昨天經過呢間粥底火鍋店,門口有個電影介紹個火鍋食化,好似幾得意咁,店員又熱情推介,而且價錢唔貴,一於試下火鍋食法:先食海鮮,再食配料,最後食粥登登登登$158/位的海鮮盤估唔到同相片一樣,非常足料!火鍋係一人一鍋幾方便喎!下次想一個人黎食海鮮鍋都得喎!海鮮亦相當新鮮蟶子、貴妃蚌、鮑魚、大蜆、蝦、蟹全部都鮮味十足食完海鮮,我地另外仲叫左少量火鍋料嚮鈴、魚片頭、肥牛($8@)不得不讚肥牛雖然只係$8份(3塊),但水準亦不錯!肉質厚身又不會太肥!肉味濃郁!象拔蚌($18@)呢個係店員推介,鮮甜墨魚滑($28)蟹粉包($8)羅魚滑都好正入面有真正墨魚粒最後本身係要加米糊煲粥,但店員話我地個湯仲有好多同埋剛剛加入的南瓜粒芋粒未煲林,要多些時間先可加米糊煲粥因為我地趕時間,而且已經食到好飽,所以最後放棄左個粥不過都食得好滿足

I found a good restaurant for seafood hot pot. My friend suggested me this restaurant and commented that this is really good as she knows I love to try new food. they are worth to order and the quality is good.

Another unforgettable thing is the staff are really polite and friendly. We arrived late, but they still served us patiently. They told us not to rush as they are not closed yet. They explained how to enjoy the food. This makes me come back for the service.

我選擇了期間限定的菠菜粥底而寶寶則點了粟米粥底。一開始的粥底其實是沒有粥的,似有顏色的粥水多一點。

海鮮拼盤真的好新鮮,所有海鮮都是活生生的,可以見到鮑魚還在動,仲有2隻蝦活躍到跳了出來。
今晚的海鮮有蜆﹑貴妃蚌﹑沙白﹑鮑魚﹑蝦和蟹。貴妃蚌好大隻,蝦肉質結實。

最喜歡的是鮑魚,又大隻又多肉,而且餐廳早已挑走了鮑肉不能食的部份以方便食客。

餐廳亦有提示客人每種海鮮要煮的時間,睇住黎淥就食到新鮮好味的海鮮。

自選配料方面因為我們是2個人,所以一共選了6款。有魚皮﹑墨魚滑﹑鯪魚滑﹑肥牛﹑玉子豆腐和包心芝士丸。

食到尾聲,店員會先將芋頭粒﹑紅蘿蔔粒等放入粥底,再請食客先挾起鍋內的配料,然後每日秘製的白粥,攪拌一會就可以食。因為加入了鮮甜的蔬菜粒,連埋之前的海鮮和配料的精華,整個粥底都好香甜,而且好滑好綿,好食到我連粥底整個都食清光。

整個晚餐都食得好滿足,每樣海鮮都鮮甜,而配料又多選擇各種類都可以試到。餐廳標榜所有食材都是新鮮天然的,食落真的食得出,所有材料都食到原本應有的鮮味和香味,真的無需任何調味。而且成晚都聽到店員和食客傾談,知道當中好幾檯都是熟客,就知道餐廳質素真的很好,所以才能留住食客不斷回頭光顧,而我亦好肯定自己會再來品嘗這個鮮味度爆燈的一人一粥底邊爐。
