一路等都驚驚地會伏。但當食第一啖就好驚喜!佢係用咗酸菜胡椒肚湯嘅味道,再變成濃郁creamy 嘅質感,出奇地又同個意粉好夾。食到濃郁嘅胡椒味,同埋淡淡酸菜豬肚湯嘅味道。


材料方面,啲豬肚切到好細粒。酸菜唔係特別酸,味道剛剛好。


手工意粉係闊條麵,口感爽硬,有嚼勁。

經openrice book咗lunch, 1230準時到。侍應叫我哋4個人等一等,但目測已滿坐,再同侍應 reconfirm 係唔係有枱,佢點頭,跟住仲俾咗幾杯冰水我哋 ,以為佢執緊枱俾枱 。過咗幾分鐘,覺得唔係路,再問,佢話要等其他人食完先有枱,當時已經1240,所有人都未有嘢食,我問係唔係冇枱俾我哋,佢叫我直接同chef (aka老闆)講 …. 咁我唯有問好忙煮嘢既chef 。cut the overall conversation short. 餐廳fully booked但你得兩個人身兼廚師侍應, 完全應付唔到,所以發老脾喺客面前掟碟。我記憶之中都未試過入一間餐廳個氣氛可以咁尷尬,個個客都戰戰兢兢咁。問你攞個menu好似問候你全家咁。其實依家飲食業艱難,你哋仲咁樣做臭香港飲食業個朵真係好可惜。利申最後無食嘢,頂唔住咁嘅氣氛+服務所以走咗,希望兩位chef之後請多啲人或者EQ高啲之後,再有機會一試廚藝。

同同事book左枱食lunch 本身都滿心期待 因為見評價幾好 同食物賣相好吸引 可惜一去到就已經感覺唔係幾好 一入到去服務員見到都唔會理你 要主動行入去搵佢 點知佢話冇枱 又答唔到等幾耐 然後就走左去 冇諗住理我地 要我問多幾次個服務員先有啲反應 雖然最後唔係等左好耐同老闆都有講唔好意思 但一入餐廳就比人無視感覺都幾差☹️ 我地一人叫左一個lunch set 餐湯係好飲嘅 不過份量就真係少得可憐 唔好比佢個大碗呃左 跟住叫左個慢煮比目魚 就真係中伏 蠔豉湯浸魚 魚就得兩小塊 😥 唔係好食到咩味 魚肉入口即溶🤢食完都唔知食左啲咩 完全唔值200蚊😵‍💫到個所謂手工意粉 唔難食嘅 不過好普通 有啲咸 到最後加左個奶茶雪糕菠蘿包 得個雪糕好食🫨 總結 overrated 性價比低 食物水準好一般 完全對唔住個價錢 服務有待改善

整體嚟講main幾好食,尤其係卡邦尼👍🥰不過我同朋友就對佢哋嘅當日嘅衛生有啲concern🥲嗰日坐喺bar seat見到店員徒手處理食物,之後掂完廚房其他唔同嘅器具,之後又再處理返食物...雖則知道出面可能好多地方都係咁(?)但係始終呢到係open kitchen客人會見到晒,所以覺得盡量做好衛生會理想啲😐事後有向店家反映返,希望佢哋會多加留意💪
