上網搵到呢間啲食物幾靚,環境幾靚好有風格,開放式廚房,可以睇到廚師煮菜。廚房背景有餐廳個標誌,分別用28同中文貳捌組成,令人聯想到呢間係一間中菜同西菜合璧個餐廳。剛去完旅行返嚟,所以特別想食返啲中式嘢。海膽牛油果藜麥蟹肉沙律,海膽格在中間,牛油果放在上面,好像一件壽司。另外一邊放咗一些新鮮沙律菜,旁邊在蝶子畫上紅菜醬,一幅美麗的藝術品放在你面前,好開心。再選左個選左燈影紅曲米牛腱,睇落有d 似平時常食牛展,但口感比之軟腍好多. 而且好入味。

🔸黑炭金荀汁黑毛豬咸水角

賣相似點心,很精緻,用黎厄like無誤💕 口感跟平時酒樓吃的相似但味道不同,皮焗得脆口,入面的材料很鮮甜又帶有很濃及juicy既肉味!可能係黑毛豬關係加埋蘿蔔及冬菇絲,成個咸水角變得很野味呢👍🏻

🔸原隻法國鵪鶉釀糯米飯
法國🇫🇷鵪鶉真係第一次食😋焗飯入面加了臘肉好香但不油膩!鵪鶉焗得皮脆肉質鮮嫩一d都唔鞋,口感有點像吃乳鴿般!中法混合組合很特別,還有蘆筍及薯泥伴著,很清新的配搭😋👍🏻🍴
