開胃爽口既前菜,為呢餐開左個靚頭~調味酸酸甜甜,但唔會好嗆,山藥爽脆,帶有少少山藥獨有既黏滑,我自己就好鍾意呢種口感😜

2️⃣白滷水九孔鮑魚
滷水係呢味餸既靈魂,而白滷水入味得來係帶清香,唔會搶走晒食材既鮮味,可以食到鮑魚彈牙既口感,海鮮既甜味,同埋白滷水既鮮香😌鮑魚已經預先切開左2件,亦都清潔得好乾淨,方便進食,睇到廚師既細心😘😎

3️⃣蟹肉🦀帶子蛋白🥚泡泡脆米金湯🍲
侍應好好服務,打完卡之後會幫我地分湯,每人都有2碗,份量足料,見到脆米都知又係好有口感,湯汁鮮美,但我認為錦上添花既係個蛋白泡泡,好得意,而且好軟綿又帶點彈牙,呢個係文字形容唔到既口感🤣建議大家親身試下,必點🥰

4️⃣鹽酥波士頓龍蝦🦞脆角豆金瓜🎃
又一個創意之作~鹽酥既做法有啲似避風塘咁香口,但係更加惹味同鬆化,龍蝦肉質彈牙亦都食到鮮甜,諗起都想再食🤤伴碟有米通、南瓜、秋葵,好欣賞佢唔係炸,而係類似風乾既做法,脆口得來唔熱氣😘

5️⃣黑松露奶油鮮百合花🌼
呢個配搭好新鮮,黑松露同奶油配搭就食得多,係無諗過原來同百合都咁夾😂呢度用上原個新鮮百合花,醬汁濃郁得泥帶點清香😍係中西fusion既感覺🤩

6️⃣鐵板香煎一口法國鵝肝美國牛小排🥩
上枱超香~鐵板炸炸聲,要趁熱食,鵝肝同牛小排都好嫩,味道配搭一流,配埋少少爐邊蛋,不錯不錯😋

7️⃣八斗子炒飯🍚
出乎意料之外地足料,料仲多過飯🤣有一隻勁大隻既虎蝦🦐仲有北海道帶子鵝肉蟹肉蟹籽豬肉鬆,整體炒得好乾身,口感好豐富👍🏻

8️⃣Balloon Girl🎈、Summer Cocktail☀️、Lychee Martini🍸、Pineapple Daiquiri🍍
4杯cocktail都好出色🥰果香味好出,而且易入口,好啱我地幾個女仔摸下酒杯底🥰 呢度有好多唔同既配搭,而且侍應都好熱情有好好推介我地揀邊款好,大家泥到都可以放心問下佢地意見🤣

垃圾,簡直係垃圾。嗰晚我充滿期待,諗住可以開開心心過一個年三十(叫咗個4人套餐),上菜上錯個湯,本身個湯係佛跳牆,點知上咗蟹肉蛋白泡泡脆米金湯,想呃我不特止,後嚟一次過上哂三個菜,搞到三個菜凍哂,之後催極佢上個帶子都未上,等咗至少廿分鐘但係佢竟然上咗個甜品先,你話有冇搞錯!!!最勁嘅係佢個帶子有煙但係唔熱,喺我一生人之中食過咁多嘢,都未見過呢種境界,究竟係點整到。最後佢攞返個甜品出嚟成碗嘢凍哂。根本唔值$1688同埋15%服務費!

去親台灣旅行都會一定到夜市行,感覺到當地嘢食好味之餘亦大眾化,所以冇諗過台式食物亦可食得夠精緻。 話說今日朋友相約呢間台式餐廳晚飯,位置就在銅鑼灣v point 的地庫,尚算幾方便,一到步見到呢間餐廳幾夠格調,環境光線帶點幽暗像是西餐餐廳營造氣氛充滿情調。Menu 上的選擇頗多,亦有套餐提供悉隨尊變。 金銀蒜泥五花白肉 五花白肉本身味唔出,但有蒜蓉係另一回事,加上中間夾住條青瓜,味恰到好處,蒜蓉香口唔攻鼻,唔錯。富貴黃金大虎蝦 每一隻都係大size,這種蝦身會比較厚,所以煎煮嘅時候要掌握得好,如果唔係就會好「鞋」。蝦有彈性,加埋不太多嘅醬汁,配搭得意。蟹鉗肉鬆蛋捲端來嘅時候好似煎蠔餅,但一咬落去就即刻食到蟹嘅濃味,整道菜都很鬆化香口。佛跳牆果有齊鮑魚、海參、花膠夠料,湯水幾濃,應該係燉咗幾耐時間,飲完飽飽哋,不過仲有美食當然會輕易投降啦。呢餐食到滿滿滋味,加上環境有種優雅嘅感覺,食落確係很舒服。

五花白肉本身味唔出,但有蒜蓉係另一回事,加上中間夾住條青瓜,味恰到好處,蒜蓉香口唔攻鼻,唔錯。

每一隻都係大size,這種蝦身會比較厚,所以煎煮嘅時候要掌握得好,如果唔係就會好「鞋」。
