🆗黑安格斯牛腹肉配薯蓉雜菌。牛腹肉真係瘦,所以就算唔熟曬都會有d韌🙈以唔肥主要係肉的肉質來講都算細嫩同小小淋。但可能因為都係偏瘦的關係,所以牛味唔太濃。反而🥔同d菇菇就幾好食🤫

栗子湯我就第一次飲,第一啖就俾佢濃厚而又濃郁嘅栗子味震驚,入口好順滑。另外湯到仲有烤過嘅羊肚菌,咬落去好香又索到栗子湯。湯仲配有自家製嘅酸種麵包 ,每樣食物都好有心思。


臘腸卡邦尼手工意粉
用臘腸代替咗平時嘅煙肉,臘腸鹹香味好重而且充滿油香,所以我覺得都好夾。面頭放咗個溫泉蛋,撈埋流心蛋黃一齊食充滿蛋香。用咗手工制嘅意粉,口感彈牙有咬口,掛上滿滿嘅汁。Chef仲燒過意粉面,所以食落更加香口。


西班牙紅蝦燒賣
好有特色嘅一味菜,一粒粒咁好似香港嘅燒賣一樣,係就用咗西班牙嘅紅蝦,蒸完之後再淋上用左紅蝦頭整成嘅醬汁。Chef建議我哋唔好切開,要一啖放入口咁食,入口充滿鮮味有好多汁,個醬汁亦都味道香濃。


自家製酸種菠蘿包配港式奶茶雪糕
雪糕好香好有奶茶味而且好滑,加埋新鮮熱辣辣嘅菠蘿包,雙重口感冰火交融。亦都好欣賞廚師融合咗好多港式嘅元素。

本身鍾意食燒賣嘅我又點可以唔叫返個西班牙紅蝦燒賣呢🤣 我諗係我人生入邊食過最高級最有口感嘅燒賣,咬落去勁多肉汁同埋龍蝦,真心冇得輸囉!🦞

最後又點少得甜品呢!本身朋友已經mark實咗自家制酸種菠蘿包 配伯爵茶雪糕,上菜嗰陣就係想像中嘅模樣,但食落絕對更加驚喜。 唔知個伯爵茶雪糕係咪自己整嘅,好濃郁,配埋菠蘿包簡直係幻想中嘅組合,呢個都係必食!

未book之前已經知道呢間餐廳主廚同侍應態度麻麻哋見有restaurant week決定試試,睇下係唔係好食到態度差都值得食28/7當日準時12:00到餐廳,去到見到落咗半閘都心知不妙,於是係門口等一陣大約12:10先有一個侍應返嚟開門畀我一行兩個人入去,話個大廚返緊嚟咁我哋咪坐係到等,期間餐廳坐坐下都有8成滿,大家都係到等大廚返嚟等到大約12:45,我哋嘅耐性已經用盡,等緊嘅時候有問侍應大廚嘅情況,但得唔到正面回應,有幾枱客都走咗唔再等失望透頂,浪費咗人生45分鐘,完全絕對唔推薦大家嚟呢間餐廳浪費時間/受氣一個廚師唔尊重客人唔見得識尊重食物!!!

用臘腸取代煙肉的卡邦尼手工意粉更有鹹香味又有本地特色☺️手工意粉掛滿卡邦尼汁🤤很好吃~西班牙紅蝦燒賣也很有特色~配上的醬汁也很有心思🫶🏻M5和牛柳肉質軟腍🫶🏻配上雜菌XO醬牛肉汁也很有香港特色🫶🏻甜點的自家制酸種菠蘿包配奶茶雪糕不會太甜~就算吃完也不會很膩🫶🏻
