粥底方面我地揀左粟米、椰子,其實兩個粥底味道差唔多,見過有啲人話粥底淡,個人認為淡係正常的,如果一開頭俾個打邊爐湯底你,你再淥完野食,到最後個粥底應該會鹹到唔食得,所以佢地兩款粥水都只係有好清淡嘅味道。不過點椰子要留意,因為到最後收乾水,食粥時會食到好明顯嘅椰絲口感,唔係個個鐘意。

我地急急腳影完相就開始食,約莫兩個粥底,都分別落啲海鮮。呢幾款都好易預時間,蟹約十分鐘,蝦、蜆類見到轉色、開殼就食得,鮑魚就真係要留意住,怕耐左會韌。

至於花甲都層於花甲王,一人兩隻,吐沙乾淨,肉質飽滿。沙白整體都可以,唔會太細粒,但個別有兩粒有沙,可能店家要再多加留意。

黑豚肉有三片,都係卷起左,其實幾大塊的,冰感略重,但唔會太肥膩。丸類餃類size細粒,質素正常。至於蘿蔔、粟米、雞脾菇全部都似切成薄片,方便煮熟,因為個係一人爐,太大舊都會阻住。蘿蔔好快熟,粟米鮮甜,不過兩人份都係等如半條。

食到差唔多尾聲,店員會幫我地加少少南瓜、芋頭粒,令粥底更加鮮甜。然後佢再加入粥膽,大約兩大匙更。咁佢提示我地等粥底滾起就可以食得。粥底因為滲入海鮮鮮味,加上其他配料例如肉類、菜嘅味道,都會幾好食,粥夠綿,份量不少,食哂都好滿足。

因為我地有兩個人,就可以自選6款配料,咁自選配料嘅份量都係唔多,主要係人頭兩件咁,但勝在兩個人可以各選三款,食到多幾款,唔怕覺得dry。我地揀左肥牛、雞脾肉、午餐肉、芝心丸、雲吞、墨魚滑,份量就唔會好多,質素都ok,芝心丸係新鮮,墨魚滑都幾彈牙。而且食到呢度都已經好飽

今日天氣都幾凍,我地坐2樓,都有9成滿。當中有啲都係遊客,因為聽到有國語、有英文,可見旺角區係幾咁多遊客。
我地坐近樓梯口,都唔會好逼,佢會等你食完個海鮮盤先上副食,唔會太逼,而且唔覺唔覺都食左個半鐘啊

花甲味道十分鮮甜,而貴妃蚌亦肥美滑溜;不過要數到最愛,當然還是鮑魚同海蝦。鮑魚有掌心般大,相當肥美,肉質爽脆,食落煙韌彈牙;而海蝦亦肉實味鮮;啖啖肉。另外肉蟹亦值得推介,即點即劏,唔單止保留蟹肉嘅原始鮮味,而且仲食到甘香嘅蟹膏。

至於特選配料就包括有美國黑豚肉、什錦蔬菜、迷你丸子同餃子等,另外亦自選了肥牛、龍蝦丸、墨魚丸、包心芝士丸、水魷、牛柏葉,所以上檯時勁大盤,分量十足。豚肉又香又唔過肥,墨魚丸非常爽滑,不會蓋過本身的墨魚香。肥牛雪花分佈均勻,入口柔軟,牛味濃郁。水魷幾多又大塊,入口夠彈夠爽。

最後輪到放入米糊滾成粥!店員會先把南瓜粒和芋頭粒加入,再將米糊放入菠菜湯底,攪拌一下下就變成菠菜粥~份量很多,口感很綿滑,帶盡精華,不用任何調味已經好美味呢。

最後加南瓜粒、芋頭粒同米糊煮成的海鮮粥吸收了蟹的精華,十分鮮甜。

每位$198不包飲品,連飲品後每位$231.5,比較同區食肆算是進取。或許是新店關係,店員有點生手,火煱煲亦有時需要連蓋才能滾起。
