今日同屋企人來到銅鑼灣,想搵間餐廳食個冬至飯,見到呢間餐廳門面錦神秘,於是吸引左我地去呢間餐廳。入到間餐廳開頭仲以為係bar,入到去入面原來係餐廳。今次我地選擇左個冬至套餐,另外加左幾道小食。首先來嘅係藥膳雞卷,呢個雞卷非常精緻,酒味不會太濃,同埋有少少蔘味,肉有少少汁然後就來左套餐嘅蒜泥白肉,呢個白肉內卷有青瓜爽口,一齊食有少少解膩效果。炸物有炸雲吞,與一般酒樓食嘅有少少特別,呢個餡多皮少。然後就有個干貝雞湯,湯足料,味濃,不會太鹹。較為特別的有呢個一口鮑魚,廚師很好將鮑魚一開二,而下面有片魚糕,鮑魚唔韌,而魚糕就吸收左d鮑魚嘅味食套餐當然要有魚啦,唔好只係見到得幾片龍躉片,其實食到呢個時間都已經飽飽地,而呢幾片龍躉片上面都加有橄欖同酸梅醬,食起來有d解膩。差唔多去到尾段當然有個炒飯啦,呢個炒飯料足,有蟹子、帶子、蝦米、仲有d肉鬆,好香口,加上上面隻大蝦好有氣勢之後以為會上甜品,點知仲有一道,唔講一定估錯,原來呢個係松露奶油百合,食起來完全唔似,質感有d似煮到好腍嘅蒜頭,加上奶油同松露香,入口即化最後當然有個黑芝麻湯丸紅豆湯啦。呢間餐廳可以再來,都幾有驚喜,食物質素都唔錯。

之後以為會上甜品,點知仲有一道,唔講一定估錯,原來呢個係松露奶油百合,食起來完全唔似,質感有d似煮到好腍嘅蒜頭,加上奶油同松露香,入口即化

最後當然有個黑芝麻湯丸紅豆湯啦。
呢間餐廳可以再來,都幾有驚喜,食物質素都唔錯。
