每月一Tea今次就嚟到Coco,其實幾年前都試過,當時嘅主題係綠茶,覺得都係一般般,今次做research嘅時候見到個tea set幾有summer feel🦩睇落都唔錯,所以就決定過嚟一試🫶🏻店員安排我哋坐喺Yamm嗰邊,因為Yamm自助餐冇做下午茶時段,嗰邊就坐多更加舒服,空間感大啲。叫咗Tea set後,先上檸檬雪葩🍨,蝴蝶酥。檸檬雪葩有絲絲嘅檸檬皮,夠灑冰凍,非常開胃,用來做opening幾好。蝴蝶酥就不過不失,可以再酥脆啲。每人分別有五件鹹點,四件甜點,仲有兩件Scone。先講Scone,個size比較細,味道都正常,略嫌紅菜頭scone食唔出任何味😑都係原味好食。鹹點五件都好食,尤其是鮑魚撻,煙三文魚Mousse拿破崙。幾有特色,擺盤亦精美。甜品亦都有驚喜喎,🦩造型士多啤梨蛋糕好味,睇得又食得。另外嗰支朱古力雪茄都係🤣滿滿嘅紅莓朱古力,唔會太甜又酸酸地,完全冇得剩😎個個都食晒。整體來講呢度食物質素確實唔錯,五百幾蚊兩位性價比都高,坐得舒服。最後我認為餐廳可以換下個Tea set層架,幾年前係依個,幾年後都係😆轉下造型會帶俾食客更多新鮮感。

叫咗Tea set後,先上檸檬雪葩🍨,蝴蝶酥。檸檬雪葩有絲絲嘅檸檬皮,夠灑冰凍,非常開胃,用來做opening幾好。蝴蝶酥就不過不失,可以再酥脆啲。

每人分別有五件鹹點,四件甜點,仲有兩件Scone。先講Scone,個size比較細,味道都正常,略嫌紅菜頭scone食唔出任何味😑都係原味好食。鹹點五件都好食,尤其是鮑魚撻,煙三文魚Mousse拿破崙。幾有特色,擺盤亦精美。甜品亦都有驚喜喎,🦩造型士多啤梨蛋糕好味,睇得又食得。另外嗰支朱古力雪茄都係🤣滿滿嘅紅莓朱古力,唔會太甜又酸酸地,完全冇得剩😎個個都食晒。

係附近食飯,上網睇附近蛋糕店就搵到呢間原本唔抱有希望,因為覺得佢偏貴同埋驚佢伏但當天落大雨,最後都揀左佢,估唔到食落好大驚喜成個蛋糕有酥皮,海棉蛋糕都好好味,連啲泡芙同埋Cream都出奇好味,食落口泡芙冇特別林,唔算十分甜好多時出去買幾百蚊嘅蛋糕都係得個樣,呢個真係三百幾蚊都值

lucky i got it for free otherwise i will be smashing my spring pocket everyday.

u can see its about 12 cakes on a steel rack.

白咖啡巧克力蛋糕設計簡潔且很具流線型,驟眼看像一塊熱石,怪有趣的,蛋糕透出很香濃的咖啡味,我較喜歡蛋糕中間的榛子脆,非常香脆可口,祇是嫌略甜一點。

最可愛是這一件我以為是甜點的煙三文魚籽配蒔蘿、抹茶小煎餅,像千層蛋糕軟熟的抹茶小煎餅夾雜著鹹香的煙三文魚和爽口青瓜,吃下口感層次十分豐盈我喜歡啊!
