今晚朋友話去銅鑼灣食一間台灣菜,很有80-90年代風格,入到餐廳已感受到華燈初上feel😆。先來杯cocktail微風醉人(賣相靚,有點奢華感覺🤣)。先來個蟹肉帶子蛋白泡泡脆米金湯,聽個名都勁🤭表面的蛋白好滑,又有脆米口感,加上濃郁蟹湯,一流水準😋。之後是白滷水九孔鮑魚,賣相吸引,食慾自然倍增,滷水醃很夠味但不鹹,適中👍🏻。這個鵝不是鴨肉不錯,反而鵝肉下面的豆腐很入味😋鵝+豆腐一齊食👍🏻。再來有燒菠蘿安格斯牛小排,肉質好嫩滑,加上有菠蘿汁,好醒胃。鹽酥波士頓龍蝦脆角豆金瓜這個菜式都幾特別,全部食材都脆卜卜香口野(龍蝦、脆米、南瓜片、秋葵)👍🏻。朋友話想試吓臭豆腐🤣,菜式未上枱已經聞到濃烈嘅味道🤣賣相算幾好,不過真的很臭,我投降😅。最後我地點了甜品🍮,黑糖珍珠疏乎厘pancake冰淇淋,原來係要必食,賣相靚,疏乎厘鬆軟,加雪糕及珍珠一齊食,口感非常豐富,味道出色。👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻大滿足的晚上☺️

原本以為係一個好普通嘅炒飯但入口就發現當中有好多材料包括帶子、鵝肉、蟹籽、蟹肉,每啖一鮮味,炒飯面舖上豬肉鬆令到口感及味道更加豐富。

十分有驚喜!班戟鬆軟,里面夾住香滑忌廉同埋黑糖珍珠,份量非常之多。無論賣相及味道都非常吸引同好味,推介!

銅鑼灣最近人流少咗,餐廳都普遍唔使訂枱都有位。食客自然覺得空間感較大,坐得更舒服。有時代廣場過嚟登龍街,見到地庫有間開咗冇耐嘅台式餐廳。裝修格局有點像台劇華燈初上,用紫色燈光為主調,basement reception 有個 mic 同小舞台擺設。座位以卡位為主,枱與枱之間有好大距離。食物選擇有幾款二人餐,包括頭盤山藥,鵝肉,煎帶子炒蘆筍,奶油百合花,飯同甜品。Menu見到有個蟹肉蛋白南瓜湯好正,所以決定 al le carte 。個湯係一鍋上,足夠四人份量,蛋白同自己個碗一樣大好吸睛。冰鎮鮑魚入晒味,大大隻嘅夠睇頭。甜品係一定要order,珍珠pancake配上綠茶雪糕,上枱好大份,pancake 鬆軟。記得附近有甜品舖頭,但坐得好迫,下次食甜品都一定會嚟這家。

呢款小食非常特別,特別係裝係一個正方形嘅箱入邊,又幾靚喎😋成個菜都係脆為主,有四件脆龍蝦,肉質彈牙多汁,南瓜脆片同秋葵,脆卜卜得來仲有啲黑椒調味料,對我來講又唔會太鹹,不斷食好似食薯片咁😂😂配埋個蟹肉湯飲簡直一流😋

源自台灣嘅「稻埕飯店」暫在尖沙咀K11藝術館及銅鑼灣V Point地庫設有分店,裝潢時尚新穎,除各式台灣菜/滷水菜式外,仲有唔少特色雞尾酒,感覺都幾Chill氣球小女孩 Balloon Girl($108):以鮮西柚、檸檬、烏龍茶及Gin所調製嘅一款雞尾酒,茶味唔濃,反而果味幾香,幾Fruity,Gin酒味道適中,唔會太濃烈,幾好飲。白滷水九孔鮑魚($238):鮑魚爽滑彈牙,早已預先切件,能一口一件,滷水鮮香入味。金不換干貝螺頭燉雞湯($68):天氣寒冷飲盅燉湯的確暖胃,燉湯足料,感覺係純天然嘅鮮甜美味,非常高質。滷水獅頭鵝($368/半隻):半隻鵝均已起骨,全是鵝片,啖啖肉食起上黎非常方便。鵝片香滑,肉質細嫩,食起上黎肉汁豐富,滷水味道較淡,反而鵝味更香。不夠。臭豆腐($82):臭豆腐香脆可口,蘸醬食幾惹味,但唔會好似街邊果啲咁一陣好濃烈嘅味道。黑糖珍珠舒芺蕾班戟配抹茶冰淇淋($108):呢個應該係店方嘅招牌甜品,班戟鬆軟,內裡夾著香滑忌廉,牛油奶香非常豐富,質感一流,連夾心都有唔少黑糖珍珠,但整體唔會太甜,非常出色。

之前試過下午茶時段. 今次預先訂咗枱, 到步已即被安排入座, 中午時段爆場.叫咗以下幾款 :鹽酥雞配滷肉飯套餐 牛三款(牛筋,牛展,牛肚)台灣自製麵套餐鵝唔係鴨配飯套餐燒台灣特色腸另外加配麻油雞翼甜品有 :豆花芋圓仙草熱桃膠杏仁奶 芒果醬芋圓服務唔錯, 款款食味OK中上, 性價比高.回頭机會大👍.

點菜之後10分鐘上了一杯梅酒,20分鐘之後才上了一碟前菜冷盤山藥,開胃,但等食物等得太久,已經飢腸轆轆,40分鐘之後才上熱菜。臭豆腐得個鹹字和臭字,完全不能入口,差過街邊檔九條街還要盛會$82(和收+1)。香煎帶子成口都是油,完全無味亦不香。虎蝦味道尚可但不新鮮。未有前菜山藥和炸香腸還算好味。不知為何,我們正在夾菜,職員就已經伸手過來收個空碟,搞到我們要縮手讓他收走個碟先夾到菜。第二次個碟入邊還有菜,職員竟然想直接拿起收走,還好被我們及時阻止。到付款時,竟然說壞機無法刷卡,等了好久才搞定。出品慢,菜品差,服務不周,以後一定不會再來。
