今日同友人嚟銅鑼灣搵食😚 見到呢間台灣菜菜式幾特別 所以就落咗嚟試吓啦😉 呢度嘅裝修好別緻 仲有唔少打卡位㗎🎤 貪玩嘅我梗係行咗埋去枝咪面前扮唱歌表演啦😂話梅小山藥呢個前菜幾有特色 小山藥即係淮山 本身嘅選材已經比較健康 再配埋話梅汁鹹鹹酸酸 作為餐前小食真係好開胃呀🤤白滷水九孔鮑魚呢一碟賣相已經好靚😂 食落口絕對有驚喜 佢係用白滷水製作嘅 所以顏色上唔似坊間滷水鮑魚一樣 食落冇一般滷水咁鹹 間食到鮑魚嘅鮮味 鮑魚上碟嘅時候已經切開咗一半 方便我地可以好優雅咁食 鮑魚底層有一塊魚餅 咬落口都幾煙韌蟹肉蛋白泡泡脆米金湯呢個脆米金湯做得幾出色 蟹肉南瓜濃湯入面仲有好多一絲絲嘅蟹肉 再加北海道帶子 蝦肉等嘅配料 每一啖都係滿足嘅滋味😍 加上佢有個蛋白泡泡🍳 外型獨特 配上脆米 口感豐富鹽酥波士頓龍蝦脆角豆金瓜鍾意食脆卜卜嘅就會好鍾意呢碟 因為秋葵 南瓜片 米通都係好脆卜卜嘅🥰 再配埋用椒鹽調味嘅波士頓龍蝦🦞 龍蝦已經切開一件件 所以都食得好方便 食到我地嘴舐舐黑松露鮮百合花呢碟有少少似西式嘅菜式 有啲似芝士焗蔬菜 但係佢係用奶油同鮮百合花組成 鮮百合花好甜☺️ 配埋黑松露同埋奶油真係好夾呀鐵板
