飲宴菜式多数千篇一律,加上對鷄敏感的我,更不想去飲宴,但今次礙於人情,不得不出席。宴設薈軒,例必先來乳豬全體,乳豬色澤潤紅,一咬外脆,肉還暖,有味道,估唔到三十多圍酒席,還可令乳豬皮脆肉暖!讚 ! 蚌柳大蝦球:蝦肉彈、爽、有鮮蝦味,因碟頭大,夠份量,忍不住食多幾隻蚌和大蝦。我多年唔食炸蟹拑,因我食嘢醃尖兼咀刁,大多蟹拑做到太行貨、實得得、無乜味,望到都唔想食,但薈軒這味炸蟹拑一上枱,我一睇已覺有别,即試,給了我驚喜,肉質不實,有爽彈感,超好味,令我刮目相看!!炸子鷄也令我垂涎,可惜我敏感不能食之,可惜!可惜!甜品紅豆沙做得也不錯,不會水還水、渣還渣,甜度啱啱好。羗汁糕也是我的至愛,有羗汁味!總之,這晚令我嘗到飲宴食之樂,大飽果腹!!

我多年唔食炸蟹拑,因我食嘢醃尖兼咀刁,大多蟹拑做到太行貨、實得得、無乜味,望到都唔想食,但薈軒這味炸蟹拑一上枱,我一睇已覺有别,即試,給了我驚喜,肉質不實,有爽彈感,超好味,令我刮目相看!!


炸子鷄也令我垂涎,可惜我敏感不能食之,可惜!可惜!


甜品紅豆沙做得也不錯,不會水還水、渣還渣,甜度啱啱好。羗汁糕也是我的至愛,有羗汁味!


總之,這晚令我嘗到飲宴食之樂,大飽果腹!!

呢日黎合和上堂,公司包午餐係呢度飲茶。一坐底已發現轉盆勁油好污穢,我同另一同事要用乾濕紙巾狂抹。之後等野食其間聽見隔離枱既老人家不斷話要食碟頭飯,但侍應就話無,仲提議食蛋白炒飯,我地心諗老人家一個點食得哂,感覺有點老屈。我地有兩碟菜食,白灼既,所以吾油。菜心ok不過,生菜就咁睇就知都太㶥。煎蝦餅用薯蓉做餅底,幾特別,可惜太油,而且有d散,粟米份量又吾夠。潮州粉果味道正常,不過落胡椒重左d,有點辣。蝦餃不過不失。叉燒包一般。醬夠多,不過甜左d。金菇海皇炆烏冬得個鹹字,無味,同事們一致覺得難食,最後唯一食淨既就係呢碟d烏冬(吾想做大嘥鬼,盡量食哂)。燒賣一般貨式。咸水角d餡較特別,隔離同事讚d肉新鮮d,無咁鹹。流沙奶黃包,真係流沙,最特別係有d花生粒,口感增加左吾少。全部野食得呢個流沙包值得試薄餅最遲黎, 完全吾熱,應該最少放左一個鐘。我地要互相迫同事食先食得哂兩底。!

難得呀媽今日放假,同佢去左灣仔飲茶。諗返起對上一次同佢飲茶都已經係幾年前既事了。今日lunch 唔算多人黎食,我地12點半去到,果陣九概都有1/3吉位左右,好好彩唔駛等位。今次食完覺得有2野點心都值得推薦大家黎食,金栗煎蝦餅同清湯腩。蝦餅撈左青豆同栗米去煎,食落好香口,蝦滑都好彈牙,一d都唔油膩。清湯腩雖然唔算大份,但牛腩好靚好入味,牛腩肉又唔會太肥。而白羅白係無渣嫁,一d都唔苦,咬落去果下迫返d清湯腩汁出黎,真係好正😋😋

最近喜歡左飲下午茶,一來價錢平啲,二來唔駛同人逼,服務態度都會好啲。今次我同同事就去左灣仔合和中心既薈軒。點心紙上有好多唔同種類既點心可以叫。我地就叫左鮮菌餃 (HKD 15.8),菠蘿叉燒飽 (HKD 18.8),叉燒米線 (HKD 27.8),燒腩仔米線 (HKD 27.8),腸粉孖寶 (叉燒腸加牛肉球, HKD 33.8),西米布甸 (HKD 17.5),雙皮奶 (HKD 17.5)。至於茶位 就每位 HKD 10。個鮮菌餃有4隻,用料都算足,味道同潮洲粉果就差唔多。個菠蘿叉燒包味道認真好味,賣相唔錯。叉燒同燒腩仔尚算瘦,唔會太多肥肉,米線就分量適中。孖寶就價錢非常相宜,叉燒腸不過不失,牛肉球就好大個。但係兩個甜品相對失色,雙皮奶一啲都唔滑,個布甸就有蒸過既倒汗水。不過整體黎講,都尚算ok。

今日飲完午茶叫埋單,等咗一萬年都冇人拎張單嚟,之後個侍應又用非常差嘅態度拎張單埋嚟,之後我忍唔住對住空氣 (即並非對住個侍應) 講"呢啲係咩態度?",個侍應就唔忿氣話自己態度冇問題,之後仲話要服務就去五星級酒店,我屋企人話以後都唔再嚟,佢仲好得戚咁話"咁你咪唔好嚟囉!" 其實當時佢已經離開咗我哋張枱,所以其他枱啲客都會聽到,真係佩服到我五體投地! 大家自己諗吓係唔係要貼錢買難受啦!

今日下午我們約咗個客喺灣仔合和中心嘅「薈軒」見面,順便一齊飲下午茶!我們叫咗皮蛋瘦肉粥嘅粥底煲得好綿,材料好足料,皮蛋好甘香軟滑!川芎白芷燉魚雲係我們每次嚟都必叫㗎,因湯底嘅相當甘甜濃郁,魚雲嘅肉質相當鮮甜嫩滑,而且份量十足!黑糖薑汁糕嘅質感非常煙煙韌韌,黑糖同薑汁嘅比例恰到好處,雖然第一啖食落去就有好清香嘅薑汁味,但慢慢就會滲透出香甜嘅黑糖味,真係好正呀!鴛鴦流沙包就咁睇表面以為係平平無奇嘅包,點知撕開一半就令我們非常驚喜,因餡料除咗有奶黃流沙之外,仲有芝麻流沙,味道相當香甜濃郁,而且非常夾,唔會有怪怪嘅感覺!肚皇海鮮扎同平日食開嘅鷄扎唔同,除咗材料係用嫩滑嘅魚肉、爽口彈牙嘅蝦滑同蟹柳之外,用嚟包紮著嘅唔係一塊腐皮,而係用粉絲,感覺好特別,而且創意十足!貴妃素翅餃嘅餃皮相當薄身,因為餡料有木耳同紅蘿蔔絲,所以口感相當爽脆!

無尼一排, 發覺服務依然一般, 人手不足, 坐低開茶無乜人招呼, 尤幸落單後無乜錯漏, 不過埋單都要等, 唔明點解唔比客自己出去埋單, 既慳埋客人等候時間, 亦可騰出更多人手招呼客人, 改善服務質素。
