕實在得黎又好鬆軟,唯一美中不足既係唔夠熱,但都好高質。

順帶一提,一入到黎店員就有問飲咩,比我地解下渴,我就叫左芒果汁唔錯,係真係鮮榨果汁,裏面有一絲絲既芒果蓉,而且飲得出幾乎冇加過水,好濃郁好新鮮。

Went for an easy dinner with my girlfriend, all the menu is over price, the food is not tasty at all, the price with the quality is not matching at all, after spending so much money for have a pasta with totally 0 taste, and a pizza with no flavour at all, not gonna come back anymore. There are many other choice of good italian restaurant in the city, but this one is a “no”. Is this seriously raccomanded by the michelin? Disappointed.
