最近工作關係多咗去元朗,放工順便去YOHO 形點食晚飯。壓力大又想化悲憤為食量,最好就係挑選性價比高的日料放題。同事一早訂枱極尚大瀛喜,晚上8:30仍然滿座,門口見到溫馨提示,極品榴槤燒,期間限定,數量有限,可能係榴槤令人瘋狂。推介之選!極品榴槤燒,肉質軟嫩濃味,好滑,一定要食多幾件!榴槤粉絲不能錯過。室內裝修充滿空間感,QR code 點餐方便快捷,上菜速度快,也沒有漏單的情況。清酒、梅酒任飲坐低飲杯酒先,燈光柔和令人放鬆,鍾意飲酒嘅朋友真係不能錯過,居酒屋幾十蚊一杯呢度任飲,回本必飲!新鮮刺身師傅有水準,擺盤值得打卡,很有儀式感,多款不同新鮮刺身配搭乾冰出場,夠厚又肥美,款式選擇繁多,滿滿的仙氣。我最喜歡的甜蝦刺身、帶子、松葉蟹腳刺身、油甘魚、池魚王,刺身即叫即上,有光澤非常新鮮,食得出係靚貨。泰式虎蝦、挪威三文魚、鮑魚、珍寶赤海蝦,全部都係任食,令人再三回味,超滿足!壽司今期流行藍鰭拖羅壽司,入口即融,肥美油香重。和牛肩胛壽司入口即化、黑松露珍寶帆立貝壽司、京蔥拖羅蓉塔,款款都咁矜貴,味道好滿意,必食之選。任食藍鰭拖羅壽司,新鮮,滿口幸福!一品料理一定一定記得要食吉品鮑汁花膠,厚身彈牙好滋補。金牌紅燒乳鴿王,細個去酒家一定食飯一隻,皮脆肉嫩又多汁。燒物即叫即燒,早啲叫耐心等,川燒珍寶鮮蠔,帶點蒜香微辣,口感鮮嫩美味。另外佢嘅最佳拍檔就係蒜蓉焗帆立貝,燒蒜蓉入口惹味,配埋帆立貝鮮甜,好味!甜品雪糕、 雪條、手工甜品,質素高。自助飲品,啤酒、泡茶、汽水任飲,多到飲唔完呀!總括而言,性價比高,超級抵食。刺身、壽司、創意料理、手卷、燒物、炸物、天婦羅,款色超多。自助區冷盤、小食、飲品、甜品,我都忍唔住 encore 諗定下次再嚟食過。 continue reading
