朋友是此店的老熟客,經常向我推薦這家的酒品和美食,今天我終於跟他過來了😋我們點了兩個午市套餐,分別是流心芝土蕃茄蓉意大利麵和法式蟹餅南瓜蓉意大利飯,其中一個套餐升級了凱撒沙律,還加配了心太軟。第一道菜是餐湯配蒜蓉包。今天限定的餐湯是薯仔湯,薯仔煮蓉了,口感非常綿密;蒜蓉包塗抹上牛油一起烤焗,一路打卡的時候,牛油蒜蓉香氣飄出,考驗我的忍耐力呢。🤭凱撒沙律加了煙燻三文魚,新鮮爽脆的羅文生菜加上微酸的醬汁,灑上芝士碎和麵包粒,是很好的開胃菜。👍🏻蟹肉南瓜蓉意大利飯上面煎了一塊蟹肉,蟹肉的鮮味與南瓜蓉完美融合,每一粒飯粒都飽含著南瓜蓉,而且粒粒分明。👍🏻流心芝士蕃茄意大利粉中的流心芝士呈現方式很非常有趣,意大利粉融合了濃郁的番茄醬,麵條配上濃郁醇厚的番茄醬汁,再加上黏稠柔滑的芝士,味道鹹香滑順。心太軟配綠茶雪糕,朱古力內心香濃軟滑,心太軟的蛋糕表面夠濕潤,配上綠茶雪糕,為這頓午餐完美畫上句號。

大角咀其實有好多隱世美食,今日來到呢一間西餐廳。

好嬲,原本期待,得到的就只有失望。原已經openrice訂座並確認,但是居然在出席前一晚被貴餐廳取消booking,原因是餐廳已滿。我的訂座是幾日前預訂的,要到今日先知道餐廳full左?仲有你cancel我既booking唔緊要,但只有openrice既email通告,完全沒有貴餐廳既任何電話/短信通知。萬一我沒有看到email,而和朋友去到貴餐廳,咁貴餐廳是否會有d驚喜俾我地啊?食物再好,體驗咁差👎,真係祝你生意興隆!
