今日星期六,下午獨自一人去銅鑼灣交收,做完嘢都三丶四點,實在肚餓,亂行一通之下去到銅鑼灣名店坊,搵到一間食上海嘢嘅餐廳,環境舒適, 地方又乾淨 ,價錢又平民,向咁旺嘅地區,就有如甘露,姑且入去試一試,見其他人客,好多都食排骨菜飯,當然我都叫左客,果然厚切嘅排骨炸得外脆內軟,仲食到肉汁,真係大方D俾個讚佢,如果碗菜飯加強返個口感及味道,就very good 喇。食食下聽到隔離枱兩位食客講碗酸辣湯好好飲,我都好想試,可惜我個人嘅食力有限,下次一定會同多兩三位朋友一齊試多幾樣。

I realized I've been to Delicious Kitchen a number of times but never really wrote about it. So, here it goes.


Delicious Kitchen, located in Causeway Bay with other locations but I always find that this location, their original, is the best. What it serves is various Shanghai dishes. Most notably their vegetable rice with pork. It's the only thing I order and so does everyone else.


Seating is a bit cramped and sometimes you do need to share  a table but it's very clean establishment. The menu is in Chinese and English.


And this is the only thing I order. Vegetable rice with pork chop ($52). Don't get me wrong. I've tried other items but this is still the best. Not only here but compared to  lot of other places in Hong Kong. The pork is moist and tender. It's deep fried but does not feel overly oily. The coating is seasoned well. The rice mixed with a generous portion of bok choy bits. It also doesn't feel too oily as well. Portion is just right so you do feel full.
