菠菜湯底唔會有肥膩感覺,非常健康,我覺得呢個湯底將會是最受歡迎的。

最後會加入南瓜同芋頭粒,再加入飯不停的攪,大約幾分鐘就食得架喇~所有海鮮肉類精華熬成粥,紫色有淡淡紫薯味,感覺好像坊間一包包的紫薯粥,不同的是沒有那麼甜同埋有海鮮肉類既味道,好美味!
綠色的菠菜粥~好岩少食蔬菜既人呀,豐富纖維,非常健康又美味既火鍋,超滿足~

This Hotpot restaurant was on my list for a long while and was definitely a big hit when their purple sweet potato, coconut and spinach soup bases went viral! Came here on a weekday’s evening and had corn and coconut as base. It wasn’t as rich as thought but the congee added at the very the end definitely brought us to ultimate satisfaction! So flavorful! 今日跟亞囡去油尖旺做一日潮媽,感受一下時下年青人的喜好。行了整日有點累,係時候晚餐了,亞囡帶我去了一間好有特色的火鍋店,特色在於鍋粥底。一人一鍋有五款味道可選,紫薯,粟米,甘筍,椰子和季節性的菠菜。我選擇咗椰子,味道清淡有點椰香。亞囡那鍋是粟米,顏色鮮黃真係好似平時飲開的粟米湯。海鮮拼盤有肉蟹,貴妃蚌,花甲,蝦,鮑魚和蜆。全部海鮮真係好新鮮,肉質嫰,鮮甜。煮過海鮮,湯底變得鮮甜得多。美食不要停,配料陸續上檯。蔬菜有窩筍,蘿蔔,紹菜,生菜,雞脾菇,丸類有魚蛋,墨魚滑,蝦丸之類,有餃子,有雲吞,好豐富。肉類有肥牛和黑豚肉,兩款肉都好軟腍,肥瘦適中,最適合打邊爐。食完邊爐我己飽了九成,還有粥呀!淨餘的湯底,混入南瓜和芋頭粒,再加飯糊,慢煮,一鍋美味的粥完成了。亜囡那鍋顏色好靚,成鍋粟米南瓜粥咁。好綿好鮮甜好正,飽都唔捨得唔食曬佢

看看海鮮盤有甚麼種類?鮑魚,中蝦,沙白,扇貝,肉蟹,大蜆,相當豐富,紫色的湯底顏色奇特,待湯滾後,先放扇貝,煮三分鐘便可吃,味道鮮味,中蝦要煮四分鐘,肉爽甜彈牙,鮑魚,因肉厚,要煮六分鐘,煙韌彈牙,很滋味,沙白約2-3分鐘便熟,細細隻,卻很鮮甜,大蜆很新鮮,無沙,然後留肉蟹至最後,蟹蓋有些膏,很香口,蟹肉很鮮甜,也很多肉,惟蟹殼經紫薯煮過變成青藍色,帶點魔幻,但味道正常,一於少理。

吃過海鮮盤,接著端來配料盤,同樣是大堆頭,極之豐富,有餃子,多種肉丸、魚丸,豚肉,蔬菜等,質素很好,另外選的肥牛,墨魚滑和雞髀肉,雖說是一人份量,但加上海鮮和其他配料,已很足夠,味道亦不過不失。

最後,侍應加了米糊,芋頭粒和南瓜粒在湯裏,多煮一會便成美味的粥,因集合了多種海鮮,肉類的精華,味道非常濃郁,連吃兩碗也不礙事。

食到甘上下 倒少少芋頭同南瓜蓉🎃 煲住先 食哂所有打邊爐料後再倒粥水米落去攪均 熄火 就可以試正特色既粥底 😍🍚

粥攪得均夠哂綿 口感好好 紫薯味偏甜 仲吸左好多肉同海鮮既香味 正 😃 而甘筍味就偏淡 粥既米味出d兩樣都各有特色 😃
