約咗朋友喺太古,但係諗唔到食咩,想坐得舒服啲所以就揀咗呢度。之前上網見過佢哋嘅黑松露pizza其實一直都想試但當然當日係冇嘅,亦都係諗住食少少野因為時間唔多所以只係點左三款食物。當日晏晝四點所以冇乜人,傾計嘅話環境唔錯。服務方面有待改進啦,叫咗好耐先有人落單。食物方面我覺得Pizza做得唔錯,好脆卜卜加上啖啖都係芝士非常滿足,肥都值得。不過我覺得當日叫呢款小食就唔值咁嘅價錢,分量好少,係幾香口嘅,送酒嘅話一流。整體來講不過不失,唔需要特登去試,不過諗唔到食咩試吓又無妨。

就來試一下

種類不算多
本來想吃Piccante(pepperoni)
最後選了有蘑菇的Norcina(Homemade sausage)

Pizza麵粉底有驚喜
不像外面一般的用白麵粉
看起來有點麥啡色
烘起外脆內軟有口感耐嚼有麥味
個人很喜歡
讓我想起在外國吃的pitabread的口感但用不一樣的麵粉再烘烤
Pizza底不厚但也不是超薄超脆的那種
個人覺得剛剛好
實際是意大利哪個地方的做法我也不清楚
然後料很足 雖然不外乎是豬肉 蘑菇 芝士
但這個homemade sausage的調味跟蘑菇額外的搭配 剛烤起芝士也非常拉絲
稍微鹹了一點點吧 畢竟我空口吃
除了價錢高了點沒甚麼挑剔了(笑

餐前有一籃麵包附送
暖暖的口感不錯 好吃

Menu好像有寫Pizza是特選的五種麵粉混合而製的
喜歡麵包的可以一試

呢間米之蓮高級意大利餐廳,之前都同朋友試過,今日路經太古城,又忍唔住入去食番個pizza 😋今日 order 左lunch set ,包括餐湯、自選雙併組合薄餅,加埋一份甜品。🥢蕃茄濃湯唔太熱,暖暖地,蕃茄味好濃郁,成件事好清新,已經打開個胃口,準備食pizza😋🥢自選Pizzaorder左半份水牛芝士配羅勒蕃茄醬 ,呢個冇嘜特別 半份豬肉腸併蘑菇 ,睇相都睇材料十足,厚厚嘅芝士鋪滿半個pizza😋,蘑菇味好突出。餅底做得好出色,香香脆脆,唔會好乾咁。🥢綠茶蛋糕配檸檬雪葩重頭戲就係甜品🤗睇賣相已經超值,擺碟真係好靚。綠茶味好出,上邊果堆應該係蛋白打成好似cream咁,件蛋糕雖然甜左小小,但食番啖檸檬雪葩又清新,凍冰冰咁,好正👍🏻

重頭戲就係甜品🤗睇賣相已經超值,擺碟真係好靚。綠茶味好出,上邊果堆應該係蛋白打成好似cream咁,件蛋糕雖然甜左小小,但食番啖檸檬雪葩又清新,凍冰冰咁,好正👍🏻

常常想去試Umberto的Clak, 在太古城工作的我終於有時間去試一試, 幸好時間尚早, 還有Walking-in的位置. Clak和8 1/2以及Octavium定位不同, Causal之餘食物也是相對有住家味, 像是Lunch Set裡的菌醬炒Fettuccine, 自家的意粉蛋味濃郁, 高能力的掛汁, 配上菌醬的香, 相當滋味. 配料的魷魚彈牙如Fettuccine一樣, 可惜數量就少了一點. 頭盤的Beef Carpaccio配上Parmesan Cheesecake是一個洽如其份的頭盤, 欣賞其Dressing的平衡, 不但令生牛肉的腥味減少, 也消去了不少火箭菜的苦澀味. 可惜是沒能試到其招牌的Pizza, 下次再多幾個飯腳再去過吧!
