稻埕牛肉自家製手作麵🍜
牛肉麵香港好多地方有得食,但講到質素,呢度的牛肉麵都算數一數二。牛肉炆到好軟滑,油香滿溢,入口即化。而麵亦都係其中一大賣點,因為佢地嘅麵係自家手作製,因此勁道十足,麵身結實。喜歡食有咬口嘅麵的朋友,千其唔好錯過。 唯一係個湯我無咩印象,可能因為其他湯太出色的關係😂

叫得商務套餐,食物的量當然會相應提高啦,朋友話想試下牛小排,於是就叫左呢個套餐,不過餐廳絕對無因為套餐就對味道妥協,而已有幾道菜都幾有驚喜!

1. 黑糖醋釀柑仔蜜
呢一道前菜,其實係黑糖醋浸車厘茄,聽落好似好求其。 但其實每一粒的車厘茄都揀過,大小均勻,而且去哂頭尾,唔係坊間hea 沙律個種。而且黑糖醋同柑仔蜜兩者之間配合得非常好,味道夾而醒胃,係其中一道我好喜歡的餸。

鮑魚就正正常常,鮑魚充滿白滷水的味道,煙韌彈牙!而且鮑魚下面仲會有一舊類似魚腐的食物,口感都幾得意

另一樣非常足料的燉湯,干貝、大大舊螺頭、雞肉一樣都唔會走你數。濃郁嘅味道而香氣十足,可以飲得出火候十足 而且心機滿分唔馬虎。

4. 燒香鳳梨芭樂安格斯牛小排
軟滑濃郁的安格斯用左不薄不厚的切法提升口感,而牛與牛之間會夾住一件菠蘿,兩者配合得好好,而最特別係用芭樂汁來調味,令到成個牛小排有更豐富的層次!

最後一道甜品,濃稠足料紅豆湯配上珍珠、芋圓、地瓜圓等的配料,呢一餐飯作結。唯一嘅係,唔知呢個紅豆湯係咪台南口味😂 味道偏甜, 如果無咁甜就會比較符合香港口味。

特別推介呢兩種茶,烏龍茶有一陣好香的巨峰提子味,但係飲落去又唔甜,只有好清淡茶味!另一隻綠茶本身對佢無咩好感,但一飲落驚為天人,因為除左清香的綠茶味之外,仲有一陣淡淡的花香味,呢一隻綠茶比巨峰烏龍更襟飲!

2. 白滷水九孔鮑魚
呢個構圖鮑魚都好特別,白滷水汁完全深透整個鮑魚,鮑魚肉都好彈牙!而且呢個鮑魚嘅size都唔細,可以睇得出佢哋好捨得用靚野!

3. 金不換干貝螺頭燉雞湯
呢個同上面佛跳牆一樣,都係好濃郁嘅湯味,可以睇得出亦都係燉咗一段時間,慢工出細貨!正!

4. 燒香鳳梨芭樂安格斯牛小排
安格斯都幾厚身,旁邊嘅菠蘿好香,最特別係用芭樂來做調味,甜甜嘅芭樂汁可以令到成個牛小排味道更多層次!

5. 芋圓珍珠紅豆湯
最後一道係甜品,芋圓煙韌彈牙,而紅豆湯亦都好濃稠,你都會見到一粒粒嘅紅豆!用呢個甜甜嘅紅豆湯為呢一餐飯完美作結

除咗食物之外,佢嘅飲品都好吸引,當日我哋試咗呢兩種茶,烏龍茶有浸提子味,聞落去似提子汁,但係飲落去又係好清淡好順滑嘅茶味,好得意!高山綠茶就係好清淡但係有好舒服嘅綠茶味,茶香四溢,十分解膩!

最後都要不得不盛讚一下呢一間餐廳嘅服務態度,每一位店員都好有禮貌,而每一道菜上菜嘅時候佢哋都會介紹菜式,叫我食完之後要幫我哋即刻清理啲碟!真係覺得自己好似喺日式酒店享受緊呢啲高質服務!

睇了食評,滿心期待,所點的食物全部都是被讚好的菜色,但味道個人認為一般,不值得這個價錢!最不建議大家食的是,臭豆腐,臭豆腐臭是應該的,但是苦就很特別,跟服務員了解,他說用腐乳來整的所以是苦的😮呢樣餸真係搞唔掂,幸好服務員話如果食不到幫我取消!環境很華麗,也很特別,很適合你朋友聊天的環境!

好耐無約屋企人全家一齊食餐好,難得今日大家都放假/收早,我地就出左銅鑼灣食餐好今日黎到呢間「稻埕飯店」,裝修得勁靚,父母即刻係咁係門口打卡呢到主打台灣野食,平時食台灣野都係諗起魯肉飯、鹽酥雞,無諗到可以整到咁靚,成個感覺好high class前菜話梅小山藥,好爽口,酸酸甜甜勁開胃白滷水九孔魷魚,好入味,比想像中軟身彈牙,平時食個啲都覺得有啲韌,呢到好淋易咬,正蟹肉蛋白泡泡脆米湯,隻蛋白入面好多泡泡,有啲好creamy既感覺,幾得意,成個湯好香甜,我地全家都搶住飲鵝肝牛小排,外邊好似韓燒咁加左蛋,好靚牛小排勁香勁重牛味,軟淋淋好口感鹽酥波士頓龍蝦,好鮮甜,外邊仲有啲脆米通、南瓜、秋葵,成道菜都好香口黑松露解百合花,落左好重牛油,百合花勁入味,不過食到底見到好多油係到但味道真係無得彈!八斗子炒飯,用左大蝦、帶子、豬肉鬆、鴨肉等等,勁足料,個飯又炒得乾身,好好味
