這周末剛有一點工作要完成,就決定要去個風景好的地方,讓自己心情可以輕鬆點。cruise 是我常去的地方,可以看著海,放的音樂也很chill.cocktail和小食也有很好的性價比。吃著喝著,果然很快就完成了工作,可以去玩了!

買左We Miss Thailand package, 按摩完就上23樓空中餐廳食晚餐。但因為無得坐窗邊,完全睇唔到夜景Menu係set好左的,唔使操心。一坐低就放低個drink menu同小食。小食好脆,左同右的sauce都好好味。但中間嗰個太辣首先上前菜。。。生蝦刺身都幾大隻,但唔夠爽。不過個汁幾好味,唔太辣,啱我青木瓜沙律本來寫住有兩隻辣椒的,但又唔太辣喎,我都食到。隻炸軟殼蟹仲好大隻添椒鹽鮮魷完全無椒鹽味,我以為係就咁炸魷魚添不過炸得幾脆,都新鮮彈牙再來係主菜。。。首先個炒河粉完全唔辣,無wok氣。味道淡淡地,可接受。未食過馬沙文咖哩,但完全係無咖哩味的。個牛臉頰燴得幾淋,但太大份,食唔曬烤餅烘到有少少脆,唔錯。仲有一碗白飯,不過食唔落喇!個通菜太辣,食唔到。但都炒得幾好,只係無wok氣je最後係甜品,都大份。芒果幾甜,雪糕上有脆脆,再加上椰子薄片,好味。但因為太飽,食唔落啲糯米飯喇下次都係要求坐室外好過坐室內無窗邊位。

首先上前菜。。。
生蝦刺身都幾大隻,但唔夠爽。不過個汁幾好味,唔太辣,啱我

青木瓜沙律本來寫住有兩隻辣椒的,但又唔太辣喎,我都食到。隻炸軟殼蟹仲好大隻添

椒鹽鮮魷完全無椒鹽味,我以為係就咁炸魷魚添

再來係主菜。。。
首先個炒河粉完全唔辣,無wok氣。味道淡淡地,可接受。
未食過馬沙文咖哩,但完全係無咖哩味的。個牛臉頰燴得幾淋,但太大份,食唔曬

烤餅烘到有少少脆,唔錯。仲有一碗白飯,不過食唔落喇!

有朋自遠方來, 不亦說乎! 近處來的朋友應約也同樣開心, 雖然時間趕急, 但難得一聚,  遲到早退為飯聚, 便通容一次吧。我便早一天訂了Cruise 三位,  接電話的回應只得中間位, 算吧, 照訂先, 於是決定早D 去Ask for window seat,  果然, 我12:30 到, 沒開口要求前, 櫃台俊男外籍服務員帶我入坐,  驚喜地是半海景sofa 位, 很意外啊,   (俊男+海景的驚喜) !  午餐有兩個價錢,  hk$360 & hk$200,  同樣有三道菜, 我們三人都吃hk$200的,  前菜(小碟) 我們三人同樣order 椰奶海鮮湯, 只是我要求(less than less) mild spicy,  很香的椰奶加上帶子好大粒, 正。而主菜(大碟) 我們三人都唔同,  朋友都有飯跟, 而我的青萍果椰菜絲沙律, 芥末醬要另加hk$20 才有個靚仔(白飯)上,  都是合理價,  反而午餐餐牌中要加hk$40  是蛋炒飯, 我卻不太喜歡, 好彩留意到散叫的20蚊白飯,  我覺得個芥末醬完全無芥末味, 不知是否青萍果沙律大濃烈的酸味蓋過了芥末味, 還是根本芥末醬太

已經快一年冇外遊了,一於在香港找些樂趣吧。適逢周年紀念,一於試吓去staycation,晚餐就嚟咗呢到食手先來一碟蝦片,侍應解説今個醬汁都係自家製,個人係最喜歡左手邊嗰個醬汁,夠晒能辣,好正!中間嗰個就蕃茄味食落好開胃,右邊第一個就甜甜的!左下係油甘魚刺身,配以青檸香草汁同吃,又靚又酸甜好開胃,而且油甘魚入口肥美,配以青檸so refreshing而左上既係香辣韓式炸西蘭花,呢個要注意唔食得辣嘅人可能會覺得有啲辣,不過對於我好辣嘅人一咬開辣將個面中間係西蘭花覺得好得意,爽爽辣辣咁送酒幾正右邊嘅係鮮蝦豬肉米紙卷 呢個都幾好味,新鮮清爽香辣蔥蒜炒大虎蝦,蝦身整得爽彈惹味,可惜也喜歡吃蝦頭的我發覺蝦頭有點霉口青咖喱雞 個汁煮得香濃不太辣,雞肉不柴,此時侍應哥哥幫你添飯,咖喱始終都係配飯最夾焦糖焗日式芝士蛋糕 正常味道 係雜莓酸了點侍應的感覺都好friendly and helpful有時間會再黎的🌹

話說北角開左間新酒店,好靚的叫Hotel VIC, 個日去左入面間CRUISE食飯咁的,呢到CP值算高,因為室內好靚,室外對住個海景又好靚 (只不過室內太光,玻璃會反光,出出面BAR位會好靚)而且呢到食兩樣野500令蚊, 實在平過類似的餐廳好多而且好味的薯條非常唔錯, 食哂都唔覺個黑松露汁好好味手工製意粉質地向來唔係我的菜但呢個蟹肉意粉好味!

黎到staycation, 一定要黎埋呢度。呢度雖然話係空中酒吧,但係原來食物一樣出色。當時因為晚市唔開,冇得睇夜景,所以我哋只能食午餐睇日景。因為佢唔介意,所以我哋坐室內,落地玻璃景觀真係一流。頭盤:- 油甘魚魚生配自家醬汁- 越南粉卷油甘魚魚生非常新鮮,配埋酸酸地嘅醬汁同辣椒,非常開胃。越南粉卷入面係勁爽嘅大蝦😍,非常吸引。主菜:- 燒牛仔骨- 燒豬腩肉兩款主菜都係韓式,配合生菜同埋醬汁一齊食,非常美味,兩款都值得推介。尤其豬腩肉,真係邪惡無比。甜品:- 綠茶千層蛋糕- 楊枝甘露相比之下,我哋都比較鍾意楊枝甘露,去買咖啡,呢餐非常滿足,係拍拖嘅好選擇!
