稻埕牛肉自家製手作麵配凍咖啡

牛肉麵既牛肉份量多而且炆得好淋,雖魚未去到入口即溶但已經好出色。麵質係粗身彈牙既個一款,加上湯底飲得出有好多材料熬制而成,食落好特別又唔會太咸。凍咖啡好有誠意,配合埋適當比例既糖漿同埋奶,唔會搶左咖啡既香味又保留到奶香!

做完野收工就打算同朋友一齊去食餐好既然後翻屋企休息。路過見到呢間鋪好似好高級甘,見到菜單有午市套餐,價錢午餐來講雖然有少少偏貴,但係見到環境好似好靚甘,決定豪一下朋友叫左個稻埕牛肉手作麵,而我抱住一場來到,又未試過佛跳墻,直接就點左個最貴的,好安慰一下星期日仲要做野的心情。講真,個佛跳墻又幾足料,一盅好似好細既湯入面,可以有好多种海味,有鮑魚、花膠、海參、響螺、乾貝等等,一啖落去好補啊!滴鮑魚花膠都燉到好易入口,正仲要提下個溏心蛋,係好好食,蛋黃入口不膩。朋友話個牛肉麵都很可以,主要係有幾大塊既牛肉,牛肉又燜得好入味,好num。滴麵係比較煙韌的,但係五會好難咬,湯底清清地又夠味,總體來講係好五錯的。可能除左價錢偏貴少少,無咩缺點。呢個咖啡出乎意料的好飲,五太甜,又奶味,確實好想來多杯。

依間餐廳係地庫,貌似係新式台灣野。我嗰一款嘅巨風烏龍茶好有提子香味,幾驚喜。而且又可以添熱水,好抵飲。奇幻世界嘅底係whiskey, 但其實酒味唔重,而且好多水果,多左d 果味,幾易入口同清新。食生果(橙、士多啤梨,搞檸,菠蘿)反而重少少酒味,可能浸住太耐鮑魚幾有咬口,同埋幾大隻。影相嘅時候都唔覺佢切開咗一半,食落先知。依個做法幾細心,因為如果成隻唔切開嘅話,太大隻,女士食起上嚟會冇咁優雅鵝肝好香,牛肉好重牛味。佢仲有個爐邊蛋為住,感覺會比較fusion 龍蝦入面嘅菜都係脆口的,小朋友應該勁鐘意。而且我平時都唔鐘意秋葵滑潺潺,但依個炸左就完全冇個種滑滑嘅感覺黑松露百合好重奶油,而且上面係有金箔。百合食起上嚟好粉。

選擇唔算好吸引,有啲睇落似台式飲品嘅茶,都係熱嘅。職員解釋,因為係茶包嚟,所以無凍。

職員好有禮貌,座位好寬闊,人流唔多,坐得舒肥,不過假日都咁靜🤔🤔🤔唔知夜晚會唔會旺啲。

約咗朋友去銅鑼灣行街,就想試下呢一間台灣餐廳, 一入到去,裝修好靚,好有格調,而且環境衛生, 侍應服務周到。我哋叫咗幾個餐, 第一個係古早味佛跳牆, 佛跳牆入面材料好豐富喎,又有鮑魚,魚翅,花膠,豬肉, 海參,明目魚,份量都好多, 真係好足料, 而且都好好味,鮑魚彈牙,海參軟淋,魚翅膠口,而且個湯好濃味,所有食材嘅精華都落曬個湯裏面,飲落去味道好濃厚, 好順口,令人不禁一啖接一啖,而餐所配的神品巨峰烏龍茶,入口順滑,烏龍味唔會搶過提子的味道。第二個餐係台灣海山醬油炒松阪豬配飯, 嚟到賣相好吸引,份量都好多,松阪豬彈牙,豬肉味濃,配上小小蕃茄甜味, 同菇一齊炒, 個口感更加上一個層次,跟餐飲品一杯神品高山珍青綠茶,清雅自然的味道, 餘韻無窮。同行朋友都嗌咗個牛肉麵,同商務套餐,賣相都睇落好吸引,下次都一定返去再試下其他款式。
