今日中午好好餸,去咗食呢一間台灣餐廳,餐廳裏面嘅空間好寬闊,裝修同平時嘅台灣餐廳一啲都唔似,偏向酒吧高冷風。每一張枱都好大,有好多卡位佢呢度都有幾多午餐套餐選擇,我哋叫咗一個台灣海山醬油炒松阪豬配飯,飲品揀左神品高山珍青綠茶。另外我朋友打咗商務午市單人套餐A,呢一個餐有黑糖醋釀柑仔蜜、白滷水九孔鮑魚、金不換干貝螺頭燉雞湯、燒烤鳳梨芭樂安格斯牛小排啊、芋圓珍珠紅豆湯、仲叫咗杯柚薑米水。佢差唔多每一個套餐都有啲菜,我好欣賞。呢個松阪豬幾入味,份量都唔少,配個飯啱啱好。而且個蛋好流心,真係超鍾意。牛肉一上枱就feel到佢好高質,而且三塊份量都好足!又唔柴。夾埋個酸酸甜甜嘅菠蘿真係好有燒烤風味鮑魚好彈牙,今日個商務餐竟然有鮑魚,我覺得真係好驚喜柚子沉喺底,之前記得搞返均,米水佢係結結地嘅,別有一番風味。呢個蕃茄酸酸甜甜,食飯之前食會比較開胃茶好清新,又可以續杯,一向係我最愛湯勁足料,味濃,飲落應該係冇味精的最後嘅芋圓紅豆湯同樣地好足料,紅豆味好重,除咗有細嘅芋圓仲有大嘅芋圓,去咗芯嘅蓮子&珍珠,味道應該係加咗少少黑糖,但唔會太甜,份量兩個人分試個味都已經好足夠

同事之前去過這間餐廳,覺得幾特別所以book咗間房跟同事慶祝生日。扶手電梯落到去已經見到這個問候語,有啲親切咁😂房間內有個細 stage,d 燈打落個bling bling 波到好靚,影相出來的效果很好。頭盤的話梅小山藥及蒜泥白肉味道不錯,很開胃。九孔鮑魚炆得相當入味,最估不到的是滷水獅頭鵝片拼鵝肝做得很出色,比潮州餐廳做得更好。螺頭雞湯很鮮味,牛油汁煮龍蝦份量很大,食到呢個時候已經很飽😂😂 所以跟着的幾道菜只是小嚐。看見出面大 廳的菜式很吸引下次一定要試試!

稻埕同一集團最近開咗中菜,泰國菜,四川菜同埋日本串燒店。喜歡用OpenRice嘅最新餐廳function,因為好容易搵到新開舖頭。銅鑼灣近Times Square方向,登龍街有個私家入口,見到稻埕招牌直接落Basement。好容易忽略咗入口直上v point,就算行錯都可以坐升降機落返地庫。drink menu 有好多選擇,仲有happy hour價錢。一杯Cocktail balloon girl 用gin + oolong tea + grapefruit, 賣相好吸引亦都調得好飲。蟹肉蛋白泡泡脆米金湯不得了,一鍋湯有四個蛋白圓轆轆的好吸睛。堂弟都足料重蟹肉。滷水浸九孔鮑魚有半隻手掌般大,自己嘅係街市都冇見到這個size。鐵板香煎一口牛小排旁邊有一圈蛋漿,好似韓燒微型版。八斗子炒飯有大大隻蝦,帶子粒,肉鬆同蟹子,炒得好有鑊氣。

呢日weekend放假,就同屋企人去銅鑼灣,我地見到呢間餐廳好靚,原來係台灣餐廳,我地就入左去食lunch。打開餐牌,見到好多款午市套餐可以選擇,價錢豐儉由人,由88蚊去到二百幾蚊都有。我地點左兩個餐,首先係台灣海山醬油炒松阪豬配台梗米飯,套餐都幾抵食,唔洗一百蚊就有飯、炒松阪豬、菜、半隻溏心蛋同埋飲品,好豐富。醬油炒豬肉配上左啲菇,食到食材既原味,撈埋粒粒分明既台梗飯一齊食,好味道。飲品方面,我哋點咗神品高山珍青綠,入口清香。另一個餐點左古早佛跳牆配台梗米飯,佛跳牆入邊有花膠、海參、豬肉、瑤柱等養生材料,好足料。湯非常清甜,感覺好滋補。套餐同樣都配蔬菜同埋糖心蛋。飲品點左神品巨峰烏龍茶,入口回甘,正。
