Today we have tried out the italian restaurant, crust italian in Wanchai. The restaurant mainly serves italian food with traditional decorations. Their happy hour serves from 4pm-7pm. I’ve first tried out their house white wine which costs $48! The house wine is a bit sweet and it’s not really my favorite. I’ve then ordered a classic Negroni for my second shot😂 Negroni is a bit bitter but the combination of gin, and liquor goes perfectly well. The price of this classical cocktails costs only $58

意大利人愛甜食,要有甜品作結才滿足。這個名字可愛的冧酒巴巴是拿坡里的傳統甜品。麵包呈心型,索滿冧酒,酒味香濃; 新鮮莓果香甜微酸,有助中和。

最後當然有幫助消化的意式檸檬甜酒,味道入口甜甜但後續的酒味同樣重,一啖滑入喉就有一股暖流由下湧上,一樽慢慢消磨一個晚上。

My best friend was attracted by this oyster all you can eat special. So, we chose Crust to celebrate his birthday.

We made a booking at 6:30pm and we arrived on time. The environment was nice, but it turned out it was the only thing that worth mention for this dinner.

We order this Oyster special for two people, free flow and we added a seafood risotto. After we ordered, the first served oyster comes around 7:10pm, it came with the appetizers tower. The oyster was not bad, size was average. We ordered another dozen of oysters after a while, and unluckily it was the last oysters that we had. And I couldn't believe some of the size of the second plate of oysters was one third of the first one. It was like a 1 dollar coin size. For the whole ALL YOU CAN EAT OYSTER dinner, we had a total of 24 oysters. No oyster came after 7:45, no matter how many times we asked the waiter/waitress, we were told the oyster were freshly opened and they were preparing.

Our risotto came at 8:20pm, 10 mins before the 120 mins dinner limit. The waiter apolgized to us about the situation, and said they didnt expect the high volume customers for tonight. The risotto would be complimentary.

This is the most awful dining experience I have for years. I expected a better restaurant preparation. People was required to tell Crust that if they choose to have the oyster special when they reserved their table. Crust would have already know how many stocks they need to prepare. The kitchen management was a messed. The table on my right which was having the same special and was also treated the same way that we did. And the table on my left who were ordering a la carte, their main courses came after the customers urged them to come after 60 mins.

餐廳意大利式裝修,空間感大,也坐得舒適
而且要一提,店員們都服務態度超好
所有店員都帶有溫暖微笑,笑容可掬,而且整間餐廳的客人絡繹不絕的,都是外國人,其實是真有到了意大利吃飯的感覺😂
